Located along the Colorado River directly across from Laughlin, Nevada, Bullhead City offers plenty of everything: the casinos, shows, and nightlife of Laughlin, the water sports of the Colorado River, hiking the mountains, and the resorts around Lake Mohave and its hot springs. Not far from Bullhead City, resident and visitors can explore the Mohave National Preserve, the Dead Mountains Wilderness Area, Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, Grand Canyon National Park, Prescott National Forest, and Joshua Tree National Park.
Only about an hour southeast of Las Vegas, Bullhead City Residents can venture into the city for the world-famous casinos, shows, and events. Because of this fantastic location, Bullhead City continues to attract new residents. The views are stunning -- Spirit Mountain is visible from many areas of the city. This mountain is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the Mojave believed that life began on the mountain.

Best in town
When my husband and I needed to move quickly but were struggling to find an apartment that would be accessible for a handicapped person, Rauna at Silver Cliffs found us the perfect unit. We love it. Great location, office staff was amazing. We even have a full size washer and dryer!!! It’s so quiet. They are the best in town.

Small Inconveniences, But Otherwise Great
Lived here for two years, and only relocating because of work once my lease is up. Apartments are spacious and modern, and the leasing office is very responsive and easy to reach. However, there a few things which prevent me from giving it five stars: first, the water in our building is shut off constantly and without warning. Second, when I moved in, multiple faucets/screen doors/etc. were missing from our unit. Third, internet service available here (SuddenLink and Frontier) is dreadful. Maintenance guys are pleasant and usually respond quickly to tickets, but they often forget to follow up on anything that can’t be immediately fixed. Still recommend it over most other apartment complexes in Bullhead, though.

Beware
Seems great at first but then your rent will go up $50-$100 every year. Also no cameras on the property and there had been many criminal incidents (burglary, theft) during my residency at this address. The office staff is difficult to work with and the manager will treat you poorly if she is in a bad mood.

Silver Cliffs is wonderful
I love living at Silver Cliffs. It's always very clean and well maintained. The residents are quiet and courteous. The staff is the best I've ever encountered -- extremely friendly and informative. Hands down the best complex I've rented from. I definitely recommend living here to anyone looking.
