Property Ratings at Siena Park
The application and move-in process was seamless. The apartment complex has been very clean and enjoyable. We are grateful to be residents here.
I've lived in Siena Park for roughly 3 years now, and have been most happy with the current leasing office and building maintenance. Requests are addressed quickly, they are very loving to the dogs in a dog-friendly building and highly communicative. I recommend Siena Park to someone looking for a neighborhood with terrific restaurants, and parks within walking distance.
We love it here! My husband and I lived at Siena Park in 2020 and we had a great experience. Moving back to this area has been surreal. Dana was amazing and made our application process go very smoothly. I couldn’t think of a better place to call home!
Siena Park is a lovely place. I received a lot of helpfrom the administration team. I'm very thankful and I absolutely recommend the building to live here.
I've lived here for almost 8 years and sadly it's progressively going downhill. The good: rent is reasonable, maintenance is fantastic, leasing staff are helpful and the residents/pets are generally great along with a great location. The bad: the new owners/management are very reactive rather than proactive with a goal of saving money. Examples: no more concierge so packages and deliveries are regularly in the lobby or outside the front door. The building is lazily relying on the kindness of strangers to get other residents deliveries. There have also been encounters with strangers in the lobby that management said 'not to worry about'. The garage door was broken and open for over 2 months, residents were told it was the vendor's fault and yet once a car got broken into it was fixed a day later. Fitness equipment is outdated for the rent being paid. It's a shame that with each new round of management things continue to degrade; hopefully it will turn around soon as the building has fantastic bones and great residents.
I just moved back to the area and I can honestly say no other apartment complex compares to Siena Park! Between the staff, the amenities, the price, and walkability to restaurants and the metro I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!
Over the past 2 years I have been very happy living Siena Park. Any maintenance issue is handled in a timely manner. Anytime, I've had a minor issue the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and dealt with it immediately. My rent is very reasonable for the location. Easy access to metro bus and a grocery store just a stone's throw away.
Very happy living at Siena Park. The location of amazing restaurants and eclectic storefronts like Acme Pie Co. and KatsFlowers make it a perfect home in South Arlington. The interior and exterior are always clean, and leasing staff listen and address problems that may arise quickly. They are thoughtful to ensure packages are placed in a safe place when delivered after hours and maintenance is top-notch. I've lived in a few properties on Columbia Pike, but I keep renewing at Siena Park as it's the only building that's made me feel like I'm heard, respected, and valued as a resident.
The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The building is quiet and an enjoyable place to live. Also, being in walking distance of a grocery store is a definite plus.
Moving is very stressful. My experience so far has been so worth the move. Everyone is seems nice and friendly. I wasn’t expecting such great customer service throughout this whole process. So Thank you !!!
This is a beautiful community! I am so happy that I moved here. The staff is kind, I enjoy the valet trash, and my apartment is spacious. The maintenance staff is also professional and are quick to respond to any maintenance issues.
I love living at Siena Park Apartments, the neighborhood, and general location in the DMV. I, sadly, had to move out for a yearlong assignment overseas for work but as soon as I neared the end of that assignment, I knew exactly where I’d be living upon my return to the area: Siena Park.
This complex just continuously goes downhill with each new round of management. The prices for both the apartments and the parking increase but the benefits keep decreasing. I can’t wait to move out of here in December.
Living in Siena Park is really great, has been a safe location to be close to DC. The rent price increases are difficult, and there is a trash valet service that is tacked onto the monthly rent that I don't think is necessary (since not everyone uses it), but aside from those, it is a great community to live.
Just moved into Siena Park, overall positive experience so far. Dana in the leasing office was great with move-in and so far folx in the community have said hello and good morning in the hallways. Parking is great, while overpriced,
Siena Park is a lovely community. The building and amenities themselves are great but the residents and management make this place even better. The management is attentive and do their best to foster community. My maintence requests are always fulfilled within 24 hours, including emergency maintenance. Management hosts a lot of fun, inclusive events for residents. The residents also try to help each out in moments of need, for example making sure other residents get home safely. I'd highly reccomend Siena Park as a fun, safe place to live.

Siena Park is the place to live on Columbia Pike. Nestled in the heart of the Penrose neighborhood, it is walking distance to anything you could want. Steps away from a major chain grocery store, numerous eateries, fitness studios and entertainment, Siena Park is what you want in an apartment complex. Friendly staff, an amazing maintenance team, Amazon Locker on site, and newly renovated amenities offer the best in apartment living.

This apartment provides a quiet and clean place to live. The living areas and bedrooms are spacious. The lobby is clean, never lost a package and the rooftop is nice as well. I wish the garage had better lighting and was cleaned.
Property Manager at Siena Park, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your positive review! We will continue working hard to keep maintaining the common areas and package room. As of last week we have completed our LED conversion light project. The lights in the garage are much brighter. We are looking to get the garage cleaned and will be sure to keep all residents updated on that project! Best, Kathy Caceres, Business Manager, sienapark@lincolnapts.com

Just moved in but the process was so easy and Kathy is wonderful to work with! Had a maintenance call and was attended to very quickly. I am happy with my decision!

Thank you for your positive feedback. We love that you are happy with your decision and we are grateful to have you as a resident at Siena Park. Best, Kathy Caceres, Business Manager, sienaparkmgr@lincolnapts.com
Siena Park has been a great place to live! The apartments are updated, the package system has been great, and we have enjoyed the common spaces. Noise does not carry between apartments, but the street is very noisy if you're facing Columbia Pike. The small touches like a new Nest system and bluetooth speakers in each shower. They are on top of fixes and maintenance. I would highly recommend living here!
Love the location! Walk anywhere! And the windows… awesome on sunny days! The roof is one of my favorite places to watch sunsets, and who can beat having an entire refrigerator and pantry right next door?
Positive experience for my time here. Building is kept up and office is responsive.
Would recommend due to high quality workers who helped resolve a maintenance order.
Great place to make your new home. I am fairly new at Siena Park and I absolutely love it! I am moving from a house into an apartment, and I really wanted a large enough place that I could make my new "home." I had to downsize, but I have adequate space for a lot of my things. Siena Park provided the clean beautiful space I was looking for, along with a friendly professional atmosphere by Kristal and all of the staff, and all of the fun community activities! The upkeep is on point, maintenance is very friendly and timely, and the hallway/elevator and other community spaces are very clean! Needless to say, I really like this location and looking forward to making great memories here. -VH
Amenities need a lot of work especially the gym and the hallway always smell like weed
The windows were not sound-reducing and likely had the seal broken (condensation would form on inside). Front loading washing machines literally stink.
The property management & concierge team is very professional and gets the job done well and in a timely manner.
Location was great. However, on the weekends especially, it was difficult to find the concierge. There were many times I needed something but no one was available.
I have been here over 2 years. I am relatively satisfied. But I would like to see common areas clean, cleaner (debris removed, vacuumed), grocery strollers prohibited (seen on my floor for past few days last week into past weekend.
Windows on street side don't block enough noise. Front-loading washing machines are stinky.
Everything you need is a mere block away. Gym downstairs, quiet, staff is great, etc
I would absolutely recommend this community to people based on this interaction alone. Based on seeing the work and the customer service provided by the maintenance department alone, I would tell anybody moving to this area to inquire about living here before anywhere else.
I'd recommend this apartment community to anyone looking to move into the area. In fact, I made a recommendation to a close friend moving to D.C. in the Fall!
The management team was amazing. Very attentive and courteous. Maintenance was done quickly and the property was very clean.
Based off the Maintenance experience, I would recommend because they were very professional and knowledgeable.
Best apartment community I have ever lived in.
I would definitely recommend Siena Park if people like the Columbia Pike area. I'd recommend some amenity upgrades if the plan is to stay super competitive long-term. But overall, this is a great complex with good value and a great staff. Thank you!
It is a lovely home. I love the events, the quietness, the location, and the professionalism.
Just a great crew of people that work here. I haven't had many issues but if I ever need to reach out to anyone the response is incredibly fast and everything I need is taken care of. Much appreciated.
I feel it is important to trust those who enter your home and the team here is great. I feel safe and I know that they will help out anyway they can.
All around wonderful experience so far.
I would recommend it for the solid amenities and staff. Location is not great (not walkable to Metro) and a little expensive.
Very friendly and quiet building that has great staff and amenities.
I love the facility, location, concierge staff, and general amenities. I fee secure in my apartment building.
We've been here less than a year and have been so happy with the place. Love the location, love the people who work here, neighbors are friendly, solid construction so the apartment is nice and quiet.
Complex is kept up amenity wise and maintenance is fabulous!
Great customer service. Everyone I've spoken with has been kind and helpful with all of my needs.
