wonderful apartment in verona, wi - close to epic where i am currently employed. i plan to stay here until i purchase my first home. manager Hayley is all around fantastic, maintenance Jose is prompt and knowledgeable, and i have nothing but great things to say about this place. it seems there are very few openings, even in summertime, so if you are able to grab a place, you will be happy living here!

I absolutely love living at Siena Ridge Apartments. The manager, Hayley, is professional and efficient and makes this property incredible. Maintenance guys, Jose and David, are prompt and wear booties and a mask when they enter - sometime I really appreciate. They always get the small work orders I request done in a timely and professional manner. I love to walk around the neighborhood, and am just so happy with my choice. If you can find a unit when they become available make sure to jump on it - I will be here for many years.

I have lived here 3 years and love it. I love the small town feel of Verona, the cozy neighbor, the fantastic management (Hayley is the best manager, and maintenance is taken care of promptly when needed), and my one bedroom apartment is perfect for my needs. I will be renewing another year. Thank you again Siena Ridge!

Stars: 5 I Love everything about living in Siena. It is not just an apt complex, but it is a community. Everyone is friendly, and we try to help each other as necessary. The building is very well maintained inside and out. Whenever a issue arises, I email Hayley, and the matter is taken care of promptly. Preventive maintenance is done: air filters, etc. I really like that the Apt. Manager is on site 8a to 5. Hayley's Office Door is always open and she always greets you with a smile and she knows our names., she welcomes positive feedback, and issues of concern. I have lived at Siena for 6yrs., and I have no plans to move., I am very happy living at Siena. Thank You for providing us with a great place to live.

My husband and I recently sold our home and moved into a townhome at Siena Ridge. The manager, Hayley, has been a gem to work with, is so kind, and very knowledgeable with any question we asked her. We love the spacious unit, gas fireplace, and our dogs love the surround park/trails. We plan to stay a while!

Siena Ridge is a truly amazing place to call home! The complex is full of friendly people, a well maintained property and large apartments. Our 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom was so spacious with a laundry room area, open concept living/kitchen/dining area and plenty of closet spaces. Quick drive to a grocery store in downtown Verona. As well as the businesses on Mckee. The property manager, Hayley, will make you feel welcome and is always quick to handle any maintenance request. Overall a great experience!

I have lived at Siena Ridge for a little over a year and have nothing but great things to say. We love it here and feel the price is very great for what you get: the apartments are spacious, updated, safe and the property is well maintained. The manager Hayley is awesome!!! I rarely ever write reviews, but I have been living at Siena Ridge for a 4 years and have nothing but great things to say. Once the management changed a few years back it has been top notch ever since, it's nice to have someone in the office & someone to address concerns/problems to. Hayley is quick to respond to any emails/calls, VERY friendly & happy, and willing to help you out. My husband and I will live here until our first home purchase. I recommend over and over to all my clients looking to relocate and live in a safe, beautiful area in Madison or Verona.

Working at EPIC in Verona, I was looking for a great apartment to start my new career. I scheduled a bunch of showings but the first one was with Siena Ridge. Hayley showed me a Studio apartment and I immediately knew that this place was for me. There was so many amenities that I would actually use (pool and fitness studio). She also mentioned that there was great opportunities to meet other people during the apartment's bagel mornings and yearly parties. That is such a great perk since I am new to the area. I look forward to moving in soon!!!

I have been living at Siena Ridge since 2016 and I love it. It's so close to my job in Middleton, just a few minute drive, close to restaurants and a grocery store, but has a wonderful residential feel. I can walk my corgi around and meet other neighbors, still feeling very safe. The manager Hayley is beyond wonderful. So quick to respond, always positive, and the maintenance is prompt. McKenzie Apartments are great, and this location is my favorite because it's tucked away in cute Verona.

5 stars for Siena Ridge Apartments in Verona. I had two (larger) maintenance requests and Hayley was so prompt to get them scheduled and taken care of. It was impressive because other apartments would take days to respond, and would rarely complete any of my requests for mainteanance. It's a great property, absolutely worth the price - I love my one bedroom!

Siena Ridge was my second home in Madison while working my first professional job out of college. I lived in a townhome for 2 years, and the property manager (Hayley) made me feel so comfortable living here, i cannot thank her enough for the help with everything. I loved the surrounding area, my townhouse was stunning (going to miss the fireplace), and it was just all around a great experience. Unfortunately I moved back home to be with family, but i will miss Verona very much. I would give this place 5 stars for: great management, prompt/responsive maintenance team, great overall appearance and location, and loved the amenities (pool/fitness/tanning). i lived with my husband at siena ridge for 2 years while we both worked at Epic. we had a two bed two bath and it was one of our favorite apartments we've ever lived in. very clean and well taken care of, and the management on site is a huge attribute to our happiness. the manager always has a smile on her face and asks how your day is going - she definitely makes this a 5 star place because of her attentiveness and caring vibe / attitude. would recommend to anyone wanting to live in verona or employed at epic. we recently moved to the west coast and we will miss our home dearly.

I had been at this property for over 2 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, everything about this property screams quality. Any maintenance issues that arose were handled very quickly and professionally. Hayley is absolutely spectacular and a wonderful presence to have in the office. She’s willing to go out of her way to help you out or to make a situation right. I would recommend this property to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

moved in about a year and a half ago and cannot say enough great things about siena ridge. the location is ideal and i really enjoy my 2 bedroom unit - landlord is very great at her job and is accommodating and quick to answer any emails or questions i may have. i really like their maintenance policies too, very helpful with any issues. close to epic, quick drive to work but have a little bit of distance - come visit the property and you will see why it's so great. -chris

I've lived at Siena Ridge for two years, and unfortunately had to relocate for my job but I loved living here! It is a very nice area, the manager Hayley is very friendly and kind and maintenance Brad is great. I would recommend and wish I could have stayed for many years. I also love that I can walk down the street and go to the Library or Culvers or the Draft House for drinks with friends. Pet friendly is a plus, could have my cat with me.

very happy with my apartment at siena ridge: professionally managed and maintained by the landlord (Hayley), grounds always look amazing and well kept, maintenance very responsive (Brad is great!) and the pool is such a great amenity in the heat of summer. would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to life in Verona or Madison area or close to Epic.

I was impressed when I went in for a showing for a townhouse at Siena Ridge last week. The manager was extremely professional, polished, and very educated with the entire process. Unfortunately we do not need the townhouse for another year, once we list our Verona home on the market, but we wanted to get a feel for the area by the middle school for our kids and these have gotten great reviews. After the showing, the manager, Hailey, sent a summary email with everything we talked about and included floor plans with all dimensions. I was blown away, Realtors haven't even done this for us - we would rent the townhouse just because of the manager's professionalism and the homey feel from the property.

My fiance and I moved into Siena Ridge a few months ago, and we are absolutely LOVING it. Our loft apartment is exactly what we wanted for our first place together, and it's great. The grounds are really well kept, the pool is so warm and always being cared for, and the management/maintenance is on top of things. If I email the manager for a maintenance request, she is so prompt to respond and get someone to our apartment in a timely matter, no matter the issue. Hayley is so friendly and has a smile on her face no matter the day, I can always stop down and count on a friendly encounter with her. I'd recommend this apartment if you are looking to live in the Madison/Verona/West side area. Also, we have a dog, and it's rare to find a nice apartment that allows pets - plus the dog area is really convenient.

I'm so happy I chose to live at Siena Ridge. From the first interaction with the manager, Haley, I was so impressed. She was prompt with her emails and very thorough in explaining about the property/apartment/prices, etc. On our showing she displayed exemplary professionalism, unlike any other apartment manager I've met Madison (I've lived in 3 other apartments throughout Madison). That is what made me want to live here, plus I love my cute apartment and my view. It says a lot about the property when the management and maintenance is prompt, efficient, and professional and relatable. I really love the location, close drive to my job at Epic, and the property is kept in great shape. I'd recommend anyone to live here, it's really wonderful and has quickly become "home".

We recently moved from Siena Ridge apartments after living there for 2 1/2 years. We moved to a 3 bedroom, which Siena Ridge doesn’t offer. If you are contemplating a move, check into Siena Ridge. Brad the maintenance man, is very prompt and efficient. Hayley is the manager- and she is the ultimate in professionalism. She also deserves the award for” most friendly”, making one feel like you are “home”! McKenzie Corp. is lucky to have them both. The location, the small town feel and amenities are great. Our apt.is nice but we miss “home.! Wish we were back! Sue

We lived in a house for all our life in northern Wisconsin, so when we had to sell our home and move to Madison to be closer to our kids and our grand children, we were unsure about everything. Hayley, the manager, made our apartment search, move in, and entire year here SO great. We recently bought a home, but living at Siena Ridge was the best thing that we could have done for the past year. We are so happy with the entire property and the McKenzie Apartment Company. Would recommend to anyone wanting to live in Verona or Madison! 5 stars for sure because of cleanliness, proximity, and of course the management/maintenance.

This property was everything we needed and much more. Units and halls are very clean. If you need something, the Siena Ridge Property Manager Hayley, and staff, are all over it. The grounds are well kept, and the amenities are great too. Top rental. Top service. Secure. Friendly and very competent. This is where you want to be; and close to everything too.

Sienna Ridge is close to where I work, at Epic. I moved here a year ago and really love the location and my loft apartment. The manager Haley has been extremely helpful and very responsive to my requests and anything I need for my maintenance requests. I will live here until I buy a home, it's that great. I recommend it to all my coworkers when they want to relocate closer to work.

We have resided at Siena Ridge for a few months and we have nothing but great things to say. We love the manager Hayley, the upkeep of the apartments, and our loft apartment is beautitful. Any maintenance request Hayley is quick to get done which is a huge relief after coming from A different apartment that was reluctant to do any requests. Great place to live and we like it a lot, may stay for quite a long time.

We have lived at Siena for almost 3 years, and can’t say enough good things about Hayley the manager and Siena! She is so friendly and very responsive to any needs you may have. Living here is the best of both worlds. Located in an upscale neighborhood in Verona you have the small town feel if that’s what you like and if not, Madison is minutes away. The buildings are kept very clean and beautifully landscaped with many amenities. We have just purchased a home and will be leaving, but we always felt like Siena was home while we were here. Before we settled on Siena as our choice, we viewed a couple other McKenzie properties. Each manager represented McKenzie Apartments in the same friendly and professional manner and the buildings were also kept to a high standard. We would highly recommend any of their properties.

I have lived here a year and just signed for another year. I LOVE IT! The property is very well kept and the property manager (Haley) is amazing! Very prompt with her email responses and a very friendly manager always willing to help you out. I've never had any issues and plan to live here for as long as I rent. I like the workout room and the pool is great in the summer. And another plus, dog friendly with a nice dog area to take your dog out.

I've been a resident at this complex since it was built 2.5 years ago. I've never had to worry about any issues with the management. No "surprise inspections," no unexplained issues. My upstairs neighbor a while ago was doing a few things that were annoying me. When I brought this up with the management, the issue was resolved quickly and painlessly. Since then, I've moved to a new apartment, but I still haven't had any issues. The grounds are very well maintained, and the management knew the little things that make the time I've spent there that much better. Underground car wash stations let me wash off the salt and cinders from the road during the winter. Trash bins by the mail room so you can quickly toss junk mail. Dog-walking area with bags so you can take your dog out without having to worry about remembering to bring bags and you can let them run loose.
