The property is great and the gated community is the main reason for my choice, but the apartment was not properly examined and repaired before my move in and I am left to deal with issues that should have been resolved before I was even allowed to move in.

Shiloh green has the potential to be good if things were handled more urgently and with care. Communication is key in every aspect so it is important to note that contacting residents back about concerns or maintenance or updates on requests would be beneficial to both parties. Overall, I do enjoy my apartment and the tranquility it brings. The parking is convenient and I don’t have to worry about having no parking spaces near my building.

Let me start by saying DO NOT live here. I promise you that you will be much happier somewhere else. I lived there for 3 years and just recently moved out. In those 3 years I had constant issues; specifically with rude management, charges that I should not have gotten, but made to pay (with zero explanation from management), mold that took a lot of calls from me to get fixed. Management was constantly rude and always had an attitude when speaking to residents. For what I was paying in rent those three years should have been a better environment. Now that I have moved out I am being charged for back utilities that THEY did not add when I paid my final month. I am also being charged tremendously for damages that were not explained in the bill. I also know the condition I left the unit in and it was not damaged. Management is beyond unprofessional.They will always try and add on charges just because and hope you don’t notice them and if you do they will still act like it is your fault and make you pay them. DO NOT move in to this place. It’s not worth it. I promise.

Maintenance does a great job here, especially with the dumpster area! Whoever is doing that job, I hope he/she is recognized. The grounds are kept nice and clean. Love that I can do a lot of things inside the resident portal saves me time from having to go in office .

The maintenance here is simply not good. They lie about completing requests and multiple times I have had requests fulfilled but the fix did not work or did nothing. It took 4 maintenance requests for them to fix our toilet.

Shiloh Green is a lovely, modern apartment. My only complaint is that I can hear through the walls pretty easily; if people are being loud outside my window or if my neighbors at playing music, I can hear them. Also, there are no elevators to get to the upper floors, so this could be an issue if you have a disability. On the other hand, maintenance is quick to respond and resolve issues. In the event of a maintenance emergency, we were able to call the number, press the appropriate buttons to get to the emergency maintenance line, leave a message, and someone got back to us within 20 minutes. The pool area is a very nice spot to hang out with lots of chairs, a grill, a large TV, and a ping pong table. Their is a small playground for children to play, and a small fenced in area for dogs to run around. The landscaping all around the community is also cute with grass, lots of trees between the units, and planted flowers. It is occasionally difficult to reach the leasing agents by phone, but there is always someone up in the leasing office during their work hours if you have immediate questions/concerns.

I don't have great things to say about Shiloh Green. The gate has been inoperable for months now. The playground looks like something out of a horror movie. There's a stench of Marijuana in the breezeway. Trash is left all over the property. Parking is horrendous when I get home from work late at night. Cars are parked with no parking decal because towing is not being enforced. Maintenance takes forever to respond to service requests. I guess the only good thing I can think of is the leasing staff.

The leasing office are rude as I'll get out with no respect for the residents. I don't know if they're untrained or what but their phone manners SUCK and they can't complete paperwork worth crap. They tried to say I didn't submit my 60 day notice.... in the same email chain it was originally sent in, ridiculous. Not to mention the A/C was constantly broken and we had to keep windows open in the middle of winter to cool off. Then in summer it would leak all over the floor and wouldn't ever cool past 70. Avoid the trouble and go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.

am a new move in and my apartment was not ready! *outlet in the pantry is missing*guest toilet is clogged *apartment was dirty and dusty * the fridge was not installed *there is a leak in the washer*the washer and dryer connections were wrong* the oven door does not close * huge gap above dishwasher * fan in the master bathroom not working *toilet seat in the master bathroom is loose* light switches need caulking on sides* entrance and balcony are dirty* peephole was installed backwards* window doesn’t lock* shower head has a leak* dirty and loose window screens* bathtub drain installed incorrectly* paint chips stuck on bathtub* I see many recent reviews speaking very highly of Mercedes when we had a terrible experience with her, we did a move in inspection prior to move in date and she indicated that she will make sure all of those items were fixed. On move in day Mercedes told us that she had created all the work orders but maintenance closed them. I talked to maintenance supervisor and he indicated that Mercedes never created the work orders. I have been in this apartment for 3 days and I am still waiting for those issues to be resolved! Mercedes told us that Tiffany the manager had scheduled cleaners to come today and clean but no one showed up. At this point I would love to talk to the Regional Manager.

The leasing office is staffed with people who genuinely don't care about their job or the residents. I would be embarrassed to have hired them. Major lack of effort and responsiveness. I have personally seen them not even flinch when the phone rang and just kept letting it ring until the person gave up calling. I had to leave work early to get to the office in time, after trying to reach them via phone four different times throughout the day, in order to be told what number to press to open the gate when someone uses my code. Ridiculous.

Anytime there is a problem they take forever to come fix it. Leasing office agent can be VERY rude. A while back they over charged for a garage fee for months. A long time we dealt with roaches too. There’s always a problem. Go somewhere else

I moved in here just over a week ago and did not quite know what to expect since I moved from out of state and had only being here once. I processed my application online and everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. When I moved in I finally met Chanelle, who I had been communicating with over the phone for a few weeks regarding my lease. She went above and beyond assisting me with making my move less stressful. She was very attentive to my changing needs and made adjustments and provided solutions when needed. She is one of the most customer-friendly and professional people I ever met. Over the course of the past week I have been assisted by her and the maintenance folks a few times and I cannot overstate how satisfied I am. My maintenance requests have been resolved promptly and satisfactorily by the team, especially Ron, who has been super helpful to me. He is attentive, cordial and goes about his job with great professionalism. He follows up on work done to ensure I am completely satisfied. This is not to say there are no issues with the complex but I cannot fault the professionalism and the effort of the team in making it a nice place to live.

Our move here to Shiloh Green has not been a good experience by far. The punch out was not done correctly prior to our move although, the Property Manager assured us that it was done twice before our move. Also, maintenance lacks the ability to respond to emergency situations. Residents are overcharged for things that have already been paid and appropriate ledgers are not being accurately balanced. Other residence living in the community use illegal drugs such as Marijuana and when reported Manager states that the "Courtesy Officer" will respond and never even care to show up. There do many other issues however, not enough space to write them all down here. Not saying that Management are rude or I hope to think not understanding and are nice people but, our experience here so far has not been a positive one.

Overall I would rate the experience that I have had here as mediocre. The management does a poor job enforcing parking policies so walking half a mile to your apartment is common (if you dont just park on the curb where most people do), there is a failure to notify residents of upcoming work on buildings resulting in the destruction of personal items that could have been moved accordingly, trash compactor is always overflowing. sometimes to the curb which is incredibly unappealing, yet management asks us not to leave a bag of trash by our door, though we are trying to lessen the amount of garbage that has sat for days or weeks in some cases. Its a gated community, but the gates are either always broken causing people a hard time trying to leave or theyre always open as a result of not working. There needs to be a stop sign at the bottom of the hill when leaving the apartment because people are going 40mph through the complex and not stopping. Overall I really dont think management cares about their residents and it shows. Management preaches about how much they care for the residents but dont work very hard to truly show it.

I have been living at Shiloh Green since early 2019 and the original leasing team was horrible. Even since Greystar took over and new staff came in, I have had nothing, but good experiences! Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and quick to assist with any issues. The maintenance men are also amazing. They are always waving and helping out any way they can. When I put in a service request, usually within two or three days, it is fully completed. With the previous owners and maintenance men, it would take over a week, and typically, the problem wouldn't be fixed. It would be a quick solution or temporary fix that would have to be fixed AGAIN just a few weeks late. So, if you have stayed with me this long, I can't say enough GOOD things about the staff we have running Shiloh Green now. It is an exciting time with all the new upgrades and cares they are putting back into the complex. I plan to stay with them until life takes me to other places! I've had a good relationship, but it may now be time to move on. The trash compactor situation is horrific. It doesn't make me want to come in with piles of trash everywhere. The gates are always broken. Right now, I'm not a happy resident.

Roaches, ants, spiders everything you could think of. Since the day we have moved in we have had every type of bug in our apartment. The glue holding the floorboards is constantly pushing up onto the service. The resident and guest gate has been broken 7 out of the 8 months we have lived here. They sold the apartment complex to new owners a day before rent was due and forced everyone to pay rent by money order. New owners are just as bad. Only 9 guest spots for about 200 different apartments. Not enough resident parking. Constantly people having to park In corners or on road. Maintenance staff is lazy. Shiloh Green is pitiful.

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. I reported to management that my apartment had mold in the air vents and was blatantly ignored. Each week, my roommates and I had to deep clean all items because black residue covered the toilet seat (if lid left open), the white trashcan had turned black, cups had turned black, etc. If you were to lean on the wall, your shirt would be coated with the same black residue. When my mom came to visit, she felt unwell each time we were in the apartment. I thought that was a result of a much-needed air vent replacement, but that did not help. I have asthma and noticed a significant difference in my health as well. I took a sample from the dining room air vent, and the Petri dish is a cause for alarm. I put in a work order but did not receive a response for two weeks. That was only because I called for three days straight. Once they showed up, they said they would clean the vents, but never returned to do so. My roommate noticed the mold in her air vent as well, and when she put a work order in, they spray-painted over it... now we are being charged $530 to replace the carpet that is discolored, in part, because the mold management neglected to address. At least they offered a payment plan... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. PERIOD.

Office staff doesn't care about tenants, refuses to do anything to fix parking issue. You willed be towed or issued a ticket at some point during living here.
Staff couldn't care less about residents, declines to stop parking issue. You will be towed or issued a ticket eventually while living here. They are impolite and will holler at you. They are enjoying the rent money that you pay, but will do nothing about the parking. They will tell you to park outside the resident and walk to the gated apartment complex. Where the only crosswalk is next to the highway I-75(Dangerous).
It used to be nice here. I'm not sure what happened but it has went downhill FAST. The gates are always broken, the office is almost always closed and if you have any maintenance issues, you can expect to wait weeks for them to be addressed. You have until the 3rd to pay your rent, however if the 3rd is on a Sunday you better have it paid by the 2nd because the office is closed on Sunday and they do not have a drop box. The online system set up to pay rent online doesn't work. You'll get confirmation that your payment was received and three days later you will get a notice that your payment wasn't accepted with no valid explanation as to why, which leaves you with a $275 fee in addition to your rent.
Shiloh Green Apartments so far has been a great place to live. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful, and I always feel secure living here. My only issue is that parking fills up pretty fast.
It's rare to find something that lives up to the expectations set by its self description. My family has lived in Georgia for over 6 years and up until now we have been unhappy with our standard of living. We originally lived in a neighboring town of slightly less hustle and bustle than Kennesaw, where Shiloh Green is located. Still, in our previous residence we experienced frequent noise disturbances throughout the day and night ranging from: banging on the walls and ceilings of neighboring buildings, children and adults alike loitering in the parking lot at all hours, loud music throughout the neighborhood, etc. Shiloh Green's description states that it offers "a vibrant retreat from the rush of the big city" and it provides just that. It is a gated community ripe with families of all ages, open areas of green, a dog park, playground, pool and fitness center. The floor plans are spacious as well as affordable. Also, the neighborhood staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The community it's set in is just minutes away from shopping centers, food establishments, fuel centers and schools. Not to mention, the freeway entrance is literally one intersection away giving the tranquility experienced in this neighborhood even more significance. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone 5 stars.
I love Shiloh Green Apartments! My apartment is very spacious and located in a great neighborhood, near lots of shops, and very close to highway 75. It's great for students since the KSU campus is one exit away. The staff is amazing! They provide activities for families and kids. We enjoy the pool in the summer. The property is well kept, and the maintenance team responds promptly to service requests.
Occasionally the gates break down, which is a bummer but I love the area, close proximity to a variety of stores, grocery, gas and freeway. Quiet neighborhood, good parking. Love the place!
The complex is ok. One side of the complex is rather nice and the other not so nice, I realize this after moving from one side to the other. There are not many amenities and there are a lot of college kids, but al in all it is ok.
