Property Ratings at Silver Creek
Bianca is extremely kind, helpful, and organized in the way she lays out your options for consideration! She takes the time to address all of my questions and responds in a timely manner! The property is beautiful and quiet. Units are spacious and updated!
Literally not worth what you pay. The way they treat their long good paying residents and literally everything else is awful. Bad experience.
Pros: quiet neighborhood Cons: management isn’t great, they don’t answer emails, you put in a maintenance requests and it takes months for them to come and fix anything, no communication within the community to know if something is going on, laundry area is dirty, mailbox area is dirty, no accommodation if your apartment gets flooded, too many trees so maple sap will get on your car, not enough parking spaces, the hot water takes a long time to come on during winter months, they say one thing and it ends up being another, make sure to check all doors otherwise you could get stuck like i did on my first day moving in. This is my first apartment and I will admit I moved in without really looking due to a rush move, but this is ridiculous and how much I’m paying for rent I shouldn’t have all these issues.
The best thing about this complex is the maintenance staff. The managers do a very poor job of following up, but when the staff comes to do what you need, they do an excellent job. They are always courteous and professional
I would absolutely recommend this property. Small, quiet, clean community. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I love living here. I brag to my friends and family about how nice it is here.
I would definitely recommend this place. I moved in few years ago and I must say that this property is very very nice, clean and best of all quite. Everyone is nice and welcoming.
I have been living here for 4 years and love it! Minor issues, but overall worth it.
So my current apartment complex which is Silver Creek is pretty decent! It's very spacious, quite, and very very peaceful!!! Just as any other complexes there are son cons, the are very thin I can hear everything my neighbors say, living by the woods my apartment had lizards inside ??, and lastly the gas bills are very expensive. Back to the bright side the maintenance team is amazing, they come the same day to fix any issues and the office staff are very helpful!!! Overall I think this place is worth the money!!!!
I moved in on April 1st. I was initially told that my down payment would be 200$ but I was later told to pay $500. When I finally did sign my lease I moved into the apartment and it wasn't ready or clean. The only thing that they did do is put Vinyl wood looking floors in the bathroom and kitchen. My fridge was dented and beat down, the bath tub was very dirty, windows had cobb webs on them, screened porch had holes in it, patio wasn't painted, bathtub was leaking, the toilet is very small and shakey, under the cabinets was were not lined, and there was a big hole on the wall that was behind my stove. The stove/ oven is not digital so no timer or clock on it. Oh and the ROACHES!! omg. Late fees are almost half your rent so if u pay 699$ your late fee is $950. They don't take partial payments. I EXPECTED alot more from a place that charges this high for a 1 bedroom. What I did like is how quiet the place is. No noisey or nosey neighbors and the apartment complex is pretty safe.
