No sun at the pool, and what's not broken?

We have been here at the Sian ocean residence 5 weeks, long enough to get an idea of this rental. There's a new rental residence building next door that blocks the Sians pool area sun by 12:30 In The afternoon. The sun is gone, There is a walkway to the beach from the pool but next door owns it and you cannot sit in those chairs just outside this Pool's walk way you have to walk way past these chairs that the other rental owns. Also because there are 2 new buildings that are tall as skyscrapers there's no sun on the Beach by 2:30 it's all shades and gets quite cool once that happens evennon an 80 degree day. To date we have had many false fire alarms which included exiting the building. The 2 lobby elevators one is always broken. The pool room has 1 pool stick that you can chalk the others are broke. Let alone the washer and dryer on certain floors are broke too.
