Demeaning and Careless Ownership

Regrettably, my experience with Sierra Cross Apartments has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The management has consistently demonstrated a lack of understanding and care for their tenants. It is disheartening to see such disregard for the concerns and needs of the residents. I have encountered multiple issues during my time at Sierra Cross Apartments, and each time I approached the management with my concerns, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It is evident that the well-being and satisfaction of the tenants are not a priority for them. Additionally, the maintenance of the facilities leaves much to be desired. Basic repairs and upkeep are often neglected, and the overall cleanliness of the common areas is subpar. This lack of attention to the physical condition of the property creates an uncomfortable living environment. Furthermore, it is concerning to witness the apparent lack of security measures in place. Incidents of theft have occurred without any noticeable effort from the management to address or prevent such occurrences. The safety and security of the residents should be a top priority, and it is disappointing to see it overlooked. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Sierra Cross Apartments due to the management's lack of understanding and care for their tenants. The disregard for tenant concerns, inadequate maintenance, and insufficient security measures contribute to an overall unsatisfactory living experience. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their practices and prioritize the well-being of their residents.

Management let this place go

Management has let this place go. There is trash all over hallways. There is dry dog poop in hallway. No one cleans or airs out the hallways. Gates are always broken. Anyone can walk in. Paying for safety but not getting any. Trash is everywhere!!
