My family and I have lived @ this location for about nine years. Within those nine years we have witnessed lots of changes for the betterment of living. We've seen people come and go from office to maintenance. My family has gained such a good repour with management, they 're always there when we need them from Ms. Darlene to Mr. Jose two of my faves. thank you guys for your excellent and professional services. We appreciate you always.
Parking is extremely limited. It is difficult to find parking past 4 pm. There are 3 complexes on the street and this one is the only one that has tons of cars parked into the street. The office staff take up parking spots that should be for residents. There’s a lot of trash in the bushes around the complex. We moved into an apartment with dried paint spots on the floor cracks at baseboards that let bugs in. The doors and shutters tend to stick due to the bad paint job. I doubt our unit is the only one.

Car tires have been stolen onside the "gated community" due to the fact that they havent fixed the gate after a drunk driver crashed and broke it a couple months ago staff is completely rude and does not care about tenants beware!

My family and I have lived at Sierra Heights for over 3 years and I can say it's only gotten better over the years. The office staff is wonderful from the manager down to the maintenance guys. No matter how busy they may be they always take the time to help us out. My family and I will be here for several years to come!

I lived at Sierrra Heights for one year and had to move. This place is the complete opposite of luxury! From the customer service that the leasing office gives to the maintance of the property. There is poop everywhere on the grass and the whole place smells like weed! The maintance manager Dave is very rude and arrogant and also the manager will never contact you if you have any questions. On several occasions I would walk into the office to speak to the manager and Carolyn (manager) wouldn’t even bother to ask what I needed or why I even came in. She would always be talking on the phone and I would have to go all the way to her office door and knock to get acknowledged. Please don’t do the same mistake I did and go somewhere else where they will appreciate the residents.

I have been here for a VERY short time. I have had no less than 13 Work Orders and counting. The communication is awful here, the quality of work is subpar, the so called ReHab units are very low budget/low quality work. Before moving in I gave them a Work Order list of 5 things and not one was completed before I moved in 2 weeks later. The work they did/have done was a ridiculous quality I had to contact the Leasing Manager to complain. My safety was also a major topic of discussion regarding one Work Order. They have ZERO sense of urgency! They have an excuse for everything. They need to remove the word luxury from the building because at best it's AVERAGE. The biggest positive is the location. I will not be renewing the lease. I'm already searching for a better place. I would never recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I have lived at this same complex for 15 years and I agree completely the other reviews that have observed the horrendous atmosphere that has been created after GREYSTAR took over less than a year ago. Avoid Any property run by GREYSTAR . . . including Sierra Heights Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. .

Units are old needs o be refurbished and the parking lot needs to be expanded. The color of the units need to be changed. It is pet friendly but the owners dont like cleaning up after their animals. Rents should be lowered considering the upgrades the complex needs

My wife and I have been renters here for two years and just signed our third year in July, which by all accounts is a mistake. Right now, it is currently 87 degrees in our apartment, and the AC is out. It is 87 degrees with outside being 85. The expected high temperature today is 106 degrees, which means it will likely be higher than that in our unit. We have complained to the management and maintenance and so far nothing has been done. We have been told that the one maintenance guy who services this complex is off today, and that they will see if a portable AC unit is available but that if its not, then we need to wait it out, possibly for days. I already informed them of various health risk I suffer due to the heat, and was just told "sorry". We asked if we could hire an AC guy and have management reimburse and was told no. We asked if we could be put up in a cheap motel and have management reimburse and was told no. So basically we are paying almost $1500 a month to live in a furnace, and when we ask for help are being treated as if we are bothering someone. Aside from this nightmare we have so much more in the way of issues. Our stairs leading to our unit were built incorrectly, and anytime that it rains they flood and retain water. Not only is this unsafe to walk, but the pooled water smells and attracts mosquitos. A few weeks ago our water heater blew, leaking water into the ceiling of the garage below which caused wet dry wall to cover my sports car. I had to pay to have an acid wash done to get the water and dry wall stains from the paint. Management didnt reimburse. The other big issue here is parking. A lot of these famlies have up to four vehicles when they should only have one or two, and often you have to park on the street, where cars have been known to be broken into and vandalized. We have a neighbor who parks his motorcycle in a spot, pushes it aside when he gets home and parks his car, esentially saving a permanent spot. We complained to management, but again they wont do anything because he pushes it, he is "operating" it. My wife attempted to speak to Faviola, the new manager, and was treated rudely. She said that unless we take a picture every hour for 96 hours to prove it doesnt move, they wont do anything about it. So my wife said that maybe we should by a small bike and use it in the same way and Faviola told my wife in a rude way that she was being "ridiculous". So much more to say no room.

I travel a lot for business and onetime I was gone almost two months, when I got back(in the middle of summer) my AC was not getting cold at all. I called in a repair order and then a week later I get a notice on my door that he tried to fix it. I work! No one told me what time or what day to expect him there, so long story short my AC is still not working.
