Front Office very rude
I went with my mother in law to pay the rent and notify them of the moldy ceiling inside the closet. One of the front desk lady was very rude with no managerial skills. Also, the buildings and the stairs are all filthy with garbage all over. Will refer them to the Housing Authority for proper actions.

This is a good apartment not in a very safe neighborhood but it is affordable for people like me.If have a chance to move to another apartment but in a safe neighborhood just like this one i would.

The apartments need to have a lot of work done to them. When I call for repairs they come in and make a mess and leave the mess there. And I have leaks from upstairs apartment that flows in mind. I am a single parent struggling with a sick child.
