Quiet, Clean, Great Staff, Up to date stainless steel appliances and Wash and Dryer in the unit, very spacious, parking garage, security controls, up to date courtyard, clubhouse, exercise facility, etc, the mailroom, trash chutes designated for your floor, I can go on and on, I love being here.

I’ve lived at this apartment 90 days. It’s affordable but the affordability comes with a cost. The staff isn’t interested in keeping up the property, there more concerned with there parking spots. We receive mass emails weekly about someone parking in “staff parking” although I’m sure it’s frustrating for staff imagine living here. I’ve had multiple packages stolen due to the leasing office being open during normal hours but not grabbing the packages and putting them in the mail room. There isn’t any trash cans around the property or in the garages so the lobby and hallway always have trash everywhere. The office staff doesn’t seem interested in anyones concern or responding to emails. I would highly discourage anyone from living at this property.

We have trash cans available on each floor of the parking garage for residents' use, and we encourage everyone to make use of them to maintain a clean environment..We occasionally send out reminders about parking to ensure that all residents have access to a space. Please remember to always display your parking permit as a courtesy to your neighbors. It’s important to us that everyone has adequate parking. The office is not responsible for receiving packages. We have a designated package room where carriers can leave deliveries. If you request someone to sign for a package, please note that the office cannot take responsibility for it, so the delivery driver will not leave it in that case. Going forward, please ensure your packages are left in the package room.: We have staff on-site daily who take care of the grounds and the interior of the building. If anything is dropped or left behind, our cleaning and maintenance teams promptly address it. We value you as a resident, and should you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're here to assist you.
The staff here is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable at their jobs. They made the entire process so easy. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The location is amazing! I work with a lot of different apartment complexes, helping move people in and I have not had a better experience than at Shelby House. They have a huge dog park in the courtyard and several grills. The location is right off of the interstate right next to downtown.

Once I heard about the development of Shelby House, I hopped right on the website and filled out an application. Within just a few short months I was approved and ready to move! Moving was made easy by the staff, and having a brand new unit is great. The units are an excellent size and the location makes it easy to get around Nashville.

From the beginning Management made the moving process so smooth and seamless. My family and I were delighted to see the apartment for the first time. Things are as they say and look even better. The building is beautiful, and Michelle made us feel so at ease. The apartment is a really nice size.

The management team has been helpful with me the whole process. They have been easy process to move in . When I moved in they have been helpful with the small things. The staff is very friendly. They are easy to get in contact with at anytime, they respond almost immediately.

The customer service is beyond amazing. I have been in contact from the very beginning. I know they have their hands full getting the complex ready but they still are on top of everything. I love the fact that they actually call instead of outrageous email exchanges. They are also very honest about the turn around time and get back to you even sooner. It’s definitely worth the wait. The application process was super easy online. My deposit was also very reasonable for the market. I actually work downtown so my commute is non existent when I have to go in office. Which was another selling point for me. The assigned parking is probably one of the things I’m most excited about. I have seen a few pictures but I can’t wait to see the complex in person and move in. They have a variety of floor plans it was actually hard to choose. I have a home office so space was very important to me aswell. They Square footage to price is the #1 seller for me!! I can’t wait to settle in and calls the place home!!
