Sheridan Ocean Club Apartments

I really like living at the sheridan ocean club. The maintenance is very quick the people at the front office are nice. The amenities are really good too, the pool and grill are my favorite, it is often out of propane gas. The gym is also quite nice, it has all the machines and weights I need.

Absolutely love my new rental! The place is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees that make it feel like a private retreat. The ocean breeze is refreshing, and being so close to the beach is a dream just a short walk away. Perfect spot to relax and unwind while still having everything I need nearby. Couldn't be happier

The staff at the complex is very friendly and so helpful. And the community itself offers really nice amenities and a homey type of environment.

So we just moved in this week and I can’t shut up about how much I already love it! My dogs are happy, my dad is happy, and I’m beyond happy that I found this spot! The dog park is amazing and the landscaping all around is so nice! I finally feel at home! It’s such a quiet community too! I was nervous about renting on the first floor but all my worries have faded. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and so much to do!

I loooove how quiet and cozy is the community. Surrounded by trees it seems like you are in another place and not in the city. I really like the attention of the staff and their willingness to help every single time.

Well i keep myself in this community, why ? I really would love to buy a property here , always feeling i am on vacation…. Close to the beach , great restaurants around , in the middle between broward and Miami , many many places and events around , not too crazy , i mean it’s depend on the person that knows how to live happy and really enjoy the surrounds …??????

Rent is reasonable, location is great with ease to beach and grocery stores. The community is quiet. Renovations to the pool have also been amazing.

Everything is good with the exception of the orange plastic fencing around the canal - it is all torn up and has been for a while - The community standards have to be followed by residents - I think the broken fence is unsightly & quite frankly not doing anything it is supposed to be doing

I love the environment. The beautiful landscaping, the amenities; I feel like I’m living on a resort. The location is more than perfect. I’m close to my job, we’re close to the airport and the train stations. This place is perfect for us.

I love living here! The amenities are great, the maintenance team is amazing and the staff always replies. Highly recommend! There’s plenty of parking and it is a gated community. The only downside is that there are a lot of tourists sometimes but other than that it’s amazing!

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half. It’s a great place to live in a great area. Maintenance could be better but other than that I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Office staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Apartment area are Nice and clean. Safety and Security excellent. Manager is very knowledgeable and responsive. Gym facility is very good . Management keeps gym very clean. If some one ask me about ocean club apartment , I would recommend them to move without any worry.

Great service specifically maintenance people very nice and helpful and fast . The common areas are great and very well maintained 5 stars and definitely recommended

Properly Landscaped and Maintained complex. Staff is always eager to assist and Maintenance is same day. Beach accessible with short walk or bike ride. Great Living !!

Perfect condo to live. Staff, neighborhood and amenities amazing. You can go walking to the places. We almost have 4 years living here and we are going to renew our lease for other year because we love live hear. Safe please if you have kids or pets.

I really enjoy my apartments and service! Everything great! My favorite place in my apartments is kitchen. It is kinda small but it helps a lot when you preparing food

Overall well maintained and spacious apartments located close to the beach and several markets. Also within an up and coming area where new shops and complexes are popping up. I like that the complex has 2 pools and a decent fitness center.

Fantastic maintenance team and Administrative crew. Prompt response time and both actively keeping the facility a pleasant, clean, safe environment. Only downside is the amount of time our "gated community" is ungated.

I’ve been here three years. At first I loved it even though you could tell they rushed renovating my unit as the paint inside the kitchen cabinets scraped off putting any pots/pans in them, the outlet covers broke when plugging anything in, and the washer/dryer is completely outdated, bathtub and tiles were just painted over instead of throughly cleaned and re-caulked, plus a few more things. As the time went on, the more small inconveniences happened. Many residents don’t pick up after their dogs and the front gate is always broken. My car was stolen from within the community last year and management wasn’t able to look at the gate cameras to help my case.

Sheridan Ocean Club is a great place to live. Fantastic location and good neighbors. My choice to live here was a very good one. All staff are friendly and service requests handled quickly.

Great location, awesome maintenance crew, Dog friendly, People are nice. No place is perfect but they make a good effort to provide a pleasant place to live.

Located in a beautiful community. I love that I have the option between two pools or the beach just minutes away. Wonderful staff who really go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. They also host events which are always fun to attend. Great neighborhood to live!

We live here almost 2 years, and we are very happy we did choose sheridan ocean club. This place have so many nice amenities (tennis courts, beautiful pools, bbq areas and dog park as well. 2-3 times per week various food truck coming and almost every month are some events.

The entire staff (office, Maint) are very professional . It makes life much easier to live in this area. Very few problems occur,. but when they do such as an issue within the staff is always ready and willing to correct.

The community is beautiful. I always feel like im at a resort. Staff is friendly. Maintenance responds quickly and always does a great job. The location is ideal; close to beach, airport and cruise control terminals. I have only great things to say about this place.

Perfect community for anyone new to the FL area. Leasing staff is friendly and kind. The amenities are upkeep and fun. And overall pleasure of being a resident here.

I enjoy living here and all of the events and amenities. I do wish there was more parking and the office was more strict on reprimanding those that park in an area that is not a parking spot

I really like this community. The location, how the area looks, friendly people in the office, maintenance staff. And yes, I've been living here for eight years! I would add only one thing - a container for plastic waste

They are very good with maintenance requests in my experience. Have food trucks on site often. I have very much enjoyed living here. Love the location.

Why i only give 4 stars ? Well i love the place but they need to improve security , better management and ask the owners of this community to give each apt one reserved parking spot , it’s insane that i come late night from work and forced to park 2 or three buildings away from my apt … and i have a condition and a disability permit , i general i do love this place …. Thank you

Great place to live! Large size floor plans with big living area and open floorplan with a walk in closet and small foyer closet. Decent views from the balconies. Lots of wild life: birds, squirrels, iguana and more! Great location if you enjoy parks and beaches

Great community to live - peaceful, park like surroundings. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and work quickly to get things resolved.

So far, everything has been good. It’s a great community. However, I do have one complaint: the gate is not working consistently, which makes it useless.

I like fast reacting office staff here. They are very helpful with any problem. Anything what you need or you ask, be solve fast, usually at same day.

We just moved buildings (into a bigger unit) and we had a breeze doing so. The front desk staff was lovely to work with and very helpful. I appreciate the ease of all the processes.

Everything is very nice and organized. They have a good team and they do a great job to keep everything super nice and organized. It is a very kind and friendly community.

Not bad as to live and rent apartment here I can recommend it for my friends,it’s huge area and a lot of buildings to live Also it’s pet friendly

Sheridan ocean club is amazing. Very tranquil and a nice environment. We moved in and the process was very smooth and simple. The landscaping and grounds are kept very well. There is no loud noise and the neighbors are very nice.

Just moved in everyone seems so nice, the property is beautiful! We have a very secluded area right next to the one of the bridges I can walk my dog on a beautiful path and their are always so many events going on!

Aside from constantly having issues with the gate whenever I come home after security leaves, everything has been great. The staff if always helpful and the community is always very well maintained.

I love all the amenities and events. The food trucks are also a nice bonus. I do wish they stayed longer fir those that work later. My only complaint is that the gate is always open.

I’ve been here 5 years and wouldn’t want t live anywhere else!! When I have a service request it is always handled quickly! I love my apartment, the location and the amenities!

I applied for 2 bedroom apartment and took them one month to process my application, after going back and forth and asking more documents over and over and the end of the process they didn’t approve my application! Even though I have a good credit and income over 75k I was told that your application wasn’t approved!!! I had to renew my previous lease with my landlord after he put already his property for lease…. It was a nightmare for me and my family! Running up and down trying to keep my previous apartment again! I will not recommend at all . Very very bad service

I love our apartment it has been good to us during our stay. A nice bike ride or walk to the beach. Fun pools with friendly neighbors, and so many creatures to observe.

The location of this apartment is nice. However, we have had some trouble with timeliness from the leasing office and some issues with our appliances since the day we moved in. Unfortunately, our AC broke and we are now on day 5 of no AC. There are many bugs everywhere in this neighborhood and surrounding areas which is not pleasant.

Best location for living, close to beach, stores, big dog park, 2 pools, sports area, 24/7 gym. Nice apartments , very heplfull a friendly staff.

It has been great! Just waiting for the staff to come and fix a few things in the apartment that are not working (we just moved in) Great place to live!
