It needs a better owner and more staff. Neighborhood is dangerous and disrespectful. Apartment building needs repairs. Adult babysitting.

It is unfortunate that you had such a bad experience with our property. Our building was built in 2010 and 2011 and is a very well maintained facility. We have a great field and office staff. Perhaps we were going through a transition during your visit or stay. We are not responsible for the downtown neighborhood, but our building is pretty secure.
Silver Gardens is all about amenities and comfort! They offer a free gym, commons area, lounge, and free wireless internet. The outdoor patio area is just beautiful, and includes a stunning dining, entertaining area and gardens. There is also a play area for the kids. The apartments are studio's, one, and two bedrooms that are very nice sized with beautiful cabinets, updated appliances, and stunning city views! The staff keep the apartments and grounds well maintained and are always friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque- convenience is the best feature of these lovely apartments. I am happy to call Silver Gardens my home. What a great place to live!
