Sheridan Pointe

The really only good thing it has going on now is location. Used to be great management but communication has just gone out the window. From basic repairs to major issues, takes months to resolve.

This apartment building has been in a steady state of decline over the past five years. Management is unhelpful, even rude when it comes to concerns about drug use and theft within the building and on the property. Maintenance requests usually need to be submitted multiple times before the work is done, and even then, it isn't done properly and staff has to come back and do the job again. The lot is assigned parking, but management does nothing to enforce it, so expect to find random people parked in your spot on the regular. The location is great and the layout of the units are nice, but due to the overwhelming incompetence of management, I would not recommend living in Sheridan Pointe.

I would like to say, I will be 84 years old next month, and have been here since Sept of 2015, and that should speak for itself.I have not had a lot to complain about!! Even with my bathroom problems, mgmt was trying to get it handled.

Been great so far. Good rates, nice area, nice space.

Sheridan pointe is a great place to live. My favorite part is having a 2 stall garage.

It is a very friendly place, and after being here for almost 8 years, it 'feels' like home to me.

Had been a comfortable place to live. Would be nice if there was more upkeep and better maintenance.

I love the apartment and my neighbors, but the way maintenance handles situations is awful and slow.

We have lived in this building for 20 years and have enjoyed the many neighbors that we have become friends with. We always look out for each other and help each other when we can. Community is a good way to describe Sheridan Pointe 1.

I love living at Sheridan Pointe. It is very quiet and the neighbors are all very polite.

I am going to be 83 this December, and living here is living with friends. I do not know everyone in the building, but even the ones I do not know, are so nice and so helpful, I feel blessed just walking down the hall for my mail.

Great location, quite building secluded road, and great office people.

Good community and friendly staff. Just dont hold your breath when waiting for maintenance repairs.

Very quiet even in the summer and well located.

We love our apartment however hallways are not clean.

Quiet living

It is concerning that the no parking anytime signs are ignored. The Fargo Moorhead Tow Truck continues to overnight park on the north end of the building. It runs all night long. Residents were given a letter in regards to obeying the no parking sign yet some continue to ignore it and nothing is done.

Upkeep of the building and grounds has greatly gone down hill. At times we are embarrassed to have company walk through the hallways because of the filth and smell.

Love it! Apartment is nice, quiet, peaceful, clean, friendly, pricing is good, and the staff are awesome!!!

When we moved in to our apartment all ground upkeep and building upkeep was wonderful. Since that time the services have greatly decreased while our rent has greatly increased.
