Property Ratings at Siesta Gardens
I have been here 4 years and was thinking of moving out until new management took over in 2023. The place has been completely renovated and all the shady people are gone. Things get fixed quickly. It is an old building but I love it here now and feel safe.
In the 10 years we have lived here, we have seen owners and management companies come and go. Most initially appeared friendly but did not care about the property or residents. That changed last month. The new manager and his team are making huge improvements to the property and they listen to residents about issues. We are very excited about plans to improve the property including better lighting, new gutters, landscape improvements and the property becoming a gated community very soon. I can see us staying here for several more years after having discussions about leaving serval times over the past year!
Well maintained. Had some issues with my sink recently and they fixed quickly. Gotten much better over last few years
New management has really improved the place. I am very comfortable here. Maintenance requests taken care of quickly. Location is very convenient to everything.
I have been living here for a year. It is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Having chik-fil-a around the corner is awesome
I've lived here for a few months now, and I enjoy it a lot. Units are big, affordable, the property is clean, and neighborhood quiet. The new management company has fixed the washer and dryers in the laundry room, and they are very responsive.
