3X Resigning Resident Here to Say: If you're looking for an ~elevated~ Long Beach living experience and shopping for a high-rise unit in the area: Shoreline Gateway is the only way to go! The building's breathtaking exterior and top-tier amenities are what originally captured our attention when we toured Shoreline (not to mention its offerings of weekly workout classes, monthly events, and dog grooming services!). After 3 years of living here, I can contest that you won't find a better gym (usually empty!), pool, or community services than the Shoreline Gateway. What keeps us here most definitely has to be the friendly, understanding, and well-communicative staff— all thanks to the incredible Community Manager, Ellie Raeisi (she's a gem!) To the entire Shoreline Gateway team, thank you for providing such a welcoming, safe, and fun home to live in.

It is a nice building. Love the apartment. Love the location. The price is a little higher than I would like. I wish guest parking was available. One of the reasons why I would not recommend this building. The events are nice but very cheaply done. Ex: a great idea for the “ s’mores and hot chocolate bar “. But the person did not know how to make hot chocolate.
