Sheffield Greens Apartments

I’ve been living here for a year now. And for the entire year I’ve been complaining about the noise over my head. Stomping day & night, dog running and barking hours at a time, partying until 4am. Management does absolutely nothing about noise complaints and says that the dogs are allowed to run back and forth. They insisted that I be the one move out but I’d have to pay another $1,000 deposit and a $700 moving fee. Also, this is their third management team since I’ve been.

I really love this complex. They respond quickly to maintenance requests (not that I have had a lot) and it is a quiet community. I love the pool access and how close it is to all the stores and restaurants. Moving in was easy and the leasing agents were very nice. This economy is terrible but in this area it is reasonably priced.

Sydney was awesome. She made my leasing experience easy and less stressful. The property management was changing so there were a few small inconviences but nothing major at all. Everyone was professional and kind.

Great place to live. Quiet, clean and neighbors are friendly. Close to shopping and events. Places to walk, ride bike, or simple excerices.

Walls are thin so you can hear more than you want sometimes. Parking can be a chore after a certain time. Seen too many dogs doing business near the playground where kids play.

We have lived in this community for more than 13 years. The staff has always been very responsive and professional. We enjoy living here very much.

I Love love love the community and my apartment in general. It’s just enough for me and my son and it meet my 3 mandatory requirements (2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer in my unit and a nice community pool for my son). The area is great for my outside cardio sessions. It has plenty of parking and I love the balcony size.

I’ve never had an issue living here and I’ve been here since 2020. There’s always parking available, maintenance always comes in a reasonable time, my rent has never been messed up, and the kids in the neighborhood are respectful. I feel safe. Also, I know each building is different however, my building is connected and we all talk to one another and look out for each other. It reminds me of how neighborhoods used to be back in the day before everyone just started to mind their business.

Very quiet, no complaints. I love that they come and pick up my trash being as though i’m on the 3rd level. I do wish my unit hard hardwood flooring like majority but overall love it. Maintenance always comes when needed on time!

I just wish it was a little cleaner. However the apartment is laid out well the laundry rooms are a great size. And the built in desk is great for remote work.

I have love living here the past few years. I would recommend this neighborhood to any and everyone. The staff in the rental office is amazing as well as maintenance

Sheffield Greens is Great, quiet place to live. It’s close by many businesses. You can get fast food and groceries quickly. The mall is nearby. I love the valet trash

Great place to live, everyone is friendly, very quiet and the upkeep is clean. I really enjoy my apartment it’s very spacious. I like that you have different options and spacious rooms. The staff is very professional and friendly.

I've lived in this neighborhood for currently four years. Overall, it's been a pleasure. I've had small minor problems with my apartment, but every single time I've contacted the leasing office, every problem has been fixed. I love how there is always a parking spot available for me to park my car. As a single mother, that matters a lot to me.

I have been in the apartments for over 4 years... never late or anything ... earlier this year there was an issue with them not renewing my lease because of a trash addendum... long story short... they didnt countersign the agree lease... took me to court saying I didnt pay the rent for 2 month, whichI did pay the agreed amount. After all the fees and stuff plus the month to month rate which was about 700 more... I finally got a lease which was over 100 more than the first agreed upon amount..... Other than that incident I have no complaints... maintenance is fast and responsive

Loved my apartment and the neighborhood as well, the apartment is big enough for a family. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with t 2 walking closets. I am very happy and satisfied with my place??

Complex is very quiet for the most part . Maintenance request are answered in a timely matter also. Trash collection is a plus especially for residents who live on the 3rd floor .

Very quite and safe area. Close to local shopping and DC. Great school district. No pool on property of apartment. Quick response to maintenance repairs.

Nice apartment! Been here two years and neighbors are great! I have packages sent here all the time and have never had a problem with someone stealing them. Some packages sat in front of my door for days and no one even gave it a second thought.

Sheffield Greens is the Best Community in Waldorf. I resided in this community for 3 years. The community is well maintained. Peaceful environment. I rent a duplex 2 bedroom which is very specious. The office and maintenance staff are awesome!

ive lived here for almost 2 months now, when we moved in the apartment was a dirty mess, the back toilet was still black and dirty (not stains), walls had stains, freezer flooded fridge TWICE, ac has broken 3 times since weve been here. They told us it was Verizon ready, it was not, were got trapped into paying 180 EXTRA to put in a verizon box. The living room is set up TERRIBLE, the ONE wall you can put a tv not only has a thermostat on it and RANDOM medal behind the wall, no convenient space for a couch. Its the only apartments with no gym, the pool JUST opened on July 15, when summer is almost over. the walls on the playground by the pool are held up with plywood so i cant even let my son play on that. I thought this was a more upscale/clean/put together apartment considering the rent price and down payment (not to mention water, electric,trash AND gas) This place has been nothing but a money dump and hassle since we moved in. Do NOT RECOMMEND

I rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I have 3 closets in the master bedroom! Size of rooms is great!
