Colorful, active, dynamic, energetic, diverse – all of these apply to West Campus, and with its large amount of students in the neighborhood, it’s easy to see why. The brightly-painted buildings, the trendy little pizza joints, and even the amount of bicycles in the area help define this neighborhood as a haven for University of Texas-Austin students. But even if you aren’t a student, this neighborhood is terrific – there are plenty of apartments to choose from, the housing stock is diverse, and the location is ideal.
West Campus extends from Lamar Boulevard to “the Drag,” or Guadalupe Street. The Drag is where you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. These include local favorites like Cabo Bob’s, Halal Bros, the Spider House Café and Ballroom, and Kerbey Lane Café. On the west side, things are a little quieter with Pease Park and the Shoal Creek Greenbelt framing the area.

Property Ratings at Signature 1909
The location and aesthetics are nice, but the utilities inside the apartments need to be upgraded especially the cabinets and the refrigerator.
On big thing is that maintenance never comes to fix things - also the amenities closing so early is extremely inconvenient. The staff is cordial and understanding though.
The the lobby and gym are very clean. All the staff memeners are friendly . Maintainance is very fast and they do a job. Overall, this buidling is a great place to live!
I was a resident here for an year. Accommodation was good, except that sometimes the water doesn't come out well due to low water pressure. Staffs were hard to reach out, it normally took a week to get their reply back. The view from my room was so terrible because the other apartment that was under construction right next to my apartment was super close to my room and noisy every single day.
