My resident experience is great. It was a huge adjustment to come from 40 yrs of homeownership to Apartment life; however, I am comfortable residing here.
Sherwood has been extremely beautiful and the customer service has been amazing! Any time I call they are alway willing to help and the when Im sick they check in on me.
I love the peace and quiet I get when I come home from a long day at work. On the weekend and some days during the week I take time out of my day to take walks through the neighborhood to get a feel of the community I live in.
I love living here. The community is mostly clean, quiet, pet friendly and the neighbors are very nice. Also, love the food trucks that come by.

I am enjoying my apartment. Residents and visitors speed and run stop signs is my only concern. Parking is a problem with all of the ice that has built up in the parking spaces.

My unit was not ready on time on the day of move-in. Workers were still working in the apartment while I moved in. They failed to notice water damage from the apartment above present on move-in. The sliding glass door is permanently fogged from moisture in between the panes. The dishwasher and garbage disposal work intermittently due to a plug they didn’t properly secure into a receptacle. My unit flooded a second time when they hired power washers to wash the common hallways and they flooded the common hallway, my unit, and the unit above me. Maintenance was so unhelpful that I gave up on even trying to get them to fix anything. Now, just over a year into my 13 month lease, I’ve once again come home to pools of water on my floors thanks to the folks above me. Couple that with a master bath where the hot water only lasts for 5 minutes max and slow/poor snow/ice removal from sidewalks and voila - you’ve got a pretty terrible experience for more money than you should pay for this sort of experience. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra bucks and avoid this community.

Pleasant neighbors. Unfortunately stop signs and speed limits are not respected. People drive much too fast and run stop signs.

Apartments are spacious and in good condition. Maintenance requests takes time and that can be reduced except it everything looks good for now.

Quiet community. Feel very safe and enjoy the diversity of the community. Maintenance is extremely quick at responding to service requests. The gym facilities and the pool is are clean and great amenities offered.

Property is well maintained. Maintenance is great, usually an issue is fixed within 24-48 hours. Office staff are personable and professional. They run nice events.

This is the only neighborhood that I can personally say is the most welcoming/ inviting. The staff are amazing and very warm as in friendly with everyone and they do listen when you have a concern or complaint. I recommend to anyone who is looking to move, Sherwood Crossing is a great place whether you're single or you're moving in as a family the community here is great place to raise a family or relax on your own.

The community is fairly quiet. Office staff is very nice. I wish there were more than 2 dumpsters and that they cracked down more on keeping that area more organized sometimes it’s an eye sore from trash being thrown literally everywhere. Maintenance team could respond a little faster and the valet trash service never picks up your trash in the hours we were told they would upon move in and this service costs extra. Also wish there was more parking instead of having to pay for a carport

Everything looks good so far. I had a little bit issue regarding my restroom water leaking while we moved in. No negative comments from my side. Neighborhood looks quiet, peaceful and safe.Its hard to find parking if you come late at night. If you can get a hut for your car, then your safe.

It’s fine until I put a service requests and it takes ages for the issue to be resolved. They won’t answer if they don’t feel like answering. Neighbors are good people for the most part and summers are really nice with neighbors walking their dogs / running and kids just playing around.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! My apartment had still not been cleaned when I received the keys on my move in date. There was dirty underwear left behind and dust coating the floors and counters. The leasing staff does not pick up the phone unless you call them incessantly and even then they are completely useless and fail to resolve issues. I referred a friend to live at the complex and did not receive my $250 referral check until I repeatedly pestered the leasing staff for my money. The water is frequently shut off and I've had roaches crawl out of my sink. Maintenance is slow and puts bandaid solutions on major problems such as doors and shelves breaking. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know in good conscience.

I’m going on my third year. I still love it here. The neighborhood is great. It’s peaceful especially at night. The location is the best. I am close to everything Walmart target BJ Sam’s Club. Everything is near by and there’s so much to do.

The service requests are delayed, no response or respect when we visit leasing office to share our concerns. Theft of items from our apartment and post box. smoking issues. In Recent events receiving of tenets is not well satisfied.

Honestly, the area is not bad, but the leasing office staff is terrible. They never call you back, they never answer the phone, and no one seems like they care about their jobs. Would not recommend

A good place to place to live. Outdoor pool, tennis/ pickleball court, and workout room. The staff is amazing everytime there is a issue they are timing and ready to help. The locate is nice close to an market and shopping area.

Overall, I really enjoy living at Sherwood. However I feel there is not enough lighting in the neighborhood. I also wish the washer was larger. Love the pool! Staff is friendly & maintenance is very responsive.

Natural light was a plus, as the windows allowed for a good amount of sunlight during the day, making the space feel more open and inviting. The bathroom, though small, was clean and had all the basic amenities. One of the highlights was its central location, making it easy to access nearby shops, public transport, and dining options. Noise levels from neighbors were minimal, which contributed to a peaceful environment. While there were no luxury features, the apartment met expectations for a comfortable living experience at an affordable price.

The community feels like home, peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, strong and welcoming community, helpful and approachable office staff, skilled and efficient maintenance team. Suggestion for improvement: Implement a military discount to attract more service members and show appreciation.

I’ve lived here for going on my 3rd year, and while there are a few positive aspects, my overall experience has been underwhelming. The location is convenient and close to the shopping centers, airport, etc . Noise level is pretty good, mostly quite outside and the grass is kept cut and clean. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests. No matter if it’s an emergency or not. The cleanliness of common areas (like hallways or trash areas) could definitely be improved. Overall, there are some good things about living here, but the negative aspects outweigh the positives. Improvements in maintenance and management would make a big difference in the experience.

Great place to live. Nice park setting. The property is large so there is plenty of room to take a nice walk. The gym is nice as well as the volleyball court and tennis court. The pool is a nice touch also

There is always parking problem near to apartment and park and walk all the way near the office. Which is annoying and frustrating. Another thing is when you walk for a stretch, there is no bench to sit down and calm down for a minute.

Enjoyed the entire process…. Love living here close to my daughter’s school . The complex is very close to shopping and my daughters swim school. My daughter has started to make friends at her school and in the complex.

Sherwood Apartments is a good place to live, with lot of landscape around apartments, good amenities. It is the best option to live when you have kids.

I have been living here for 7 years and there are more good things to tell, and only minor drawbacks. It is very quiet to live, the people at the office are very helpful.
