Property Ratings at Shannon Village
We were treated like garbage for years living in this location. My son was sprayed in the face with round up by the garden crew, there's no on site maintenance like they claim and you get treated like garbage when something is broken. Our sub floor fell away in our master bedroom and it took them a week to put a bandaid over a broken leg, and I couldn't have any furniture in my room or access my room at all,... Only to be told that the guy that did the "repair" uprooted us and all our furniture to the living room because he was too lazy to get into the crawl space. We even got fined our entire security deposit to replace carpet for an "unauthorized puppy" that we never had, even though they didn't clean the unit at all before I moved in. The old manager even broke into my apartment after giving me the keys and cranked the heat leaving me with a fat power bill when we hadn't moved anything in and we had shut off all the heaters. We were also ignored for months after our neighbors dog tried to attack my toddler, said owner also kept walking her aggressive dog behind my house and looking in all my windows for over a year until someone called the cops on her and management finally got involved. I wouldn't live here again if you paid me.
