Shoreline Apartments

I absolutely love this complex and my apt. The management and support staff are wonderful. The operation team keep the property spotless. This location Is awesome with very modern updates and landscaped perfectly. I also enjoy the peace and quite and walk across the street to the beautiful waterfront. Mike D.

Loud neighbors, very thin walls and nobody to call after hours for lockout/ reporting. You won't get any of your security deposit back regardless of how much you clean. Managers aren't very pleasant to deal with. Suggest looking elsewhere.

Great location, amazing views of San Francisco and the peninsula. Quiet neighbors. Bus line passes right in front. Walking distance from Trader Joes.

I've had a great time living here the past year and I hope many more to come. It's a safe neighborhood right across the street from the bay. Beautiful views of San Francisco and plenty of street parking. The apartments are nice and any issues are addressed quickly.

Living at this apartment for a very long time I have one thing to say "amazing" . There is everything you need here and a list of them is two pools , a gym , BBQ pit , two laundry rooms and other great features will be found after exploring everything and currently the apartments are being improved and i can bet it will be better. And the last thing I would say to anyone that is looking for a apartment is too go here you wont go wrong .

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it here. Everything I need is within walking distance, management always makes sure any problem I have is fixed right away, and the weather is always agreeable. Everyday is a good day to walk across the street and go to the beach.

We moved here for my son to attend the high school of his choice. We love Alameda and being at Shoreline Apartments has been the best. We love the diversity and how close we are to everything. The management is friendly and helpful. They are prompt whenever there is a maintenance issue. The neighbors are friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

My husband and I been living in Shoreline Apartment since 2012, we love living in this apartment because of the location. You can't find anywhere else that close to the beach, close to bus station, close to Safeway, close to post office and close to shopping center. Shoreline apartment also provided the gym room, swimming pool and laundry room, which is a big benefit for every tenant. The management services here are very efficient. Myrna and Ana are always tried their best to help us. Also, I need to give credit of those 2 maintenance Last time, I asked for replace my kitchen ceiling fan, it comes with the light bulb, however the maintenance guy got cut by glass and still helped us to replace the kitchen ceiling fan. You can see that how much they care about their work. My husband and I highly recommended Shoreline Apartment to ever

The location is wonderful right across the shore. And it is safe to be here. Lots of diversity in the units, I have been here for almost 10 years and not ready to move out. Whenever there is an issue with technical problems or neighbors (rarely), I can talk to staff and they resolve it right away. Although the place is oldish, it is well maintained and kept clean and being renovated. Onsite management is staying on top of things regularly. These are hard working people who are always ready to help. Really. No rent control, that's a big minus, but this has nothing to do with how the place in managed on site. Older building, noise travels through walls and floors and ceilings.
