Property Ratings at Sienna Ridge
I’ve lived here for a few months and I cannot say anything positive. Every time I walk outside, creepy men will whistle and honk at me. I had police come out multiple times and filed reports because people were recording me inside my house and tapping on my windows. The leasing office did nothing. Then, people were leaving trash in the breezeway of my complex. After I spent months picking up the trash, the leasing office had the audacity to call me and try to charge me $50 for leaving trash in the breezeway when I AM THE ONE PICKING IT UP. There are bugs everywhere. Kids in the middle of the road always without parent supervision. The creepiest neighbors. I had one neighbor corner me in with his car and wouldn’t let me leave until I gave him my phone number. People leave their dogs out barking all day on the porch, regardless of how hot, cold, or rainy it is. I sent photos to the leasing office and again, they ignored it. I’ve had 4 police reports filed for violation of my privacy in the few months I’ve lived here. If you want to have an apartment complex care about your safety, do not choose this complex.

Now I know why they only show pictures of the inside the grounds look horrible windows with ripped blinds it’s just looks outdated .quite honestly I’m glad I didn’t sign a lease I will just eat the $175 fee . The outside of those building really need a update . The appearance of your home on the outside it’s just as important as the inside .

So far it has been a good experience. My apartment is spacious and at a good location
everyone is good here. Todos son muy buenos y respetuosos. no tengo quejas.
I enjoy this place, sienna is a place to call home
Me gusta vivir aqui, la seguirdad es muy buena, mantenimiento es rapido y el personal de oficina muy amable.
I have a 2 bed 2 bath and I can’t complain. My apartment is very spacious and the rent amount is good for the space I have. Location is great and the leasing office staff are very professional and maintenance are very prompt. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the area and be near down town without paying sky rocket prices!
I like this apartment Complex, and in a convenient location.
I have a 2 bedroom and it is beautiful and renovated. I do recommend this apartment complex, reviews are not fake, I am a real resident and love the office staff and their maintenance team. The best I service I ever receive and i have rented in other places and this one has been the best so far.
I have been renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath since 2012 and I can say that it has been a great, the apartment is very spacious and newly renovated, the rent inst high specially in this location. If you are looking for a community that has good maintenance and great customer service, then you need to come and rent here... I am telling you, you will not regret it!
I can not complaint about the people in the office, they are very professional and always willing to help. I do not understand why people always takes the time to post negative reviews but never take the time to post anything positive. So here, to the people hating around here please go to the office and talk to anyone one, they are always willing to help out. Now, rent can be a little high, but look when I try to look around for a better or cheaper place, guess what I did not have any luck because If I wanted better I had to pay over $1,600.00. I can not complaint. I am happy where I am and I give the office and maintenance staff a 5 star. Thank you.
It says alot about a place, when staff would whether write fake reviews then actually listening and fixing problems of the people that pay ridiculous prices to live here . This is the worst place to live! You have better chance living in a hotel! Management team don't care about complaints and belittle you when you try and talk to them about things. Maintainance staff are lazy and spend most time in the office laughing and talking. Be prepared for roach infestation, appliances , air system ,and hot water not working and work orders take between 1 to 3 months to be fixed. They are always turning off water with no notice then give you a shared 90$ water bill every month. The filth on the premises and quality of people is horrendous. Parking lot is filled with utility vans and no parking, even though they sent out a notice saying they would start towing trucks, but of course rules and even laws don't apply here. Children everywhere but the play grounds. I guess when you have terrible credit or short notice living arrangements and want a care free life where consequences will never apply just as long as you have rent by the 1st, this is the place for you! However be prepared to pay the highest rent for the area and not receive proper assistance when things go wrong. Please try your luck elsewhere as the high ratings are fake and from management.
Hands down one of the worst place I ever lived. The property manager acts unconcerned and NEVER listen to the problems of the residents and issues. I truly believe people in the office are only there to collect rent on the 1st of the month. Loud neighbors constantly blasting music and outside getting drunk. So any afternoon naps or peace and quiet is non existent. Children unattended and always playing in road ,littering and vandalising property. Lazy maintenance crew that does incomplete work orders or not at all. Water is constantly being turned off with no warning. Which is strange because water bill is always over 90 dollar when there is only me and a toddler in the apt. I did my best to communicate my concerns with management and even Corp, but they told me to either deal with it or break lease? Because I prefer happiness and a peace of mind. I will just take my loss and break lease next month. I seen better treatment in homeless shelters. By the way almost all of the good reviews are all fake and written by people in the front office.
These bad reviews are really misleading. I live in a 2 bedroom on bottom floor w/no patio witch sucks but i kinda have (more space) in my living room. I like my apt besides the parking and laundry rooms witch could be better maintained. There are issues with water that I do hate & my water comes out to 56-75ish a month witch iant bad they do tells us water is not included b4 we move in so idk y people are trying to put such negativity on this hidden jewel. There is music on the weekends buts its common on this area we are near a small shopping place called plasa fista i think its called but besides that its a quiet little area and i get along with my niegbors i cnt complain.
Amazing how 5-star reviews magically show up just after 1-star reviews, isn't it? Well, since I actually live here and don't just work in the leasing office, here's my take on things. You'll find your water shut off for no reason, with no warning, and for however long whoever shut it off deems appropriate. You'll have loud neighbors, they'll have loud dogs, and there'll be music starting at 10am on a Sunday. Good luck living on the top floor - it'll be uncomfortably hot in the summer (unless you want to pay a $75 electricity bill). Sure, it's spacious, except the cramped kitchen. The floors slant for some reason, and there are sections of carpet in corners and against the molding that are unraveling because they weren't laid down properly. You'll need to bring your own caulk to fill in all the gaps between the molding and the vinyl floor, and the corners where the molding doesn't sit flush. "Water included in the rent" simply means "we add your $70-$90 water bill onto the same paper where we put your rental payment." But yeah, the location is cool.
I have a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment and the rent is reasonable, besides it is close to everything. I love the office staff, they help me all the time receiving my packages and with maintenance requests. I have no complaints.
Love this place! Great quiet community, sparkling pool, their floor plans are HUGE & very SPACIOUS, the one bedrooms have 2 closests (walk-in and doble door) love the staff and litterly this is the place to be. Its right in the heart of buford with so many shopping centers near by everything is just so close and convenient. 24/7 on call service and these guys get the job done and fast. I have no complaints by far best apartments in the area and best place iv lived at so far!
Iv lived here for 4 years and love everthing about this place. I transfered from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom w/ little to no issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I live so close to everything i forget how amazing this place is. Im about 10-15mins away from lenox and perimeter mall about 15 mins away from northside hospital 2-5mins from the freeway to get on i-285 and a good 20-25mins away from downtown and marietta. Why would I want to live anywhere els?
This place was bareable until they skyrocketed the price for no reason. Over 1k for rent in such a bad area! The police and ambulance are here every other week because of crime. There are stabbings, robberies, and drug busts. The water bill is almost 100 and it is constantly being shut off. Renewing our lease will not happen.
I've been living here for a little over a year now. The good: Location. The complex is just off of the I-75 access road north of the Clairmont exit. If your commute takes you that direction then it's a convenient location for you. Folks in the office seem nice enough. I've never had any problems with attitudes from any of the women. The not as good: The insulation in the walls and windows is awful. You'll boil in the summer unless you keep your a/c running continuously, and you'll freeze in the winter if you don't do the same for your heat. Be prepared for a consistently high heating/cooling bill. Sienna is unfortunately very close to the neighboring Huntington Station, where people will play their loud reggaeton starting at 10am until sometime between 2 and 4am on weekends. Hope you don't enjoy daytime naps. Chances are your Sienna neighbors will also have some trembling, yappy ratdog that'll keep you up until the wee hours as well. For the price of rent you don't get much compared to what you'd get for a similar price elsewhere. There's no fitness center and the pool is very small. The renovations were shoddily done and it shows in slanted, uneven floors and peeling vinyl flooring. The ugly: I have a 2/2 unit and I was told that the water would be included in the rent. That's a lie. Expect your water bill (in a 2/2 at least) to never be less than $80, even when you monitor usage. I don't know if it's just my thermostat or if it's a "thing" with this complex, but setting it to 'auto' has no effect whatsoever on when it turns off. For example: setting your auto temp to, let's say 78F means the air should blow until it reaches 78 and then turn off. If the temp reads 79, it should come back on automatically. Nope. It'll reach 78 and continue to blow. And blow. And blow. And then you're paying $90 for a/c because the maintenance team doesn't actually care enough to fix it. Speaking of maintenance, expect to have your work orders completed no less than 72 hours later, regardless of the priority you set for the request. You'll have roaches. You'll always have roaches. It doesn't matter if you spray, or bomb, use the apartment's pest control, or pay for your own (I paid for Orkin), you will have roaches. Either your neighbors will be animals (as mine were until they very thankfully moved out), or you'll be nearer to the woods and get the BIG ones, or you'll just...have them. I'm pretty sure that's just what living in an Atlanta apartment entails.
Sienna Ridge is one of those apartments that 1. don't come up online when your searching and 2. people don't give them a second look. this is great however, because it is truly a hidden gem. the people working in the leasing office are great, the apartments are nicer than what some higher end apartments try to be, and the rent isnt super expensive. its a very quiet neighborhood and if i was doing my search all over again, i would still choose Sienna Ridge.
I just got an apartment, the ladies at the office dont care at all about theire customers, I will love to know who takes care af the customers here? I will like to have some one contact me so they can know what kind of employees they have. I been living in USA for 10 years just got to this apartments and is the worst custumer service ever.
