Good price and responsive management
The management is very responsive to serious requests. In particular Paul Sauer is the most helpful and friendly from the office. The price includes utilities and really can't be beat in the area. There are a few downsides, people sometimes park in your parking space and there are shopping carts in the court yard. However, management recently hired a man to come a remove the carts each week.
