Unprofessional Management.
I agree with the first reviewer 100%! 2018 New management came and are unprofessional. Very delayed respond time in approaching hands on issues, repairman is never punctual or just doesn’t show up till another day he does decide to, no management prescence so lack of upkeep at the property, poor communication bc manager seems afraid to call everything is thru email only. People work so you can’t sit waiting at home all day for repair guy....that’s why confirming time and day is important - one should stick to plans. No bueno.

Bad managers now as of 2018
Horrible manages they can’t respond and you can’t get ahold of them in a timely manner. Plumbing is bad rust water plugs the shower and sinks , the walls are thin windows are single panels so it sound like you have all your windows open next to the streets. The assined parking is a joke. My apartment was spotless I lived there part time back and forth for work it was all new and I got my deposit taken, I’m a crazy clean person so anyone that gets any one theses places you will not get your deposit back. Rude, the old manger was awesome they guys had everything fixed th day and was a nice around person and really took care of the place. Even let my neighbor break his lease with no charge and a full deposit back.
