The lady's in the office were very helpful when I went to ask information about the apartments. Once walking through the doors I felt very welcomed. They did not have apartments available on or near my move in date.

The new management company is horrendous! Been without AC, hot water, been flooded, and so many other things too long to list! They can't keep maintenance men. Moving as soon as I can!

I had no air this whole summer….went and bought a window unit but it didn’t do much. They failed to fix the fact that my ac was set to 50 yet the inside temp was still 94

What they show available is a flat out lie. They never answer their phones. They never reply to emails. A room that I was supposed to have NOW I won't have until next month because despite this website and their own saying it's ready NOW, it's not.

Well when i first moved in it was great but then slowly i started having problems crack in the ceiling water leaking. They haven’t really done anything to fix it. It takes maintenance a long time to do work orders. I’m ready for my lease to be up and i have been since i hit 4 months in this place

Love the fitness center. Laundry center is very nice. Staff is always friendly and kind. Manager is really one of the best one's I have dealt with. Overall I am pleased. I have lived in all areas of the city, and there can be issues anywhere, but they always have taken care of my needs.
Where should I start? There are power surges, fleas, bud bugs, dysfunctional gates, hateful children everywhere, careless drivers, dirty apartments, small parking lot, little to no security, rude management, poor heating/cooling system, broken appliances, fights in the parking lot, spray painted stoves and dishwashers, carts in the parking lot, deceiving exterior, and NO there are not any washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. Don't let that little flag hanging out in the front fool you. It's a mini laundry mate by the front office. Over all, feels unsafe and unclean. Dead animals in the parking lot because animals run amok. They don't walk apartments before renting to a tenant and they print out already filled-in forms that says everything is new and clean. Write EVERYTHING down on the back and make notes in the front and ask for copies of everything! TAKE PICTURES! There is so much more wrong with this place but I would be writing for hours . *******Don't leave the apartment at night without some form of protection because there will be confrontation with strangers that are very hostile! It's so scary as a smaller female and I hate to say that!******* 0/10 would not recommend!
Silver Creek apartment they have been amazing they aren't to Big of being on time but they always get the job done I really love them I'm thinking about renting another year or two but overall I love my apartments go silver Creek!
