Bed Bugs !
The previous review is 100% accurate. Regency has had bed bugs since 2019. If after 5 years, they still have the bugs, I think it's safe to say that this problem is not going away anytime soon.

The rooms are nice size a real home type feel I love the fact there is a styling salon and a community room
