Besides the fact that she’s always on her phone she also has a terrible attitude. She’s so rude and replies to your questions unprofessionally. She has no business working in an office environment she has zero customer service talks to you like she’s talking to a homegirl. She needs to get a job where it won’t matter if she’s on her phone all day. Lots of staff changes lately and she’s the one that was poorly made. If you don’t want to lose residents or people applying get that girl off her phone get her Airpods out her ears and teach her some manners!
my residency has been decent so far. not many complaints but not entirely flawless. the neighbors and area are nice. not a lot of noise or traffic.

The apartment is very spacious, complex is beautiful and quiet (most days). Staff is nice and very helpful. Wish people would pick up after their dogs more and there were bigger/more drawers in the apartment lol but overall I’m happy here

Move in was quick. The apartment unit is spacious. The community seems quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. My only issue so far is that the unit could’ve been a little cleaner before I moved in.

So far so good, everything is going well. My move in experience has been wonderful. Just a little FYI, please don’t forget to register your guest vehicles because I seen them towing and it took them less than 5 minutes.

don’t have it together in that office. The two major things that really lit a fire in me was when the office manager had my car towed for no reason then actually bragged to me about getting it towed not knowing it was my vehicle and it was tied for no reason at all! They had it released at no charge but I was responsible for getting it back to the apartment. They have a nice pool and advertise a hot tub which actually doesn’t work and is never cleaned and now 2 Sundays in a row my family got ready to go to the pool to relax on this hot day only to find that yet again the pool was locked! It 93 degrees outside on a Sunday and the pool is never open! There are 18 EV parking spaces and only 2 handicap spots and I’m a disabled Veteran and can never find a parking spot. This is ridiculous. After all this, while I was outta town on a cruise my account was locked due to fraud suspension and my rent payment didn’t get pushed thru even tho I proved it was locked and I had the funds.

It’s quiet during the day, maintenance workers do a great job tending to the property and are very punctual for work orders. If you don’t have a garage or covered parking- it’s very crowded. I believe even if you have reserved covered parking someone is in your spot. Tenants wake up to their tire/wheels stolen off their cars. Loud yelling and screaming in the middle of the night on weekends. The main gate code hasn’t changed and it’s a safety issue. The side gate only functioned a few times the entire time of my lease. Fortunately the new property management team seems to be trying to turn things around though.

If you're moving out you should plan to move before your actual move-out date. They expect you to be done moving by the end of the business day or they will charge you for another day's rent. Instead of giving you the whole day to move which I've never heard of. Moving takes time and sometimes can take the whole 24 hours even with minimal possessions. Since my son stayed there after I moved out of that complex looks like it has gone to hell in a handbag the management harasses and calls multiple times over one issue instead of allowing you to follow up and handle it. I'm sure times are hard with all this covid stuff but my son never went without paying the rent and guarantee when he moves back into another apartment it will not be there. The old building and limited amenities are ok when you have a nice management environment. When I moved I cleaned the apartment better than it was when I moved in and they still didn't give me my deposit back. Please find you somewhere else to live if you're considering an apartment

Sierra at fall creek experience. I usually avoid putting bad reviews but I didn't stop myself writing my experience. I spend 4 years at this apartment and had a very good experience for first 3 years. Good location near to my office Halliburton, Good management, supportive staff but things have changed completely on 4th year with new management has taken over the charge. Really hard time for us due to covid and worst management to complete our last lease duration in 2020. There only motive is to earn money by any means. They don't listen, behavior is completely inhumane. It become worst after giving leaving notice. I handed over the keys and asked office people to do the final visit to make sure everything is properly cleaned. They didn't responded . After a while when I requested for security deposit refund, they shared a due bill with false charges. Some of them like cabinets painting $900. This was really shocking. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.. Even they charged me for the rent I already paid... Best wishes to those planning to leave apartment and be ready for extra , false charges. Suggestions for those thinking to choose this apartment for stay.. Beware of Sierra New management.. Old tenant, Sierra at fall creek. (Stay 2017 to 2020)

I will try to be as objective as possible, but please understand how frustrated I am with this property and management. 1. They changed their billing system about 5-6 months ago. I had already set up automatic payments on the old system, which that system already deducted from my bank account. When the new system went live, apparently it flagged me for non-payment. The office manager stuck an eviction letter through our door immediately. No communication, no forethought to checking the old system to see if I had paid through there. Nothing. Just stuck an eviction letter to our door right away. I understand there are protocols in place, but maybe also have common sense? Maybe think about "Oh we just changed systems, let's see if they paid through there"? We were essentially penalized for setting up automatic payments. 2. They sent another letter that they only allow patio furniture on the balconies/patios; otherwise, there would be a penalty. We had a terrarium and a storage couch on ours. We removed both, but weeks later I walk around the complex and several balconies still had coolers, storage containers, and trash bins. For sure, these residents wouldn't have continued paying penalty. So the other residents either didn't get a letter (and we were really just targeted for complaining about the eviction notice) or they weren't penalized as indicated in the letter. 3. There has been a rash of robbery in the past few weeks. Cars have been broken into and mine was hit this past weekend. My husband went to the office right away, wanting to see the surveillance recording. He was informed by office staff that management didn't install cameras because they cost $15,000. She said management opted for wrought iron fencing instead. But those aren't cheap either! Plus they just repainted all the buildings, stairwells, and doors last month. This tells me they're more worried about the aesthetic than they are about deterring crime and ensuring security for their residents. This is the last straw. I feel unsafe in my own home.

I lived in Sierra for a couple of years, the staff was great, especially Katie, the Manager and Sara, the Assistant manager, they were very professional and friendly, which made the move in easy and our stay enjoyable. I had two larger dogs, so the grounds were perfect for them to run and go for walks, the apartment was great and the parking was actually petty good for an apartment complex, I always found a space close to the door, the few maintenance issues with the apartment were addressed very quickly, the appliances were like new and the complex parties and bbq,s were fun and got to meet a lot of nice people. If I ever need to rent an apartment again, I will not hesitate to rent at Sierra, it was a great place and the location is perfect, I would recommend Sierra at Fall Creek to anyone.
I lived at Sierra Fall Creek for 4 years and had a great experience. The location is amazing and the apartments are great and have been recently remodeled. There have been lots of amenities added in the recent months. The staff is very friendly and I found them to be honest and genuinely caring towrd their residents. If you are looking for an apartment in the northeast part of Houston I would highly suggest you start here.
