During my move-in inspection I found a cockroach infestation and mold under the sinks. Management is not responding to my calls or emails. Even when I go to the office in person they make it impossible to speak to anyone who can help. This complex does not care about the health and safety of its tenants.

After almost 9 years, I still love living here and have no plans to move. My apartment is large, with huge amounts of storage and an attached garage, perfect for a senior. The location is also perfect with access to shopping, restaurants and I-10 within a mile or less.

Have been here over 8 years and have no plans of leaving. I love the location of the complex; it's close to everything I need, and it's pretty with lots of huge trees. My apartment is very large with 2 huge walk-in closets, a coat closet and a utility closet in addition to a large storage closet on my patio. I also have an attached garage that enters into my utility room and although the garage is one car wide, it is very long so offers additional storage there. Having an attached garage is unique for an Ahwatukee apartment but it offers additional safety and convenience for a senior.

I have been at Sierra Foothills over 8 years and have no plans to leave; this is home. The office and maintenance staff are always great. My apartment is large and comfortable with huge amounts of storage. In addition, I have an attached garage that is perfect for senior convenience and security. The complex is convenient to everything and is beautiful with huge green trees.

I stopped by Sierra Foothills very interested in leasing at this apartment complex and was told I couldn’t be shown anything and needed to make an appointment because they just got into the office. It was 10:45 and it stated they opened at 9:00. I made an appointment to see an apartment at 1:00 PM the following week and was told on the phone twice by two different people (one on-site and the other being a call center) letting me know they did have the floor plan and an available apartment to view. I took my personal lunch break to drive out and view the apartment. I showed up with the doors being locked and a maintenance man let me in. A woman named Sydney then told me she was on lunch and to come back at 2:00 because she was not available to help me due to her being on lunch regardless of my 1:00 PM appointment. She then proceeded to tell me the apartment I was interested in was actually not available to view even though I was told the previous day it was available twice - I wasted my time even taking off work and the woman Sydney in the front has the worst customer service skills I’ve even seen, especially for being a leasing agent. I will absolutely not be leasing here and will not recommend. Update : I called the front office to speak to the community manager directly about my experience multiple times with no return of my call from anyone at Sierra Foothills.

Maintenance and the Management is the worst. Rude and unreliable. However, if you are a day late on rent they will contact you but other than that we are ignored.

Large apartments with excellent storage in a super location. Some apartments have attached garages which is perfect for senior security.

Apartment interiors are updates and nice. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to request. New updated main pool is really pretty. Complex I has good amount of free parking.

When I first walked into my apartment three years ago, I said to the agent, I’m home. I continue to feel this way and would have no problem with this being my forever home. It is a family friendly and pet friendly community. Everything I need is here or nearby. It is conveniently located within walking distance from grocery stores, other shopping, restaurants, and the AMC theater. The complex is also on the Phoenix bus line route if needed.

Just moved in this beautiful community on 5/17/22 with my hubby. I do love the GREYSTAR Management company! Stonebridge Ranch was my first apartment with this management company. Anna was the best, showing me this property and Sage is very welcoming to all residents. The community of Foothills Apartments is fairly quiet outside, but the walls are truly thin. I say that, because I hear my neighbors dog bark off and on for 35 mins tops before they stop. Also maintenance is quick and efficient! Now for reason why I am giving 4 stars here...This property uses FETCH for delivery of packages. The BBB gives this company 1 out of 5 stars :( This service to receive your packages is apparently terrible, and us residents pay $20.46/mo. and $25.58/mo for Valet Services which is a requirement to live here. The property is fairly clean, besides pet poop that I see downstairs below my steps and walking down to the dumpsters to throw out trash. I really wish residents who have pets, clean after their pets OR maybe have someone who walks around the community to pick up pet waste, even though that's not their job to do! All in all...the community is nice, but I do wish they will look at maybe getting rid of FETCH Delivery service. I guess for all my packages by USPS, I will just have to make a trip to the postal service on the weekends. I am going to miss my PARCEL LOCKERS by Greystar at Stonebridge Ranch and using them at my previous apartment! But guys.....if you are moving here, please think about FETCH the delivery service especially if you have medication that you need delivered!! The Reviews on this company FETCH is no joke!! I have been at Sierra Foothills for almost a month now and I have no complaints! The community is safe, clean, and comfortable. Anna helped me with move in and she is absolutely incredible. Sage is also extremely nice and helpful. I am so happy with my decision!

Have been here over 7 years; I love living here and have no plans to leave. The apartment is large with huge closet space and the complex is convenient to everything I need. I also have an attached garage that I absolutely love; the security and convenience are wonderful.

Excellent apartment complex, all employees very helpful, have always gone out of their way to make sure if there are repairs etc., the work is done to tenants satisfaction!

Sierra Foothills is a really great place to live. I am very happy here. It is a well maintained property with a great leasing staff and maintenance team. The apartments are spacious and clean, the residents are friendly and courteous, the property is really pretty. I think I could happily live here for a long time.

Love living here; close to everything I need. Apartment is spacious with a huge amount of closet storage. Attached garage is a wonderful security feature for a senior.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenece responds in a timely manner and completes the job well.
Love living here. Apartment huge with lots and lots of closet space. The attached garage provides security for a senior.
Love the apartment; large with tons of storage space and in a superb location close to shopping. Beautiful grounds with lots of huge trees. In addition, the only rental apartment in Ahwatukee with an attached garage which is a huge convenience and security plus for seniors.
Sierra Foothills is A rated in my opinion. Id give this complex 10 stars if I could. Ive been living here 17 months now and Ive had no issues & I hope it stays that way. Maintenance requests are done fast and efficiently. The office staff is nice and friendly. The people living here are nice and everyone minds their business. The complex appearance is kept up to par and the complex is making a lot of upgrades to the appearance of complex. Out of all the apartments Ive lived in I would say Sierra Foothiils is the best!

Just moved in and loved this apartment complex. Anna was amazing in coordinating move from out of state. She was very hands on and helpful and very responsive, always providing detailed info. So was her backup Isaiah and the mgmt team. Apartment is beautiful, bright and clean, love the new fixtures and spacious floor plan. Quiet nice area.
My wife and I have lived here 21 years! I think that speaks for itself!! Love it here!!
- Apartments are nice and spacious but the finishes are cheap and not done correctly. - Did not address the COVID-19 situation very well. - Staff is absolutely horrible. - Way overcharge for deposits - Way overcharge for late fees Please save your self some money and never rent here

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are sorry to hear that there were items that did not meet your expectations while living here. All security deposits are charged based on an applicant?s application and the community requirements which are outlined in the Qualifications Acknowledgement which is to be reviewed and signed by the applicant prior to submitting an application. The deposits charged are consistent and comparable to those being charged by apartment communities in the submarket. Late fees are only applied once a monthly rental payment is paid late which is after the two-day grace period. This is outlined in the lease and agreed upon by signing the lease agreement at time of move in and/or renewal. The late fees being charged are also consistent with those being charged by apartment communities in the submarket. Our team has actively communicated, provided information and support during the pandemic. In addition, late fees had not been charged for the past year, despite it being stated in the lease, as residents were experiencing hardships due to the pandemic. In February 2021, all residents were notified that as of March 2021, late fees would be charged again. I would be more than happy to discuss any further concerns with you as our goal is to provide a wonderful living experience as well as provide exceptional customer service to all our valued residents. My husband and I love it here at Sierra Foothills! The quality of service and professionalism from the front desk and maintenance teams are 5 star based on my experiences! It's a fairly quiet area, with great amenities within the complex community and also nearby - parks, groceries, hiking and bike trails and more. They take great care of the landscape here too. Highly recommend it here!
Fantastic community and staff, this place has been nothing but wonderful too live in. Plus the location is absolutely spectacular and the floor plan very livable.
Large apartments with huge amount of storage in a nice community. Only place I could find with an attached garage that was one story.
Living at Sierra Foothills has been a pleasure the last 2 years. I never had any issues that weren’t addressed. The neighbors are super friendly and I love seeing everyone with their dogs. The leasing office and maintenance personnel are very professional and prompt. Anna is the best, she is always pleasant to interact with and treats you more than a number. Even my puppy loves her. Thanks for making my Arizona experience memorable.
If you think the place looks nice it does. Just make sure they show you the same apartment that you will be moving into. I know someone who went from a 1 bedroom fully remodeled no carpets (beautiful) and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. They were walked through a fully remodeled and different layout apartment with no carpet then when it was all said and done nothing was updated but the living flloor. Even the carpets smell and they have now been sick since they moved. Only 30 days in now. So messed up and sad and pisses me off at the same time. I cant even go over there anymore cuz the carpet smell is so bad it makes me throw up. Very pissed.
