The cabinets are from 1985, and the outlets are broken and fire hazards just covered up with a new cover. The rodents have taken over the apartment- we use the spare room for storage and my Granddaughter sleeps in there when I have her...however she’s afraid to spend the night with the 2 mouse holes in the floor and mice everywhere. The hot water heater hasn’t worked since October so it’s ’rigged’ to work until it’s replaced- it’s been reported and “looked at” however I’m not holding my breath waiting for them to replace it. The tenants with no common sense throw trash everywhere,don’t clean up their dog’s waste, especially in the dog park area. This was a last resort for us, and the worst decision ever!

I’ve been here for about a year, and I love it. The staff is kind, and any time I’ve had any kind of maintenance issue, they have come out right away and fixed it completely. The grounds are beautiful. It’s a very pet friendly community and there’s a dog park right here. I’m a single mom, so finding someplace that is friendly and safe was very important to me. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Unfortunately I was denied tenancy after submitting a $300 holding fee, which is not mentioned on their rental application nor their online application. In actuality, their rental application stipulates a $200 holding fee (either it varies depending on the applicant or it needs updating); either way, I was denied within 24-hours yet two weeks later, I’m still waiting on the return of those monies!

I rented from them as a fast place to settle I was 8 months pregnant and Was ready to get settled I signed a nine month lease it was ok it was a place to live and they were Pet friendly But the bedrooms, LivingRoom and master bedrooms are complete jokes for the money you pay you would think it would be better more space there is a separate utility bill from them Maintenance is awful just as well as management....management will go to there family members and tell all the tenants business which is unprofessional and sad and tell them she will not be resigning your leaseJust keep in mind if things get rough in your life and you happen to be late with rent it's worse it's terribly expensive $500 extra in late fees maybe more If you need something fixed right away don't count on it I had a hole in my roof from moisture from the above unit they used the same wet piece and painted over it Except a non renewal letter at the end of your lease with no explanation at least they give you 30 days notice thanks if you happen to be late with Rent A few times this put my family in a terrible positionThey are Not compassionate and could care less For the amount they are asking for you could get a house... so much better... I highly recommend not to rent from this place If you need an option don't go for this One this is one of the worst places I've ever lived but thanks for the temporary stay things happen for a reason it this was not our home please don't rent from here you will terribly disappointed And everyone will know your business Is something they do not do here If management has an issue with you they will go Above and beyond to make sure that you leave Pretty sad to say But it is the truth please do not rent from here
I signed a lease for 12 months and if you are a day late they charge you the monthly rent which is almost 300 $ more than the rent on the lease agreement what ever you do don't rent from this place
I chose this apartment complex for a couple of reasons last year; they accepted Huskies as now this breed is being placed on the "no breed" list and they were very pet friendly. I was UNaware that they leased a big portion of apts to the Broadmoor Hotel for their intrn'l employees. The environment is more like the Broadmoor complex instead of the residents who chose to live there and make it their home. The atmosphere can be unpleasant and usually loud many hours of each day. New ownership had taken place and rents have increased. I'm moving out.
