I have lived here for about 4 years. Maintenance is horrible. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to fix anything. Good luck on getting renewal leases on time either. Communication is horrible! People love to fly through the parking lot and also people don't like to keep an eye on their kids while they play outside. You can't walk anywhere without wondering if you are going to step in dog crap. Also you will find garbage strung in the parking lot because some people are too lazy to take stuff to the dumpster. The complex as a whole needs major restructuring! When I get enough money saved up, I will be happy to leave this place!

I have lived here for over a decade, the management was the same for most of that time. Previous, management wasn't bad but the management now and office crew and maintenance are superb. Alfred, probably one of the friendliest and approachable property managers, I have had to work with. The office staff is always willing to help and don't make you feel like you're bothering them, when calling or going into the office. Jose and Mario, when you need something fixed or checked on, they are so efficient and nice. I truly love the crew here and believe you will too.
We recently just moved in to this apartment and the office stuff has been super friendly and helpful, the place is a lovely space for a couple! It’s super affordable and a great place to live
We’re first time renters and the managers have been so helpful during the application process. They are so friendly and answered every question we had. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood and it’s so affordable.
The bugs are unreal and they don’t spray. Water leaked gallons into my laundry and it took maintenance 4 days to fix so the first came to look 2 days later. Brought plumbers and then the plumbers couldn’t fix it that night so they were supposed to come back the next day so I was left with gallons of water everywhere. Comes next day and maintenance told office it was fixed. Was not so 2 days later it was fixed and I’m left with all the damages cause no one has come to fix or look at any of it. Asked for air to be fixed Maintenace guys said he’d come everyday to fix it started to have to call everyday and he wrote a fake complaint hoping to silence us. So if you could live somewhere else do, cause these folks don’t care about you and you’ll pay way too much to be left with a mess and treated like garbage. They also charge insurance and won’t let you take it off and your water bill will always be about $100. Don’t ask for itemized bill they don’t ever send it or act like you never asked.

Ceiling falling in rotting carpet, black Mold cockroaches, swarms of flies, rodents, missing cabinet doors, giant holes in the ceiling. holes in the bathroom door exhaust fans hanging out of the ceiling cabinets falling off of the walls in the kitchen because of a leak upstairs they ignored for 2 weeks. roaches roaches roaches.

I've lived here at Shiloh Oaks for going on 3 years now. I' ve never lived at a Community that cares as much as the New Assistant Manager Chelsea and the New Property Manager Kimberly . They are very attentive to your needs and go above and beyond to see that your needs are met. I'm Happy to call shiloh Oaks my home.

I’ve lived in here for 2 years. Overall this is a great place to call home. The office staff is very sweet and welcoming. Any issue I’ve had within my apartment was always addressed no later than 24hrs after my request. The maintenance staff is very professional and hard working. The residents are pretty quiet and nice. They tend to look out for one another. It’s a mixed and diverse complex which is really nice. If you’re looking for a place to call home check out Shiloh Oaks!

I don't personally live on the property but I have a very close friend who does and I can vouch and say that this apartment complex is very well maintained and the amenities it offers are appreciable. I would definitely recommend someone looking for a apt. to check out this location.

I've live here at Shiloh Oaks apts and have for about a year now. I come from a very big family and we celebrate everyone's accomplishments so i have company over quite often! At first the people in the office were very friendly, but soon turned once they saw my family coming over all the time. They then started leaving notices on our door about having company. That quickly turned into them coming over to harass me about my family. When asked what rule we were violating they couldn't seem to find an answer because we don't play loud music or bother anyone. It seems like they are just extremely power hungry. I'll be happily leaving when my lease is expired!

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years now, and we're finally getting to move out of this mess. Don't get me wrong they are very beautiful on the outside, but there's constant police there for all kinds of things, There are people on drugs that walk around late at night looking in cars and going thru dumpsters. They are extremely strict on visitors. Usually when we'd have company over we'd receive a notice they next day about it. Just a horrible place to live overall

This complex is all about money and more money, rent is late after the 1st, u are immediately accessed a 75$ late fee on the 2nd, I have been dealing w/roaches for the last 4 or 5 months now and, staff is not on the same page. I get so many different answers when dealing w/rent and late fees and miscellaneous fees they add on. Biggest mistake signing a lease w/this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THEY ARE AWFUL

I have lived at Shiloh Oaks for 1 year and found it to be quite comfortable. I have found the office and maintenance staff to be friendly and efficient. They have responded quickly to any issues I have raised and have resolved them in a timely manner. I live in a two bedroom two bath apartment on the second floor of a three story building. You can hear every movement from the people above you and the people below you can hear yours. The building are very old but decent modeling. Every time they make a simple remodel they add to the cost of rent.. I didn't know a simple paint job would justify adding to the cost of rent. Management is super friendly to me but they leave early and get in late. Took them a month to fix my kitchen light.
