I enjoy the apartment and surrounding within the apartments ..can't do anything outside the area ..but I'm pleased and content for the most part ..

The whole team at Sienna Resdience always very helpful to me & my family.

Management and Maintenance are great. Parking is horrible. Security issues seem to be getting better. Very kid friendly and pet friendly. Appliances and windows need to be updated.

Very Nice apartment/environment but old buildings. Needs alot of upgrades.

Absolutely a blessing. The office management go above and beyond. Maintenance has a very quick response. The property is gated. A few things here and there could be improved but that goes with everywhere you live.

I was looking forward moving in to Sienna Residences, but unfortunately, my joy disappeared when I found out that my car was towed away during my first week after signing my lease. This could have been avoided if I would have received the information by email or verbally about the planned tree cutting.

SAVE YOURSELF!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The management do not care about you. They will charge you for things that don't make sense. They keep your security deposit for NO REASON!!!! Currently taking them to court.

777 place overall is a good place to live l been here for 3years and enjoy ever bit the greystar staff they have is great and so is the maintenance

We have lived here for over 20 years and have always felt safe, no issues with our neighbors and maintenance staff are always nice and friendly.

Any time we might need assistance - whether a maintenance check up, or regarding questions about our lease, etc, - the staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. We love living at 777 Place for its community spirit, it's decent pricing program, it's location to places of necessity and entertainment, and it's interior comfortableness. It's home.

I love living here! My family and I have found it to be a great place to have your first apartment. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable when compared with other establishments in the area. The neighborhood is near our work and also within walking distance of great restaurants. No one bothers us, and so far, the amenities make our lives much easier.

I am going into my six year at 777 Place Apartments! This apartment is a true blessing. I call it my apartment family for good reason. Every single person that I have dealt with in the top management team to the office workers do the maintenance workers to my neighbors are above and beyond kind. i’ve never seen an apartment complex before like this one they treat you like family they’re always there at a drop of a hat. They make sure everything’s clean around you even the trashcan areas are immaculate and of course there is a beautiful gym, pool and hot tubs ! let’s not forget one of the most important things the computer room. I literally joined a college when I got here and in the six years that I have been here I have earned 3 college degrees. It was wonderful because I had access to computers at my fingertips free printing for my papers that I had to turn in the next day, and conference rooms where I could gather with my other classmates to work on projects. Not only are the apartments beautiful inside, but I can honestly say from my heart that the people that work here are beautiful inside to, and it makes all the difference. It attracts better people to the apartments, and everybody seems to gel together really well it’s a place of sanctuary and happiness, and it feels really good to be able to call this my home, if anybody is considering getting an apartment, check this place out first I promise you you will not be disappointed!!! ??

As a child development worker for many years this home is a safe happy place at night I sleep so good you see birds in the am and all the residents dogs r so cute??????it's a fun place.

Your staff team is very respectful and helpful and very friendly and always go over and beyond to make sure that the residents are happy.

777 Place is a great community. The staff are friendly and helpful, and quick to accommodate your needs. We love the location - close to work - and the fact that we got a great deal for our very first apartment!

I enjoy the apartment that we’re living in. It’s very spacious for two people even though the description says otherwise. The only complaint that I have would be parking. I wish there was a parking lot for 777 place outside the gates.

They promise live well. Except when u tell them a problem they down grade the appliances. Cockroaches have infested my oven ! I’m scared to cook.

These apartments feel unsafe and unclean. The gate on Eleanor St is constantly broken and we live right next to it. Throughout the night are people wandering close by our residence and sometimes next to the dumpster area there is stirring. Inside the apartment there is no air flow or sunlight. The bathroom becomes too moist and does not dry the moist surfaces causing mold to accumulate in the bathroom and bedroom window sill. The air is dry which irritates our sinuses but the use of a humidifier instigates more mold. Because there is no air circulation, the apartment smells of food hours after cooking. It becomes smoky quickly even when both windows and the door are open. The carpet in our apartment is very old; it is matted and stained, some stains arose the first month we lived here that do not away. The walls are thin, we can hear the neighbors from the bathroom and in the kitchen and everything that happens on the street. The air conditioning is in the living room and only cools down the living room. The bedroom gets too hot even at night time unless the air conditioning is on all night.

I love the community, Not only is the management team polite and helpful. The 24 hour access to laundry and access to the facilities like gym and pool are amazing.

The staff is amazing to work with and made our move-in process super easy. They are extremely efficient with their work and getting everything done in a timely manner.

It is nearly impossible to go into the proper depth needed to accurately depict my experience with this property in 50 characters. I was told a week before moving across the country for dental school that my apartment was not available for move in on August 1 (a day before my mandatory orientation started). We were unaware that the mere "WL" on the lease that we signed for for a WAIT LIST. We considered seeking legal action. In addition, we were given completely skewed estimates for water/trash and electric bills. As a student, you can imagine how important properly budgeting is. The gym and single office room that is offered is open from 1-6pm and as a dental student - these times will never work. These hours are in place because COVID is only spread from 6PM to 1PM, I guess? There are no accommodations conducive to studying and many residents are very loud. Upon moving in, the apartment smelled horrible and in a lot worse condition than anything seen on a virtual tour. Someone must have smoked for years in one of the rooms because the stench is so bad, we essentially don't use the room. It is very difficult to contact anyone in the leasing office or get any logical questions properly answered. Most answers from staff take on the format of "this is the way it is because this is the way it is". I am very dissatisfied with the 777 Place and highly recommend no Western U CDM students live here

If u don’t like roaches DO NOT LIVE HERE they need to evacuate everyone and terminate the premises it’s horrible seriously so gross, car break ins as well

I was skeptical about living here but management and maintenance has really been open about everything during this pandemic. They have helped a lot and been flexible. Amenities have been closed but unfortunately all LA county is closed so not much we can do.

Look on the better business bureau website for the complaints filed against this place. It has been nothing but miscommunication and lies. They said I was eligible for a special but did not include that in the lease. Called to have then update and never got a response. It's difficult reaching anybody and later the manager Monica blames poor staffing for lack of communication. Melissa tells me she cannot tell me their policies because she's too new to know all their policies and places me on a 28 minute hold. This place has just been a major headache to deal with. Avoid this place if you can.

The apartment complex is run down and old. None of the apartments have been updated, as far as I can tell. All of this would be fine, if the prices were commensurate with the facilities, but they are not. There are tiles missing from the pool edges. Over summer/fall the pool was closed twice for over a week each time due to maintenance issues. The doors were not hung properly or are warped; whichever the reason, they do not open or close properly. There are visible gaps around the doors from the inside which means you are heating and cooling the outside. Parking is a constant problem because they will not assign parking spaces to apartments. Why not, you ask? Simple: they don't have enough for the number of apartments. Presumably they passed the legal requirements for minimum parking by adding the available garage spaces. They charge an extra $95/month if you want a single space in a garage, so most don't. When I moved in, I discovered they had sealed the gaps at the back of my cupboards with anti-roach foam and painted over it in an attempt to make it look like a bad plaster job. I work in food manufacturing, so I recognize it. My girlfriend had to line the shelves for me because looking at it and knowing what it was turned my stomach. On top of all this, they charge a 10% late fee if for any reason the rent is late.. including when THEY changed companies and cancelled everyone's autopay. Be wary: after you sign the contract and provide first month and security, they give you a LONG list of additional rules for the complex that you are required to sign. They are essentially an addendum to the contract after the fact. One of these "rules" states you can't put any screws, nails, or hanging putty on the walls, etc. There are not enough trash cans for the buildings now either since they cut the number in half, so trash ends up stacked in those areas. I strongly recommend finding someplace else to live.

First of all, it's expensive for the small space they have. Do not rent by the medical buildings side, the train noise and rambling at night will not let you sleep. They don't warn you about it, just remember, the train is active every 30 mnts all night. It's hellish!! No parking available! 1 space per 1 Brm apartment. sucks! Bugs here and there, shower water pressure sucks. The front office looks awesome but the apartments, stink, they just wash the carpet and who knows how old it is. Over all, I enjoyed the garden by the front but apartment sucks.

Bug infested, owners never pick up dog poop, impolite management staff, overpriced, homeless people digging through your trash regularly, car break ins on a regular, DO NOT DO IT!

I just recently got a dog and was expecting and budgeting for a $300 deposit only for 777 place management to say “we changed our policies this month and it is now $500 for one dog,” keep in mind we moved in March and it is now April, incorrect advertising and nowhere in the lease or on their website does it say this policy everything says $300. I do not have a cat but I can only assume the numbers they have up there are incorrect and that they charge more than stated. One cat and one dog cannot be $400 if one dog alone is $500. Apartments are nice but parking is an issue the option to have animals is great but make sure they make it clear what the rent/deposit will be ahead of time and get it in writing.

The Management team & Maintenance team are great! We've always had great experiences with them. They are always super nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and they really keep the community clean. The pool and bbq area are nice to come home and relax at after a long day.

I'm a student at Cal Poly and the best part about living here is using their tech center, I usually connect my laptop and use their wireless printer its free printing! Plus their gym is always open & I cancelled my membership at 24 hour fitness since they have a lot of good equipment and free weights. I would def recommend to other people if they're looking for a place, inside the apartments are updated it's worth it. Plus their office is open 7 days and the staff are very kind.

I love the garden area! it's relaxing and quiet enough to study.

I love that its so close to campus that I can just walk right on campus from my home! They also have free wifi, coffee and the gym is awesome!

This place is affordable for the quality you get. Some other places around town are kinda sketch, but everyone here is really nice. It's a really fun vibe going on, plus it's close to campus.

The best thing about living here is the location to school. Don't have to drive to class or worry about searching for parking. Outside of that all the cool events and free food are sweet.

The contract is designed against you. This apartment complex has a policy of kicking tenants out mid-month when your contract is up and charge you for the entire month. No matter when you sign, this apartment complex will ALWAYS end your contract and kick you out on the 16th and will demand payment for the full month. They said that they will NEVER prorate you for the last month when I talked to them. Very scummy and sleazy! You essentially could have to pay them $600 that should not belong to them. They purposely cut short the advertised lease length and demand a full month of rent anyway. Many of these reviews haven't moved out yet. SAVE YOUR HALF MONTHS RENT, This is NOT how renting should be, especially in California in this day and age!!!!

I just want to warn you that 777 Place will take advantage of your money. Be careful when you sign your lease that you are not paying for an entire month yet to move out on the 16th. Also be warned when moving out that they will charge you to clean the apartment and the carpets. They will probably charge you for other things too. Just don't count on your security deposit being returned to you. Yes there are roaches. I was in building C. It was a decent place to live for school; however, I was very disappointed that they took advantage of my money and charged me for items that I should not have had to pay for upon move-out. I simply felt that I needed to warn people of their business practices. I am giving them two stars as it was fine to live there for one year but my money was taken advantage of.

we viewed a gorgeous apartment and wete then shoved on the opposite side of the complex in an old unit with a broken dishwasher, shotty electricity, bad plumbing, and mold in the windowsill. the carpets had nit been replaced for us and mystery stains would show up after a month. it also smelled slightly of cat urine. we bought our own carpet cleaner and had to use it 5 times in a row before the water didn't run black. they also tried ti raise our rent without a proper 60 day notice for the amount they were increasing to, which is extremely illegal. Our garage had been broken into 2 times and your neighbors across were burglarized in the middle of the day! the staff never new the proper facts and maintenance staff is a joke. We fixed most everything ourselves cause they didn't do it correctly or at all

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star, I WOULD. Where do I even begin with this place? First of all, management is horrible and of course some of the staff are friendly but most of them have unwelcoming attitudes, except when you're about to sign a lease. When I first moved in, everything seemed fine and promising but it was after that I realized how this place treated its residents. Rent is late after the 3rd day. If the office is open, I usually would take my check to the person at the desk. Now, if you turn in your rent IN PERSON, hand it in to a STAFF MEMBER, how in the world could it ever be counted late? One day, I received a late notice for our rent payment and I was confused as to why it could be considered late if I handed it in person to a staff member. The office asked for a receipt, being my first time renting a place, I had not thought to ask for one. I went to the office upset and asked them what was the issue if I handed it to someone. The manager I guess, I'm not sure what her name was, told me she would talk to her boss and see what they could do. She came back 2 mins later and I quote, " we are going to waive the fee this one time, and one time only " AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT! This was one out of two times they tried getting easy money from us and charging us a late fee for rent. The other time, my roommate complained and I guess the office realized they could not get us to wrongfully pay a late fee and sent us Starbucks gift cards because they "messed up". To me, wrongfully charging people late fees is just a ploy to scamming people out of money. Another issue I have with this place is the security deposit. 777 place makes you put down a $500 dollar deposit. From what I understand, a security deposit is for possible damage reparation. To 777 place I guess a security deposit means "money left over to improve the apartment". Now, at the end of our lease, I agree we had left the carpet dirty and a $70 fee is understandable for carpet cleaning. But I know for a fact a $280 fee to "REPAINT" the place is not understandable. We did not damage the walls in any shape or form but I guess 777 thought it was fair to repaint out of OUR pocket. You can kiss those $500 dollars goodbye. We only saw $25 dollars back. The place is infested with bugs. The water is always being shut off. They always "try" to fix things wrong with their apartment but never do. Honestly, stay away from this place! It is a huge headache!

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and our lease will be up in June. Do we want to renew? Let’s just say I am on Apartments.com for a reason. They have recently changed management and I have seen a few improvements but I am not holding my breath. The front office often loses our rent and utilities checks because they put them in their drawers instead of where they belong. We were often "late" on our rent because they couldn't find where they had put our payment. It’s suggested to make sure you get a copy of your check with the person who received your payments signature. Parking was pretty bad here because when you sign the lease, they give you a parking pass and state that your car will be towed if you park inside without a pass. That is NOT true because if you do not get home by 8 PM, you will not be parking inside the gate. People without parking passes come in and park inside and their cars don’t get towed. They did get new management and they hired new security guards who have been checking the cars and calling the tow company but some people slide by still. The neighborhood is not the best because people are pretty ballsy in this area. Someone had tried to break into my apartment last night while I was awake. All my lights were on and my TV was on in the living room and they tried to pick our lock and I heard it. I had thought it was my husband trying to open the door but as soon as I said something to my son, the sound stopped. I called my husband and he was not even close to the house. We live on the second story with our own staircase that leads to only our apartment. For the price, you are better off paying the same amount in a safe neighborhood and better customer service.
