I have been living here for over 4 years. I like the layout of the complex - it is not sprawling. I occasionally enjoy the weight room, and the laundry room is convenient to use when I'm in a pinch and need to get a load done.

The move in process was easy but we did have some set backs as far as there was roaches coming out after being in the new apartment and in my baby room inside the closest it looks like they plastered the wall and the same day we moved in the wall fell inside where they fixed it before we moved in

Beautiful community with plenty of trees and scenery. Very convenient location with minimal traffic at the entrance. Pool area is nice and in the center of the community. Very calm area.

The laundry room is always dirty and the machines only half of them work. The work out room is small and the equipment is so old the treadmills don't work.

Hello I'm sharing this to let you know this place is great! I do wish I had a little fireplace. I could go online and get the fake fireplace. I just observe peace here and I'm thankful and thanking God to get to be here every day! Sometimes I'm hearing gun shots and Im not sure about that but other than that everything is great and the people are nice. I love all my neighbors even if they don't like me. Very quite, I like I don't have to walk far to do my laundry, and the pool is just right for me and I love when I am there I am by myself. The maintenance guys are really nice.

My resident experience has been good so far. No shooting in the community. A few cops here and there. Gate messes up often which isnt good. Hope there is an improvement with that.

Unsafe community and unconcerned staff
Sharon Crossing is a very unsafe community. The staff shows no concern and takes no action to resolve safety concerns. My apartment was broken into twice in the 10 months I was there. After the first break in we expressed concerns about the lack of lighting around our unit and were told our concerns were unfounded and the lighting was adequate. After a bike was stolen and an ARMED intruder invaded our unit we had enough. Although the management did agree to let us out of our lease they kept our deposit and charged for unsubstantiated carpet cleaning and appliance cleaning. Very unprofessional staff. If you are looking for an apartment to rent, keep looking!

Our wonderful stay at Sharon Crossing Apartment
We moved in to Sharon Crossing Apartments and stayed for over an year between 2015-2016. The stay was pleasant. The neighbors are quiet and it’s nice and safe. My family enjoyed playing in the grounds/pool- frequented by the birds (this complex is next to the lake and has quite a few trees). Maintenance issues are met with and solved quickly by the staff who live on campus. The staff are always pretty friendly and courteous; yet professional. On the whole the apartment complex is very well maintained- thanks to Debra and Paula who work seamlessly to provide support to all of us. It was by chance that we came across Sharon Crossing- but when we saw the area, the landscaping and met the staff; we were convinced we wanted to stay here. This was the reason why we have recommended Sharon Crossing at our work place. Its am awesome place to stay. -----------------------------------------------------------------Divya & Niraj
