Sierra Ridge has the friendliest staff, people that feel like family at the office doorstep!

Sierra Ridge is overall filthy. When I moved in, my apartment reeked of cat urine. No one had cleaned the apartment prior to my arrival. When something needs repairs, it takes multiple prompts and may or may not be repaired. I have requested my door be repaired three times and it still isn't done. If you need an apartment, look elsewhere.

Sierra Ridge is a modern apartment community with reasonable rent, ample parking, well-appointed units, and a convenient location.

The staff at Sierra Ridge was extremely helpful and prompt with my request. They will always listen, when in the office and reply in a prompt manner to the requests you have.

This is my first time moving into an apartment and I think Sierra Ridge did a good job helping me move in. They were really helpful and always respond when I email or have questions. I like the quality of the complex and the layout of my apartment. Overall it was a great experience.

Sierra Ridge is a great place to live! Friendly & quiet community.

Overall the experience with Sierra Ridge management and community has been wonderful. The application and leasing process was a breeze and my leasing agent was quick with answers for any questions. The only disappointing thing was the common areas, such as hallways and entry ways were dirty and some areas smelt of smoke. But overall, I have been happy with the experience so far.

We love it here! Sheldon was very helpful and responsive through the entire process! The apartment is so beautiful, and it was very clean when we moved in. The fitness room on the first floor is a little outdated, but nonetheless beats paying for a subscription at a gym. It is a quiet and very clean building!

Sierra Ridge has been a great place to live, I've always had my concerns and work orders resolved. Most of the time it's resolved quickly but I understand not every situation can be fixed right away, but depending on the severity of the call should be better.

It has and continues to be a great experience residing at Sierra Ridge. The staff is helpful, understanding, and amazing. The properties are beautiful and the maintenance is also very great! I love it!

Sierra Ridge is a wonderful place to live!! The only thing they need is a playground for kids.

Great front office. Great managers. The maintenance man is amazing and respectful. This is the 2nd building I've lived in with these guys and I couldn't be more happy. Sheldon and Beth are very professional and care about the satisfaction of the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is to your liking. Stuart and Steve are always very timely in completing their work orders, friendly, and never leave a mess. Sierra Ridge is one of the best places I have lived.

this place is rock solid. with everything off for bedtime even the fridge is remarkably quiet. i can honestly say this space is well above average for its range.

Beth and Sheldon are amazing and do a great job taking care of our community here. They are professional, friendly, courteous, and very attentive to your personal needs. They know everyone by name and are the perfect people for this job!

Beth was awesome! She went above and beyond to find a perfect place before I moved from Southwest Florida. She sent pictures and videos and made sure that the apartment was move in ready before my arrival (long 31 hour trip). I strongly recommend Sierra Ridge, a quiet place to live and close to gas station, coffee shops, parks, shopping stores and more.

Staff really worked with me and for me to get this apartment. The worker I had was patient and motivated and did whatever was reasonable to help get me in and get me in quickly. His response time was incredible and he never ignored an email. He did everything he said he would and the apartment itself is great. I feel like my kids live in a safe and friendly environment and the location is great for any kind of shopping or eating out. Being close to the interstate is nice for getting around Bismarck quickly. And the people I have met who live here are friendly and respectful.

Sierra ridge has been nothing but welcoming. No matter the issue, Sierra ridge has been helpful and making my living experience a happy one.

Moving to a new state and a new city can be stressful, but the folks at Sierra Ridge helped take care of a lot of the uncertainty involved with finding a new home. They have been very accommodating and caring compared to many places I have lived at in the past.

Ive been at Sierra Ridge for 8 years and have nothing negative to say. Whenever a maintenance issue needs to be done its completed as swiftly as possible and office personnel are very professional and helpful.

We love Sierra Ridge. This is our 3rd apartment here and we wouldnt live anywhere else! The management is always great to work with and maintenance is always quick and efficient!

Love it here. In my few years here , any issue I've had has been resolved within a day or two depending on what it was. The one emergency we had was taken very serious and handled immediately. The staff are great.

I have nothing but praise for my GOLDMARK TEAM & how well they have cared for ALL MY NEEDS! I feeling very BLESSED!
