Always a pleasure to home in a safe quiet community. Since I've been here over 3 years now, not 1 night I felt unsafe. I love it here, my grand babies have several parks to choose from. I have the walk trail I can walk/ stroll the babies. So yeah feel safe a wonderful experience. And also the workout/ fitness room

I moved up to the area from Mississippi to start a new job and I toured about a dozen apartment complexes before deciding on Shoal Creek. The leasing agent was fun and personable, and I love the area. My apartment has a cove at the top of the stairs which creates a nice, secluded “den.” The closet space is more than enough and I appreciate the perfect water pressure in the shower which is an obscure thing that I look out for when moving to a new place

Everything is great so far. All my neighbors are friendly, and I can't really hear anything from other apartments (so I either got lucky with quiet neighbors, or the apartments are decently sound proofed). The office workers are all very kind and try their best to help you along the process. There's 0 complaints so far, and I honestly feel like I found the jackpot for apartments.

I have lived at shoal creek for almost 6 years, and really like it here! Very quiet, the pool is nice, super clean. The staff is great! The party's they put on are great, you can get to know your neighbors. I am happy living here!

sometimes things need to be throughout clean but very nice and quiet. the shower gets enough hot water and there is a walk in closet ??! carpet is super nice and new! they put in new appliances except the washer/dryer is really small

It's not bad. There aren't any insect problems really, and maintenance is always on top. The main two reasons I really don't want to move, along with in apartment laundry. Besides increase in rent every year, the apartment and people are great.

In fact I can the most place I've stayed in that's comfortable. Lol the only thing I just I can afford the rent. Too much.but other than that no complaints

Shoal Creek is a great community to live at! The amenities are great! The pool area is nice, with the improvements, very quiet apartments with nice park like settings, and I am sure the dogs will love the new Bark Park!

My experience at Shoal Creek Apts. has been positive overall. It's professionally managed with a helpful and experienced staff that will always listen and accomodate. I love the cleanliness, manicured landscaping, flower planting for beautification, services, and ammenities. But, best of all it's an apartment home: a private entrance, carport, washer/ dryer, a kitchen that is just short of a 'chef's kithchen' and a balcony with a spectular view. Summer or winter, the property is always maintained. Lawns are beautiful and snow is plowed and shoveled from walkways...plus good salting on walkways and drives. I have less worry and more freedom.

Shoal Creek is the best place to stay in Sterling Heights. The front office staff members are all extremely nice, kind and helpful. The neighbors are great too and there is a swimming pool, as well as a place to walk for. I have never seen more bugs in my home than here at Shoal Creek. There are gaps around the doors and windows. Wasps and bees fly into apartment through the vents ( which is not an emergency). There are silverfish in foyer and a pile of dead bugs on the balcony. The toilet is still leaking and the apartment smells of mold after iit rains. Their major concern is that rent is on time, nothing else will be handled. You will, however receive plenty of polite lip service and a garbage can.

I’ve been here for years now and have had the best experience living here! Very quiet and staff is very friendly and prompt with maintenance requests. I will definitely be here for quite a few years ??
