About Shoreline Apartments
Dear Residents, First and foremost, thank you for being great residents and choosing to reside at our community. As we are getting into the fall months, here are a few reminders to keep our property looking great and our grounds clean. Pet Waste: Please ensure that all pets are leashed and that you pick up after them immediately. Dumpsters: In order to keep the property clean and pest free please deposit all trash in the proper dumpsters and close the lid. Recycling Dumpsters: The white dumpster is specifically for recycling and not trash. Please only use it for boxes, cans, bottles, and other recyclable items. We have seen an excess of trash in these bins. Thank you again for doing your part to make this a clean and quiet community. Its a collaborative effort and we appreciate all of our residents. Also, dont forget about our resident referral program. We are currently offering a $500 bonus for all referrals for a limited time. Please see the leasing office for details. Have a great weekend and let us know if we can be of any assistance! Shoreline Apartments Management Team

Located in Riverside County and encompassed by Southern California’s largest freshwater lake, the Lake Elsinore community is all about outdoor sports. When referring to Storm, locals aren’t discussing the weather at all but speaking of the city’s professional baseball team that plays in Diamond Stadium.
Each year a dirt bike competition brings the community together, known as the Elsinore Grand Prix. Just like land sports, residents look forward to jet skiing and kayaking on the lake. In addition, Lake Elsinore also features two skate parks, convenient access to the Ortega Falls trailhead, and golfing at Links at Summerly.
Established in 1888, Lake Elsinore neighborhoods are divided into 11 unique districts. Living here, you’ll be amazed by the school system, direct access to Interstate 15, and the abundance of shops and restaurants at the Outlets at Lake Elsinore. Cool bars and trendy eateries can also be found along Main Street, near the historic district.

Property Ratings at Shoreline Apartments
Never thought I moved here from living so long here in Elsinore ! Apartments are awesome ! Pool and jacuzzi always clean ! Management (Mariela) helped us a lot was so helpful , sweet and attractive! Gym always empty ready for your workout ! Neighborhood it’s awesome ! Everything close by schools and specialty Liquor stores!! I highly recommend you sell your house and come live here NOW!!
Shoreline is the best apartment complex that I toured in lake elsinore. I did 10 showings before renting here and signing a lease. None of the other properties had such a nice pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. Absolutely love my apartment.
We are glad we moved out, this place has the worst management ever. They pretend to be very nice to get you on, but once you are good luck to you getting things fixed. Always had water issues. They are pathetic and lousy with very poor work ethics and careless for their tenants. I am not the only one that says y read most of the reviews before you decide to move in.
Previous manager did her job very poorly, but got replaced with another more responsible manger. They are making improvements around the building and are more on top of stuff. Thanks Anais and Brianna, keep up the good work!
apartments alright could have better parking people leave there cars in green spots like if it’s theirs even tho they say it’s for the day people have abandon cars there, maintenance guys suck as well and are rude. i’ve complained about my neighbor being loud dude doesn’t get the memo.. read the reviews before you move into any apartment tbh
Poor management that does not care about safety of its residents. Gates are always open which invites crimes, car burglaries. and homeless people who bath and sleep in the pool area and laundry facilities. Trash is always overflowing into the street. Apartment units have leaks, and some have even had mold issues. For the price you can find a much safer and cleaner complex elsewhere.
The leasing consultant Esmeralda was amazing, professional and made picking out the perfect apartment a breeze. Nice swimming pool for those hot Elsinore days, and a jacuzzi .Thank you Rachel and the rest of the shoreline team for the amazing start.
Move in day was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and caring. Really made me and my family feel at home. They assured us if we had any concerns they will be taken care of. The community here is great. Quite and really clean.

The management of this whole place is wonderful! They try they're best to keep things as nice as possible, and always care about the residents feedback. The location is absolutely beautiful and the upkeep on all the scenery nearby is amazing. Right around the corner is the lakeside high school, which is great or families with teenagers. The rent is also a decent price for California. I honestly could not think of a better place for you to stay.

Lived here 6 years and the new company is horrible!! Need maintenance done forget it. They can't even change exterior light bulbs. Been waiting 5 days and now I have time carry a flashlight to safely navigate stairs and walkway.

Thanks for the five stars and kind words! Our team will be happy to hear they've been able to help you feel at home. Thanks for being a part of our community!
The laundry doesn’t work , Mgmt doesn’t own the machines , a faceless crappy company does. They owe me 14.00, never got an answer. If your lucky and find a machine that works it will cost you 5$/load, the dryers are not HOT ! Parking , non existent ! Mgmt will tell their workers to park where ever and it’s your pd spot . Don’t be upset about it because they will make it personal. But when you make a mistake , $25 with deadbeat notice - Packages only delivered to front office , not to your door . Mgmt then puts them in locker that you have to set up account to get them out . That is not the law . ZERO water pressure! Water turned off at least once a week , for plumbing problems for last two years ! Mgmt lies and really hates general public unless you kiss her rump . In my opinion psychotic . Good luck getting your deposit back . They’ll lie about that too . Paid rent on 2nd , got harassed . Recycling on my patio in clear new bag , got a letter. Mgmt asked all tenants to evacuate during Holy fire . I said that’s not what I heard , I called authorities. They said no, only if you want . Not mandatory. I told a pt worker in office just that . And manger comes up my stairs to argue with me before she close up office to go home to her house early . I have more but bored ?? Living here feels like another bad mistake !
My wife and I have lived here at The shoreline apartments for 2 years previously known as harbor grand ! The experience we have had since they have transitioned over to the shoreline has been a very good experience ! The management ( Sheryl ) as well as the other office staff ( Roxanna ) and others have been more than kind and on top of, if any issues arose ! Maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner and grounds of the property kept clean! The complex is nice and quiet now with a new gym which is great ! We knew when we found these apartments, these were the ones and I am glad to say we reside here at shoreline !
Lived here when it changed from Harbor Grand to Shoreline. Prices descent before, but not now. Re-doing apartments, but raised rent a lot. They added a “gym” which is the size of one of the living rooms, if that. Maintenance isn’t good. Said they would fix something and never did. Pretty much, the pricing before was good for this area, but not anymore. They raised it too much where you might as well pay only a little bit more and get nice looking apartments closer to the freeway that have a lot more to offer. I would consider others first.
I've lived here for over 5 years. In that time it has been a very pleasant experience, even with the change in management, there is still more consistency in the treatment of tenants than some other places that I've lived. The new management has come in and made some great improvements. They are constantly working to make this a wonderful place to live. Like anything in life, some changes take longer than others, that should not be a reflection on anyone, that's just they way thing are. In my time here, I have not had any problems with my neighbors. My rent has not jump beyond reason, and I have not seen anything major going on. This is my experience, and only mine. Each tenant is different, so I'm speaking only for me. I have no problem referring future tenants to live here.
I have lived here for almost 3 years.. Everything was fine til the new managment took over(macbeth apartments) they have ruined this place. They dont care about the tenants just their money. They are raising our rent $300 cause they say they can do what they want. They are trying to charge for water trash and sewer added on top of rent and we have brown water 85% of the time we try to use it.. Cant even shower cause there is no water pressure and its brown. They refuse to come fix it and ignore all my calls. The office people r a joke and r extremely rude and have no clue what they r talking about. The pools r full of cockroaches and they never clean the pools. Do not move here!! We r moving out this month because of all the issues. They also will rent to whoever has money (5 or 6 people to a 1 bed) (illegal) (dirty) i could go on. If u have children i for sure would stay away from here. No safetly no security and the gates never work.
Harbor grand apartments have been our home for 2 years. We have loved it here. The views of the ortega mountains are amazing and its close to eveything that you could want. The apartments are a bit older but the management has been doing upgrades to the grounds and buildings and everything looks great. Its one of the few complexes in elsinore that has an abundance of grass that is well mintained. Thats a main reason we picked harbor grand so my dog would have something more than sidewalk and asphalt to walk on. That and the fact that water, trash, sewage and basic cable are all included, make harbor grand a great place to live.
paid a application fee was told we had the apartment this morning then called and told us they rented it to someone else. horrible customer service and business characteristics
The rent is decent, the manager very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is big and roomy. The only problem I have, is that on the website, it says a refrigerator is included, but that is not the case. I had to bring my own. Other than that, I have no problems. It's a pretty quiet area for an apartment complex and the people seem friendly enough.
I have been here 7 months. And in that 7 months my laundry has been stolen twice. Once it was thrown into the trash can for no reason. The new parking assignment is awful. My neighbors got raided by a gang unit and people during the night are so inconsiderate and out making noise and waking up my children at 3 in the morning.
I moved in about 2 months ago. I really like my apartment, its very roomy and spacious. The area may not be the best, but the management is doing a lot of improvements to the complex itself. It is very quiet for a complex of its size, which I love. I work nights, so I sleep during the day, and the quietness allows me to do that. It is not very close to the freeway, but it is close to the lake and has great views of the mountains. The patios/ balconies and stairs need some updating because they look a little worn down, but from what I can see, they are in the process of doing that. It is one of the more affordable places in the area. The only downside to this place is that they don't refrigerators in the apartments, and they have it gated, but no way for guests to be able to call in unless a resident walks all the way down and lets them in. Another thing is that in the 1 bedroom apartments, the set-up is odd. They have the bathroom access only through the bedroom, which makes it awkward for guests to use the restroom. Overall, I give this place a 7/10. It is nice enough and very quiet, and most importantly, its affordable.
