… I waisted $300 on a deposit for E138. I’ve called multiple times a day. Left multiple messages. This place does not respond. Complete waste of money time & effort. If I could give half a star I would. I had access to a website to pay deposit & first months rent. Now I don’t have access, don’t have anyone to talk to… this place is a complete mess

They have roaches and bad people and half of the stuff doesn’t even work and they don’t come fix anything properly.

Horrible DO NOT MOVE HERE
Management is rude, they changed our apartment without telling us after we put our application in to a unit with no washer and dryer connect and changed our move in date without telling us. Would not recommend wasting your time.

Under New Management that is worse than old management
As I am writing this review, it is winter time and cold. My heat has not been working for over a week! I put in I'm maintenance order and contacted the office about my heat on day one. Day two I contacted the office and put in another order. Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6,7,8 still today my heat is not working nor have they made an attempt to even come and look at the heater! You should move to shore house if you are okay with not having anything that works and a management team that will not come and respond to your request

Terrible
Communication could be a trillion times better! If they do get tired of communicating they will just send your calls to voicemail! They have an email automated response dated back to last year, meaning any email you send to boathouse isn’t actually going through. My new apartment has not been able to receive rental verification due to these problems! It can be nearly impossible to get shorehouse/boathouse apartments to do anything!!!! Living there was already a nightmare, even now that I don’t live there the nightmare is still following me! You walk into an empty leasing office and somehow they can’t complete 1,one!!! task because they are “understaffed.” Rental verification is not a daunting task to be completed!!!! Lazy.

Very Quiet and Peaceful
I moved here in April of last year and it was my very first apartment. I absolutely enjoy my stay here and receive wonderful customer service anytime I have a question or concern. Maintenance is always friendly and they keep the outside area pretty clean. It's a very safe area I was more than happy to renew my lease for another year. :)

NO STARS-RUNNNNNN
I would not even give this place ONE STAR. I went to see this place about a week ago. Let's start of with the most important thing, the administration. It's a complete JOKE. Super unprofessional, rude, loud, the list can go on. The neighborhood is horrible and they do not care about their customers. They just care for renting so they can get commissions. The apartments are discusting, dirty, they don't clean them and they are beat up in some places like the appliances. Supposedly they are "renovated". It's actually an old renovation. It's honestly very sad and disappointing how such a rich real estate company don't care about people.My point is don't even bother looking them up.

Do NOT rent!
This place is a big trap, maintenance sucks, management sucks, the water is constantly being shut off, other tenants are loud verbally and musically, trash is piled up, laundry room is always disgusting! Let’s just say I cannot wait until my lease is up.

The absolute worst!
If you know what’s good for you, RUN! Wood in home decaying. Major MAJOR MAAAAAJOR GIANT COCKROACH PROBLEM! I request to get my apartment sprayed every week. Often, I’m sitting right in the living room and by the time I answer the door, pest control has already ran back to their car! Then when I do catch them and they spray, these things don’t die. It’s like they come out from hiding for YOU to kill them. I hate it here! The property manager convinced me this was a nice area (I moved from out of town for a job). I didn’t find out until I got to work that this place was nicknamed “sin city”. RUN!

Pools
It is very sad that none of the Pools are not available in the summer vacation for children! Went to the office to notify it and they said couldnt open pools because of fences damaged. Plenty of employees walking around doing nothing!
