The apartment i toured was very nice, i love the kitchen. The grounds look well kept up. I am definitely going to enjoy living here. I spoke to a resident while I was walking around the community who told me that alot of things have changed for the good since the new manager started. That's good news

The level of crime here is absolutely insane, car break-ins happen all the time and they will turn a blind eye and do nothing to stop it. My car got broken into along with 2 other people’s cars, and they lied about the “security cameras not working” so we couldn’t turn in any evidence to the police. When the police tell you they come here “all the time” because of break-ins, you KNOW it’s bad. And they will charge you with a $350 administrative fee or $350 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee, and they will continue to raise their rent every year as long as people put up with it. I have no hate to the actual people working in the leasing office - they seem nice - but the level of crime and amount of unnecessary fees make this place absolutely not worth it.

continuation of my air conditioning problem, it's been a month since I reported it and I'm still calling almost every day and filling out the online form to put the order of the problem and I've lived here for more than 3 years and that doesn't seem to matter I have never stopped meeting my payments and they don't care either, these days I have endured heat of more than 92 degrees outside my apartment because they do not have qualified or well-prepared people to serve the residents and I have been sitting in my car in the parking lot with the air on when I got home from work because I really can't get into my apartment because it's so hot, I just wait for nightfall to come in since it's a little less hot and put my fans on and try After sleeping I don't know what to do or who to call, it's incredible that such a large corporation depends on a sad maintenance employee for these situations instead of hiring a good company to provide the service, I will have to go to the house of the court to file my claims to see what can be done.

Been waiting weeks for a simple fix. multiple communications with the office and a whole lot of nothing has been done. not to mention a $300 mark up on rent for an out of date unit, moldy bathrooms,with faulty kitchen appliances.Then when they do show up there's no notice, no email,no warning, so you better be ready for an unexpected knock on the door to "fix the problem" not even a courtesy call. Not to mention all the Cigarette butts that litter the grounds and vomit left to mold. The prices are outrageous for these type of living conditions.

You will not be pleased her. The pool will be closed all summer for maintenance, and you will never get used to the amount of dog poop being everywhere. The Corporate is based out of NY, and they are very rude. They won’t respond to any of your concerns and they are extremely rude. Their has been numerous car break ins. You will need to be cautious and watch your surroundings , because you won’t feel safe here. Find somewhere else and please don’t waste your money here.

Pretty nice place..looking at the renovated option. little high on the pet fee, but it is better than paying that and a deposit. The staff is really nice.

The property manager, Tabitha is not personable at all. Doesn't show interest in her residence, never smiles and always seem to be in a fowl mood. When I first moved in, the property was in the process of going through some renovations. Within the first week my A/c unit went out and I was without air for over 2 weeks in the mists of summer, my ice maker was not working, and the wood flooring was coming apart. My dish washer broke twice and my oven stopped working as well. Because of the type of appliances they have in the units, they are dependent on maker of the product to come out and service them which takes several weeks. The weeks leading up to my move out, the guest bathroom ceiling began to leak and continues to leak up to my move out. The property manager also would not do a walk through with me and said she had to do it after I moved out. A month later, I received a letter from the management company stating that they were charging me $780.00. I have lived in many places due to work moving me and I have never been charged anything upon move out because I am a very clean person. They charged me $175 for trash removal when there was nothing left in the apartment, $80 to clean the fridge, $50 general kitchen cleaning, $70 to clean the stove, and $35 for the microwave all of which was that was spotless. They also charged me $50 to clean the patio when again there was nothing on it, $60 to clean the tub that the ceiling was leaking on, and $25 for the vanity in the bathroom where the ceiling was leaking. The fees when on from there, $60 to replace the blinds which I was happy to pay for but was told by maintenance not to worry about, $50 for "holes in the wall" when there were no holes because I patched everything and informed them of this and was told again not to worry because they would re paint anyways and finally $75 for shelf repairs when there were no shelves to replace. When I called to discuss these bogus charges, Tabitha referred me to their collections department. I have tried contacted them 9 times and cannot get any one to call me back to dispute and since they are doing nothing, I am going to write this same review on every media outlet that I can find so other do not get screwed over by this property like I did.
We just took a tour at Signature Pointe Apartments and had such a great experience. The staff are so friendly in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in a new place to live. We look forward to moving in soon and calling this community our new home!

This apartment complex is peaceful and away from busy streets. You would enjoy your stay here as long as you live here. There are friendly neighbors here to greet you when you move in. The apartments are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a wash room. There is a patio with a storage closet. Also garages are available for rent. Enjoy your stay !!!
