We are very comfortable here, maintenance staff very helpful. The only issue I have is nothing has been to the garden area since we moved in 6/23, looks shabby. No new mulch either since then. Pool & grilling area beautiful & well maintained.

Just signed another lease, because I'm so satisfied living here. It has been a great experience for me.I loved the Bingo Christmas party.The office staff did a nice job putting it together.Also as I've said before in my reviews the maintenance guys have always been awesome.My kitchen stove went out and they delivered another one a few days later.They make sure we have every we need and are very polite.So I am a very satisfied resident.??.

It's a bir expensive, windows are outdated ( heavy draft in both room windows and things come through since it's not fully closed), the door is also very drafty. Also, very hard to see the street signs but everything else is fine. The walls and floors are a bit thin.

Always a pleasure to home in a safe quiet community. Since I've been here over 3 years now, not 1 night I felt unsafe. I love it here, my grand babies have several parks to choose from. I have the walk trail I can walk/ stroll the babies. So yeah feel safe a wonderful experience. And also the workout/ fitness room

I moved up to the area from Mississippi to start a new job and I toured about a dozen apartment complexes before deciding on Shoal Creek. The leasing agent was fun and personable, and I love the area. My apartment has a cove at the top of the stairs which creates a nice, secluded “den.” The closet space is more than enough and I appreciate the perfect water pressure in the shower which is an obscure thing that I look out for when moving to a new place

All my neighbors are friendly, and I can't really hear anything from other apartments (so I either got lucky with quiet neighbors, or the apartments are decently sound proofed). The office workers are all very kind and try their best to help you along the process. There's 0 complaints so far, and I honestly feel like I found the jackpot for apartments.

sometimes things need to be throughout clean but very nice and quiet. the shower gets enough hot water and there is a walk in closet ??! carpet is super nice and new! they put in new appliances except the washer/dryer is really small

It's not bad. There aren't any insect problems really, and maintenance is always on top. The main two reasons I really don't want to move, along with in apartment laundry. Besides increase in rent every year, the apartment and people are great.

Shoal Creek is a great community to live at! The amenities are great! The pool area is nice, with the improvements, very quiet apartments with nice park like settings, and I am sure the dogs will love the new Bark Park!

We really love that the property has a bark park. Also, the surrounding is peaceful and clean. Our unit is newly renovated which is a good thing.

Shoal Creek makes you feel like you are at home I lived here 23 years ago and now I moved back the apartment itself is perfect for my family and I I could not be happier not only with my apartment but with the wonderful team in the leasing office that made it feel like home and everything from bring kind and caring for the needs I was looking for in a home

My experience at Shoal Creek Apts. has been positive overall. It's professionally managed with a helpful and experienced staff that will always listen and accomodate. I love the cleanliness, manicured landscaping, flower planting for beautification, services, and ammenities. But, best of all it's an apartment home: a private entrance, carport, washer/ dryer, a kitchen that is just short of a 'chef's kithchen' and a balcony with a spectular view. Summer or winter, the property is always maintained. Lawns are beautiful and snow is plowed and shoveled from walkways...plus good salting on walkways and drives. I have less worry and more freedom.
