Seamless Move-In and Great Service at ShoreView
I’ve had a wonderful experience moving into Shoreview Apartments! The entire leasing process was quick and easy, and Stephanie made everything so straightforward. She was always available to answer my questions and helped ensure my move-in was as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is exactly what I was hoping for—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I’m really enjoying my new home, and I’m grateful for the great service from the team. I’d highly recommend Shoreview to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Understanding there is always a priority to maintenance requests. I have never been disappointed with the response time and the results.. MARK has always been responsive, friendly and understanding to the problem on hand.

Amazing Location and Caring Staff
I can't explain how grateful I am of this place. Stephanie has been amazing throughout the entire application process. She helped me get into my first apartment with me and my son. She has been professional and has always been available. Mark has been amazing as well when it comes to maintenance and resolving issues in a timely matter. Paula has also been helpful when it came to setting our account up as well. The area is beautiful, gated and quiet. It's right next to the new part of the riverwalk and has a beautiful watch tower, as well as two amazing brand new parks. This is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have seen. It's clean and well maintained.

A home, not an apartment-I'M NEVER LEAVING
From day one, the dedicated team led by Stephanie along with Johnny and Mark have gone above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I feel safe, happy, and truly at home. I can confidently say that Shoreview Apartments has surpassed all our expectations! Stephanie sets the tone for the entire community. She is an incredible leader who fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stephanie's exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail made the entire leasing process seamless but doesn't end there! We are constantly in the loop on all things going in the apartment. I've never had a management company "overcommunicate". If a tree fell down I'd know 30 seconds later from the Stephanie via our messaging app. Stephanie's genuine care for each resident is evident through her timely, attentive and patient responses to any concerns or questions. Johnny's friendly and approachable demeanor instantly puts residents at ease. Johnny consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everyone's needs are met, and his exceptional communication skills create a strong sense of community within Shoreview Apartments. His dedication to our satisfaction is truly commendable. He WAS a Cowboys fan but thankfully he is a Bucs fan now don't worry. Last but def not least, I must call out Mark, the amazing maintenance supervisor at Shoreview Apartments. Mark's expertise and professionalism shine through in every maintenance request we have submitted. He promptly addresses any issues, big or small, with efficiency and precision. Mark's attention to detail ensures my home is a clean and comfortable living environment for my family. I have formed such a great relationship with him, he knew about me proposing to my wife before some of my friends did!! Living at Shoreview Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. The team's genuine care and commitment have made us feel like valued members of the community. In my 20 years of renting, I've never felt such a sense of security and happiness. I highly recommend Shoreview Apartments to anyone seeking a wonderful living experience. Stephanie, Johnny, and Mark, along with the rest of the team, have created a community that truly feels like home. YOU GUYS ROCK.

Everything is great except visitor parking
Moved in a month ago, and they made my application and move-in process a breeze. It is a gorgeous complex with updated features and great amenities. I love my view of the river and roomy layout. The only thing that is a hassle is the lack of visitor parking and strict towing policy. There are exactly 5 spots for the whole complex to use for visitors, and multiple residence take up those spots with their secondary work vehicles. Management encouraged street parking along one side of the complex, but recent city construction has put up "no parking" signs and started ticketing. All the other streets around the complex are "no parking" also. There is plenty of spots inside the complex and I am never looking for parking of my own. Shoreview, please make designated visitor parking spots inside the gates!! We have the room and the demand for convenient spots for our guests. I want to have friends over to show them my great new place, but there is either no where for them to park or I have to bring them in. PLEASE!!!

So close to everything!
We moved in right after Shoreview was built and resigned for our 2nd year. The property is so close to everything we need , including the beach which is a straight shot down Manatee Ave! It will only get better once the Riverwalk extension is done! So many restaurants and shops nearby, we walk or ride bikes almost everywhere, also easy to get to highways/airports! Love this City!

Awesome
Great place to live. Right on the Manatee River and new park and river walk. Grounds and staff are wonderful. Hate to leave but have family up north not doing well. If we return, this will be our home again.

Beautiful Place
Moved into Shoreview a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! There was a change in management companies recently and the new staff are super friendly and helpful! This area that BOOMING! Warm And friendly living
This community is absolutely perfect to relax at. We love it here. Renewal rates aren’t the greatest but we understand that It is the market everywhere right now and we plan on renewing for another year until we purchase. The new staff here picked up right where the old ones left off and continue fun traditions like Food Truck Tuesdays which is our favorite.

Love Love Love
Shoreview has recently become our home and we couldn't be more excited. The views you get are stunning and tremendously relaxing. Our little 1 bedroom is so perfect. We look forward to living here for a long time.

Our little Slice of Heaven
Moving to Florida has been quite an experience. Here at ShoreView has been our little slice of heaven. The Front office staff have truly been a breath of fresh air and we are forever grateful. BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY! My waterfront home is the icing on the cake.
