Sierra Garden Apartments

I enjoy residing at Sierra Gardens Apartment Complex and am extremely impressed with my overall experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the complex, I knew I had found a gem in the world of apartment living. The office manager, Donna is truly exceptional. She is beyond attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed and Donna and her team always greet me with a smile and good conversation. It is very refreshing to live in a community where the staff actually cares and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are satisfied.

From the beginning the manager Donna has helped me and my roommates with getting settled in. The process was super quick and are now settled in the 3 bedroom which is nice. Parking is great and even if you don’t have a parking spot there’s PLENTY of street parking. Definitely recommend.

Donna, the manager at Sierra Gardens Apartments Is AMAZING! She’s always very helpful and always willing to help my family and I out whenever we need anything. She is truly a blessing. Along with Donna, Breanna the Leasing agent and Luis the maintenance man are beyond incredible and also available and willing to go above and beyond for residents. Overall, the staff here does more than I can ask for and it is greatly appreciated! Thank you for all that you do, from the Washington family!

One of the most relaxing properties Ive lived in! Managers keep the apartments clean and under control !

This place is amazing,lots of trees,and plants great pool area friendly people.The apartment unit was way better than I had expected its really nice I love it.I want to give it up to Donna the site manager she was so helpful in all the questions I had asked, very nice person.Can't wait to call this place home.

We just moved from here, but we lived here for 2 years. We left only because we expanded our family and needed more space for two growing babies. Donna is an exceptional on site manager. If I ever needed anything done, she was on it! I am so glad that we moved in while she was managing because we heard stories that previous staff was not all that great. We NEVER had any issues in regards to, roaches, bedbugs or any of the things that was previously complained about before we moved in. And the staff is the one to thank because they have made sure to stay on top of it. The apartment is HUGE which makes it a plus. We had the opportunity to rent a unit that was downstairs with a good size patio. The ambiance of this place is very friendly. We made some friends a long the way that we cherish and that also includes Miss Donna. I recomment living here. Thank you Donna, Judy and Luis for the good memories at Sierra Gardens.

If you are looking to review these apartments I recommend them to anyone I really enjoy living here the manager keeps up the property and runs them by the book the maintenance man is a good worker he knows how to fix just about anything and is always willing to help where he can. thank you all Judy, Luis and Donna for all you hard work

I recently asked Manager Donna if I could get a few things done in my house since we have been here 12 years years she did not hesitate to walk my unit and schedule work to be done she went beyond what we expected and our house feels like a new house we are so happy thank you Donna, Judy, and Luis for all you do

My brother lives on the property. The property is well kept and the tenants seem to be friendly. The manager Donna was extremely helpful,professional, and patient when addressing my concerns when inquiring about availability, the rules and the surrounding areas.

Had the pleasure of viewing this property with my expecting girlfriend. The property manager was very nice and helpful. This particular property is at the top of our list cleanliness, caring staff, and a great area to both of our jobs and family. Thanks for your help again Donna.

I have been living here for awhile now and it’s a very quiet. The things that I like most is how big the place is and how cool the manager is. Donna is a very lovely person and she does her job very well. She make sure the apartments are well kept up and keep everything in order here. It’s always great to come home to such peace.

We have lived here for over a year we have no complaints about this property. Everyone is so nice. Manager is very nice. If there is any problem that needs be fixed they get on it right away.

A hidden gem in the heart of bellflower. Beautiful property and pest free. Quiet and safe. We love Donna , her management and all of the Staff. Thank you for the wonderful living experience here

Hi I been a resident at Sierra Gardens for 8 years the manager Donna is very Respectful.

These apartments are so spacious with lots of closet space and a huge master walk in closet. I like the fact that Donna (manager) stays on occupants regarding the rules in our lease agreements. She can be strict but its to the benefit of all tenants. Whenever I need general repairs or emergency repairs they get done and its pet friendly. The only thing I wish would happen is that they remodel. Like I said I love my spacious apartment. I've been here on and off for almost 5 years. I plan on staying.

I been living here for almost 4 years and I couldn’t not be more happy for the decision I made. I was a bit discouraged at the beginning because people had post some bad reviews but thank God I came and judge the place myself and nothing was true. The manager Donna she just want you to follow the property rules and I think that is great because other places their are so much crime and neighbors nothing respecting each other. If you like peaceful, cleaness this is the place for you. Thank you Donna and Her Assistant because they make our home a safe environment.

I lived here for many years have seen managers come and go good ones bad ones but Danna been here for few years now she is good manager she made this place a better place quite and nice everyone likes it here nice place to live she cares about us as people not just tenants

I have been here seven years and it is very kept up, Manager Mrs. Donna is very nice but very stern on how she runs her property, it is very quiet and people here are very nice, whenever I have issues they are taken care of really fast Luis is great and very nice. I have recommended both family and friends, I was referred by a co-worker we both live here opposite buildings so I still have my privacy and we carpool to work so this is convenient for both of us. I love it here

Unfortunately the property management company doesn't provide the resident manager the tools, and resources to properly maintain the property. There are 3 buildings in the complex, and all buildings have been subjected to bed bug infestations. The property mgmt co. refuses to tent the buildings. Instead they sprayed pesticides & powder everywhere, and cleaned furniture, carpets in my unit multiple times. I had to wash everything every time including the cushions on my furniture - it cost a total of around $800 in laundry due to bed bugs, and we were not reimbursed by management. Bed bugs actually live in baseboards, carpet, furniture, clothing, and anything that is fabric. The bedbugs were living in the baseboards of the walls in my unit, so when I moved in, they moved into all of my stuff, and my family & I were eaten alive. We looked like we had the "measles". I had an exterminator tell me to just burn everything, and move - it's the only way to get rid of them. After an attorney mailed a letter to every unit in every bldg., the property mgmt co. started doing heat treatments. They heat up the apartment to 200 degrees; for 8 hours. There was so much work involved that it would have been easier, and less expensive if we had just moved out, and broken our lease. I am too injured, and old to be subjected to all of the physical work I had to endure during the 3 month ordeal. It was heartbreaking to have to throw away a lot of personal items - not so easy to replace. Other issues, plumbing is really bad, Sinks, & showers are always clogged. My unit was not cleaned when we moved in, and we had to clean walls, carpet, floors, stove - basically everything & nothing was painted. The outside of the premises looks nice, but don't judge a book by it's cover. Appearances are not always what they seem. Hoping for better luck with my next place.
