Perfect community for anyone new to the FL area. Leasing staff is friendly and kind. The amenities are upkeep and fun. And overall pleasure of being a resident here.

I enjoy living here and all of the events and amenities. I do wish there was more parking and the office was more strict on reprimanding those that park in an area that is not a parking spot

I really like this community. The location, how the area looks, friendly people in the office, maintenance staff. And yes, I've been living here for eight years! I would add only one thing - a container for plastic waste

They are very good with maintenance requests in my experience. Have food trucks on site often. I have very much enjoyed living here. Love the location.

Why i only give 4 stars ? Well i love the place but they need to improve security , better management and ask the owners of this community to give each apt one reserved parking spot , it’s insane that i come late night from work and forced to park 2 or three buildings away from my apt … and i have a condition and a disability permit , i general i do love this place …. Thank you

Great place to live! Large size floor plans with big living area and open floorplan with a walk in closet and small foyer closet. Decent views from the balconies. Lots of wild life: birds, squirrels, iguana and more! Great location if you enjoy parks and beaches

Great community to live - peaceful, park like surroundings. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and work quickly to get things resolved.

I love live here!!! Beautiful apartments. Amazing personal. We are close of everything, you can go to walmart walking!!!! Also the amenities ara unbelievable!! Thank you

So far, everything has been good. It’s a great community. However, I do have one complaint: the gate is not working consistently, which makes it useless.

I like fast reacting office staff here. They are very helpful with any problem. Anything what you need or you ask, be solve fast, usually at same day.

We just moved buildings (into a bigger unit) and we had a breeze doing so. The front desk staff was lovely to work with and very helpful. I appreciate the ease of all the processes.

Everything is very nice and organized. They have a good team and they do a great job to keep everything super nice and organized. It is a very kind and friendly community.

Not bad as to live and rent apartment here I can recommend it for my friends,it’s huge area and a lot of buildings to live Also it’s pet friendly

Sheridan ocean club is amazing. Very tranquil and a nice environment. We moved in and the process was very smooth and simple. The landscaping and grounds are kept very well. There is no loud noise and the neighbors are very nice.

Just moved in everyone seems so nice, the property is beautiful! We have a very secluded area right next to the one of the bridges I can walk my dog on a beautiful path and their are always so many events going on!

Aside from constantly having issues with the gate whenever I come home after security leaves, everything has been great. The staff if always helpful and the community is always very well maintained.

I love all the amenities and events. The food trucks are also a nice bonus. I do wish they stayed longer fir those that work later. My only complaint is that the gate is always open.

I’ve been here 5 years and wouldn’t want t live anywhere else!! When I have a service request it is always handled quickly! I love my apartment, the location and the amenities!

I applied for 2 bedroom apartment and took them one month to process my application, after going back and forth and asking more documents over and over and the end of the process they didn’t approve my application! Even though I have a good credit and income over 75k I was told that your application wasn’t approved!!! I had to renew my previous lease with my landlord after he put already his property for lease…. It was a nightmare for me and my family! Running up and down trying to keep my previous apartment again! I will not recommend at all . Very very bad service

I love our apartment it has been good to us during our stay. A nice bike ride or walk to the beach. Fun pools with friendly neighbors, and so many creatures to observe.

The location of this apartment is nice. However, we have had some trouble with timeliness from the leasing office and some issues with our appliances since the day we moved in. Unfortunately, our AC broke and we are now on day 5 of no AC. There are many bugs everywhere in this neighborhood and surrounding areas which is not pleasant.

Best location for living, close to beach, stores, big dog park, 2 pools, sports area, 24/7 gym. Nice apartments , very heplfull a friendly staff.

It has been great! Just waiting for the staff to come and fix a few things in the apartment that are not working (we just moved in) Great place to live!

Hey, the community is awesome! They're always organizing events to make us feel like we belong. The maintenance team is top-notch, they fix problems quickly and explain everything clearly. And don't even get me started on the front desk staff—they're super friendly and helpful. The community is peaceful and quiet, no drama or anything. The pools are always clean, and the gym is pretty good too. The only downside is the main gate. It's always broken, so cars just zoom through without even looking for pedestrians. The gate and the security guard are basically useless.

Me gusta mucho el lugar, sus instalaciones y sus buenos trabajadores. La tranquilidad es lo mejor, puedes descansar a gusto sin que nadie o algo te moleste. 10/10

Love sheridan ocean club, the management really takes care of the residents with events and takes care of the amenities. The maintenance works very good too!

Everything has been exceptionally good nontheless it would be great if communication with the leasing office happened faster either through email or sometimes the phone is never answered.

We are living in Sheridan Ocean Club for 7 Years We are Very Happy. This community is perfect for us, near to the Beach, We are confortable.

One of the best rental condos I lived in south Florida! Close to the beach, great amenities and friendly staff! Maintenance is fast and professional!

Love this place! Very quiet, clean. It's near a swamp so noseeums are biting at certain times. Someone always runs into the gate so you can see the complex fixing it every time. Maintenance request are resolved within a day. Sometimes they don't answer the phone so it's better just to stop by at the office. They have free coffee/hot drinks machine in the office, they just renovated the second pool. Gym is nice the pools are nice too

Just moved here from out of town. The process was quick and easy! We're absolutely in love with the complex and all the amenities they have to offer. Friendly neighbors are a huge plus too!

Moving into here feels like we live at a resort! So close to the beach but also great amenities on site. This was the perfect place for us. The staff has been so helpful as well.

Love the complex . Great amenities. Great new pool. Wish the gym was a tad but bigger with more machines . Love the food truck days and multiple random events that are held .

So far, everything is great. Everyone in the neighborhood has been nice. I love the dog park, the peace, and how close it is to the beach. I can even take a walk there.

Great experience touring apartments and moving in was smooth and easy. The apartments are nice and the amenities are very abundant :) Very close to the beach and many restaurants

Good location for the beach, but tourists and air-bnbers can be loud, messy and dangerous when driving in the complex full of animals, children, and renters.

I love the apartment set so cozy. The staff here is so attentive to all needs. All the amenities are amazing here. Between the easy access to the gym to the food truck nights during week it is a wonderful place to call home!

I love the complex!!Never had any issues with neighbors, love taking our morning walk around the complex with our dog, and love the gym and two pools. There’s also two tennis courts where we like to practice our pickleball skills. Very close to the beach which has to be my favorite part - I can literally walk there and that’s why I moved to Florida! Also all my necessities, grocery store, Starbucks and UPS are up the street! Everyone working here is super friendly which is great.

I enjoy the events amenities and food trucks. Just wish the trucks stayed a little later. Maintenance is also very quick. Parking needs to be addressed as there’s not much parking and some spots are taken by boats. Some cars don’t even park in designated spots

I love my apartment. Management is helpful and friendly. The amenities are great including a fitness center, an Amazon locker hub and 2 pools.
