Not going to sugar coat it. The area and apartments are beautiful but the sad thing is there are roaches. I feel like they really need to fumigate the whole apartment complex since it's pretty much an infestation. They charge you for pest control but you have to sign up for it weekly. In my opinion if they are charging for pest control it should definitely be done weekly without having to sign up for it all the time. This has honestly only been my main problem with the apartment. Since day 1 roaches everywhere and that's because I keep my place clean.been here for 6 months now and still have roaches.
Nice ambience and location! Overall good living experience since last one year.

Some things you might want to consider before moving to this place (my advice: dont move): 1) No professionalism by reception/management staff: They do not respect their residents, behave rudely, and do not know how to communicate with residents. I was being yelled at by one of the leasing managers for asking a simple question like “why is the computer room printer not working and whats the issue with it”. To which she yells the problem is “you are not understanding!” I have seen multiple residents experience this in front of me. I have seen the receptionist yell “please go out or i will call the security” (which bdw they dont have any) on a resident who was being polite and had a simple complain about his lease. 2) Your car will be towed if you dont keep yourself updated with parking registration apps. Also they wont communicate or educate their residents on using their online portal so you are on your own. 3) Guest (visitors) parking spots need a separate registration on online portal. Sometimes it doesnt work properly and you might think you have done your due diligence but within hours your guest car might be towed. My guests had their vehicle towed and when we went to understand the parking portal issue which didnt work (but still showed process finished), they wrote me an email saying we were screaming and being aggressive and that they are banned from entering the office. Truth was we were asking questions but the staff was incompetent to respond and hence overwhelmed. 4) There is no sense of security. For the first half of my lease, the gates did not work. The maintenance staff blames outsiders for their common area amenities like printers not working. 5) Water will be shut off regularly. They say they are working on fixing plumbing issues but this has persisted from quite a few months. Water will be shut off with or without notice. 6) Roaches in the apartment are quite common. You have to make sure you do the work and regularly put up with maintenance requests before they come to fix it. 7) Renovated apartments too have furniture problems. The make ready conditions when I moved in were poor. My heater and A/C was fixed a day before i moved in because I noticed it while moving my stuff to the apartment. The cupboards and drawers are jammed. My front door didn’t get a peephole eyepiece for a month (so my door had a wide open hole till then and anyone can peep through). Walls have stains from maintenance work.

Have lived at Signature Ridge for 5 years. Over this time I have seen great improvements with management and maintenance every year. Have lived in two different buildings and both were clean, quiet and parking was easy. Great location. Would recommend.

Lived here for seven months now and the water is shut off several times a week on a weekly basis. I have gone over 24 hours before with no water, and sometimes there is no warning. When we pay for rent we pay for water, a basic human right and necessity. Half the complex is Airbnb and I am sure those visitors get reimbursements, but not the people who actually pay rent and live on the property. Staff is nice and property is clean, but that means nothing if I'm constantly having to go to a friends house to shower or stockpile drinking water.

This is a lovely complex, with gorgeous apartments. The property is expansive, so it's great to take a walk around the area. The gates are locked, keeping this a nice private complex. Lovely pools, and I give it a 5 star rating.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived at. The location is really close to I-10. Though Medical can get back up, there's a nice clear alternate route out. The connections for Google Fiber were already set up. There are parks on property, an Amazon drop off box, and fun game areas. And the staff is legit so nice. Dominic was the main person that helped us set everything up and they were so attentive and knowledgeable. The interior is *chef's kiss*. I'm in love with the built in shelving into the walls, the huge patio, and the kitchen. Also. Best part. The rooms you're looking for have prices posted everyday with diff. rates for diff. rooms/floors/floorplans, and it's so easy to apply to lock in that price.

I’ve lived in 2 different apartments in signature ridge and they both had a messed up washing machine and they both had AC issues I would not recommend moving here there is always some type of issue when you first move in .

So far living here is great. It’s spacious and the most homey apartment I’ve had. The application process was frustrating and maintenance took a very long time. The phones are hardly answered and have line trouble however I would still recommend to live here.

Overall, a great place to live. Very family-friendly property and nice, spacious units. The staff is friendly and when needing a maintenance request they are quick to respond. Minimal issues with noise also.

Move in date: 03/19 Total maintenance request since: No W/D, No trash can, No cord for stove, No hot water, Microwave is broken. My apartment was NOT move in ready and they expected me to be okay with this? We had to constantly call the office to get someone out in a reasonable time. This company does not take in to account of residents with dogs. I will NOT lock my dog up every day until you decide its convenient to come out. It is NOT okay to call a resident when you're in front of their door asking to come in. Have some respect for people that work, have kids or have pets. Management needs a huge adjustment.

I recently moved in to a 2 BR apartment. First of all great appreciation to Front desk team Falcon and Dominic for being very professional in communications and assistance. I would rate it probably one of the best you will find in the city. They have helped me with all the queries, ensured that we had a smooth move-in, helped addressing all maintenance issues. Thank you Guys for the excellent Customer service! Front desk team always help in getting any urgent requests addressed on time. Rooms are spacious and overall we are glad that we made the right choice to move in to Signature Ridge.

Nice place so far. The dumpster situation needs improvement and the hallways need to be pressure washed but otherwise seems like a nice place to live.

I have been living at Signature Ridge for approximately 6 months and I have been very satisfied with my time there. Although like at any complex, we have faced challenges, the staff has helped us take care of the issues as soon as possible. The apartment layout I have is spacious and I have really enjoyed my time thus far.

This started out as a nice place, with a lot of great potential. Unfortunately, it has been going steeply downhill over the last two years. The gates are never working and are always open leading to so many car break-ins. It’s probably about 1,5 years ago since they were working for at least a week straight. Water leaks and mold in apartments is extremely common here, which can be seen from other reviews. Water is therefore often shut off for half to all units. Valet trash, which you pay for, is often not picked up, so you need to drag it to an overfilled container. Many don’t use it at all, and just take their car with a weeks trash in it to the container. Package room is burning hot in the summer, and carriers complain, but nothing has changed. Door has broken several times, and people have literally gotten locked inside. People are blowing leaves around the complex weekly which is super noisy with the 1 pane window s and not to mention completely useless. The gym is open during office hours only and not 24hrs as they advertise. In addition, some gym equipment is always broken. Emails and calls are very very rarely answered and the list goes on. Management is aware, but the mindset is very much “it is what it is”. If you do decide to take a chance on this place, try to avoid the 2nd and 3rd floor as this is where leaks and mold often happen. I won’t be renewing just like others who are steaming away from here.

The apartments are nice, spacious with big porches. The location is close to perfect, you can get anywhere in San Antonio under 20 mins. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Water leakage caused kitchen cabinet wet and entry closet. They cut the wall area and left it open for months. There are sharp nails on the kitchen wall due to unfinished maintenance work. But I was told that source of water leakage couldnt be found. They simply closed the request. Molds started forming in the closet area again now and it gets really bad due to water leakage. Manager visited the apartment and told that our apartment is not clean and crayon scribblings on the wall by my kid and cancelled our transfer request. As My wife and I are working and having kid, we clean the kitchen only in the evening. I was really disappointed that transfer request was cancelled due to unclean kitchen in just one day and crayon scribblings. I have been staying here for 5 years. I would not recommend anyone to move to signature ridge.

The location, community, amenities, and apartment layout/size is great!! We have never had any problems. Maintenance is slower at completing tasks, but get it done eventually. Community is very active and safe. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. close by. Office staff is always friendly. Recommended.

Overall a great place to live. The maintenace dept is top notch. We have issues with property crime here, but this isn't just a Signature Ridge problem. It's the world we live in. I do however feel that Signature Ridge could better make adjustments to this problem and that would bring the quality of life here way up.

Since the moment we stepped foot into our apartment it has felt like a home. The layout and high ceilings has definitely been a plus. Staff and residents here are extremely friendly! Weve had nothing but the best experience.

A good place to stay but Low priority maintenance takes months and dog pops everywhere in the community on the grass
