The building's breathtaking exterior and top-tier amenities are what originally captured our attention when we toured Shoreline (not to mention its offerings of weekly workout classes, monthly events, and dog grooming services!). After 3 years of living here, I can contest that you won't find a better gym (usually empty!), pool, or community services than the Shoreline Gateway. What keeps us here most definitely has to be the friendly, understanding, and well-communicative staff— all thanks to the incredible Community Manager, Ellie Raeisi (she's a gem!) The staff is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The building is very clean, the amenities are very good and very well cleaned always!

It is a nice building. Love the apartment. Love the location. The price is a little higher than I would like. I wish guest parking was available. One of the reasons why I would not recommend this building. The events are nice but very cheaply done. Ex: a great idea for the “ s’mores and hot chocolate bar “. But the person did not know how to make hot chocolate.

Very comfortable and great office personnel. Everyone is very accommodating and cordial. Cleaning crew is very on top of it. Love the events thrown in each month.
