Sherwood Village is a wonderful community. Everyone treats each other kindly and looks out for one another. Management is fantastic. I love living in Sherwood Village. It has a lot of amenities, such as pool , multiple playgrounds , dog parks, bocce court,indoor & outdoor gyms ~to name a few. Landscaping is beautiful & always kept up on. Maintenance & office staff are top notch ~ they are efficient, kind & respectful. The development is always adding improvements to your unit, some for safety & others for things that need newer upgrades.When you put a request in for something to be looked at, it’s immediately taking care of. Development is safe & family friendly. I’ve personally lived here multiple times over the years & always come back as it is consistently a great experience.

Sherwood village very quiet and nice complex. The swimming pool is the Bomb! It is understanding that the residents are to their self, but a simple hello would be nice.

It’s been a nice experience since I moved in here in terms of security and facilities. Overall, Sherwood Village is a nice place to live. It is very walkable and I’ve always felt safe there, even at night. They are responsive to any maintenance requests that I have. My biggest complaint is that there are no apartments in this complex that have hard surface flooring…I hate the fact that there is carpet and it’s not always changed in between tenants. I also wish they offered 2 bedroom apartments and not just 2 bedroom townhomes (which are overpriced IMO). However, I do have a nice pond view and enjoy watching the geese and turtles from my deck.

We enjoy living here. Most of the people are very friendly. I need assistance with walking and use a device for health reasons as per my docs. There have been several men who offer to assist me. In the morning, because it is hard to see, if the timing is right, someone will help me down the steps . My husband carries my school supplies out for me. Also, when I come home, if my husband is not home, there is always someone out walking or getting home from work who help me into the building. It is nice to have neighbors who help without asking.
My first week at Sherwood Village has been enjoyable! It's a quiet and friendly community! I also love being in a two floor town home as opposed to a one floor apartment; it feels more spacious and it's a place I can call home.

Staff is super friendly and the dog parks make it super convenient for pet owners! When I asked for something to be fixed it was done in less than 24 hours.
There were a few small issues with appliances/cleanliness within the place when first moving in. However, Sherwood made it up by having an apartment inspection report, to report if the apartment needs any initial touch ups
I recently moved here with my family. The location is perfect for us. We also enjoy the neighborhood very quiet and friendly. The pool is also great in the summer!
Living here has been great, everyone has been very accommodating. Only wish would be to fully close in the back fence that was added in which was a nice touch. Recently got new air and heat can't complain was done very swiftly.

This is a very quiet community and has very nice neighbors. I don't have any fears of walking out of my home. I feel safe as well as comfortable.

Rent is too high. Not enough amenities that we are forced to pay now monthly Gym is way to small Pool is barely opened. Laundry is digital now. and not enough maintenance work

Our neighbors are extremely kind and we have the best spot for our little family! A park for the little one and a dog park for the pup. And our friends live a short walk away in the complex! The grills are open even after pool season which is nice for making salmon or burgers and our little patio is nice to sit on when it rains . Absolutely perfect.
Amazing choice. Beautiful community, peaceful and awesome place to live. Townhouse is spacious and maintenance show up on time for any problems.

The community is peaceful and safe for kids. Maintenance team are reaponsive to complaints and get the works done on time, though appliances need to be changed as it is already old and need to be updated.
It's quiet. Rent is absolutely too high, but staff responds better than average landlords. Property upkeep is good. Repairs done quickly. Periodic maintenance is done. It's also nice that internet is included.
Nice quiet lifestyle perfectly located near nice areas, but far enough away from the main road so you can still sleep at night. I've lived here almost 3 years and have had a mostly great experience.
Very friendly everyone very pleasant. I enjoy walk the blocks . Saying hi to everyone I see walking our dogs. Happy to be part of the family.
Experience has been very good so far. Maintenance has been very responsive when asked for a few times. The grounds are very home feeling compared to many other apartment complexes. Heat did go out once last winter but I've had no issues with the AC this summer. I recently renewed for a 2nd year.
