Property Ratings at Sienna Ridge
No hot water or no A/C? Seriously. If you picked either, this place is for you. They'll shut it off and as much as you want them to turn it on at the time they say they will, they wont. Cockroaches. Not them, the apartment you rent. They're full of all of the friends you could ever want. (No, even if the place is uninhabitable, no money off rent.)
I had a motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. I have been working hard to keep new bike safe. I have asked to move my paid spot to right in front of my bedroom window since 11/7 when bike was stolen. The new manager has zero compassion for the tenants. Would rather wake me from a sick sleep and tell me my 3 planters have to be moved. When I asked again about the spot, I got the same old run around. She is cleaning the place up. What about the fire hazard of all the roofs being full of pine needles and the eaves packed to overfull of the same pine pine needles. Was told that when asked to do a welfare check on someone she refused that too! Zero help with protecting the parking lot or outside.
Property Manager at Sienna Ridge, Responded To This Review
We apologize for the theft of your motorcycle and the lack of compassion you received from our management team regarding the incident. We understand how important it is for our residents to feel safe and secure, and we take all complaints related to security seriously. We will take steps to address the issues you've raised, including the fire hazard caused by the accumulation of pine needles on the roof and eaves. We will work to ensure that the parking lot is properly secured, and we will investigate the incident of the motorcycle theft. We apologize for the poor customer service provided by the new manager and will work to improve communication and responsiveness to resident's concerns.
I found this apartment complex on this site called and dealt with Samantha in the office she answered all my questions and made my whole moving from Phoenix down to Tucson very easy and painless she sent me actual pictures of the unit I was renting and this is the first time I’ve ever moved from one major city to another and everything that they’ve said and the amenities that they list don’t compare to the maintenance staff the office staff and the community as a whole I am so happy I found this place

Thank you so much for the awesome review! We appreciate your kind words and we are so happy that you are loving our community!
These are the best apartments I've ever rented and I've rented many (I'm 60 years old) Mgt and personnel are wonderful, the grounds are lush and green, just beautiful!! My neighbors were very kind and the my apartment was perfect. The only thing that was not A+ was the dishwasher( I have to put something in here) but it was only old. I wish I could've stayed, but my health and financial situation made me move??I highly recommend these apt, trust me, u won't regret it!

Moving in my apartment was filthy dirty, roach infested (they were running around everywhere DURING THE DAY), and there’s a horrible smell that won’t go away. I was told when I picked up my keys that I might see a roach or two and not to call if I do because that’s normal right! There was a dirt ring around my ceiling fan on the ceiling, the carpet was nasty, the bathroom was disgusting!!!! It’s been 3 months and it only gets worse the longer I’m here. There’s dog poop and garbage all over outside, my apartment apartment smells like marijuana from the neighbors smoking it, and the noise from my neighbors is ridiculous (surround sound system on at 5am and in the middle of the night)! Recently, the water gets shut off at random from 10am to noon without warning. I moved here from out of state so I had no why else to go otherwise I would have left. THIS PLACE IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE!!!!! I’m counting down the months until I can leave. Several calls into the office about the neighbors, nothing changes, and the roaches, still see them even though I clean like crazy everyday and pest control comes every so often. I’ve also had several packages stolen from me by my wonderful neighbors! IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS AND PEACE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I have been at Sienna Ridge now for 4 plus years. My experience has only gotten better over the years. The staff cares about their residents, we are more than just a tenant. My car broke down 5 months ago and getting around has been very difficult. I was talking to one of the managers about my transportation problems and she gave me the number of a couple of other residents who were willing to help out some. Thanks to them I can now go to the grocery very store without spending extra money to take Lyft or Uber. Another example is what happened last week and early this week. My cat was real sick and I needed to take him to the vet. Well, one of the guys who has given me rides to the store took me and my cat and dropped us off. He told me to call and he would come back to get me. Things didn't go well at the Veterinary clinic. My cat was extremely sick and dying. I had to have him put to sleep. I wanted to get a new cat as I needed the companionship of a cat. I checked out a no kill rescue shelter not far from Sienna Ridge. After explaining that I had an appointment to look for a cat one of my managers offered to take me to the shelter and help me find a cat. I now am the owner of a new cat. The management didn't have to do that for me. There was nothing g in my lease saying anything about them giving rides or helping out with personal issues, but they gave of their time to help me. This is more than an apartment complex it truly is a home.

I’m a low income veteran living at Sienna Ridge Apartments. I’m getting HUD/Vash assistance. I signed my second lease 2 months ago. I have had nothing but good experiences since I moved in. The ladies in the leasing offices Maria, Adelina and Brianna are always helpful. If I have a rent or maintenance question, they get it taken care of. They have always treated me well. The maintenance staff Mario, Eduardo, Marco. and Ruben are a really good maintenance crew. I know all four of them. They have always been helpful to me. They respond quickly if you need them. You can put maintenance requests in online,. Pay your rent online. Also earn monthly Dasmen Reward points. You can spend them on improvements or upgrades. The office staff, and maintenance staff, also put on special events. Free Holiday meals and get togethers. Also a weekly babeque during the Summer months. I personally would like to see more Veterans move in. Of course anyone is welcome. I’ll close my review here. Bottom line is it works well for me. Come check it out.
