Property Ratings at Shenandoah Bend Apartments
My wife and I are grateful to have lived here for the last four years. Renee (the manager) and the staff in the office are wonderful. The apartments are really great, especially for the price. Maintenance is very responsive. Renee was very helpful with anything we brought to her attention. If you're looking for good affordable housing, Shenandoah Bend is a great option.
My girlfriend and I have been living here for about two weeks and it is simply fantastic! They do their best to make sure the unit is clean and up to date before you move in; they really look great! It's a quite and nice area with friendly residents. The staff are also friendly, punctual with replies, and do their best to fix any issues you have! Highly recommend!
I've been here for a little over a year now and am very pleased. This complex has been around for quite a while - you are not going to get all the bells and whistles of a brand new apartment and if that's what you're looking for you will be disappointed. What you will get is a very good size apartment that is well built and really does feel like home and isn't costing you a ridiculous amount of money. Overall the complex is very quiet and any noise from your neighbors is minimal. Management is responsive to any issues. If I had to pick an issue it would be that the buildings (and especially the upstairs outside windows) need a very good cleaning/power wash.
I love Shenandoah bend! It's a quiet community tucked away. The entire office team including maintenance is great. The neighbors are friendly, the apartments are quaint and I love the park, it's perfect for my daughter! So glad I chose here to call home.
I have lived in these apartments for a year now and definitely have nothing bad to say. Very nice and quiet location, Apartments and landscaping very well kept. Management stays on top of maintenance requests and keeping on top of things. Was also a very easy and quick move-in process.
These apartments are decent. They're 40 years old and it shows in the brown carpet, popcorn ceiling, and outside A/C condensers. The appliances are outdated and the units do not come with washer and dryer but do have the hookups. Maintenance is the real issue. It's next to impossible to get them to call you back or actually fix the problems. None of the issues we included in our walk through were fixed. We were never even contacted by anyone about the many issues. Door knobs were mix-matched, weatherstrips leaked, large parts of the wall was left unpainted in the bathroom, the roof even had a big whole in it. the overall design of the apartment is poor as well. The three closets in the master bedroom are all different sizes including the closet doors, and the doors were so close together they hit each other when opened. The walls are not insulated well. You can hear the neighbors gently coughing in the apartment next door. These apartments are great for young people and college students because they're not too expensive, not too noisy, and are located in a good area. Overall these apartments are livable but temporary.
Its seem like a quiet and good place to live, I know am going to love.
Was really impressed by the staff. Love all the trees. These are older units so they don't have all the "bells and whistles" that some of the newer complexes have - but I don't miss that. The complex is quiet, appears to be really well maintained and I love the apartment layout. Looking forward to my move.
