Central Lakes is the park-like area west of Downtown Lakewood. True to its name, Central Lakes encompasses Lake Louise, Waughop Lake, Steilacoom Lake, and borders American Lake to the south. The scenic area is mostly residential with a variety of moderately priced apartments situated along the borders of town. A lovely two bedroom coved apartment.perfect for a family with children with a beautiful view of the boat launch near American Lake and VA hospital next to commissary.newly furnished with fixtures also including washer and dryer.we are pet lovers so pets are always welcome ,the kitchen an bathroom are very spacious containing all new appliances we look forward to you becoming our new neighbor and hope that u would come on down
