the best apart to have:)
I love my apartment. This I the first actual apartment I have had all to my self. It's spacious and beautiful, soon as you walk on the new home u have a wow look on your face. No noise, so if your looking for quite you found it. They have a free parking lot where you can park in front of your own house. It's is close to shop rite and has most fast food places around. The only bad part I have is the Landry room is in the font of the complex so if you live in the back and your walking there your feel will hurt. Other then that its all ready and set up ??

OK STARTER APARTMENT
The area is nice for kids and schools with lots if close by public transportation. Lots of mom and pop stores and minutes from clementon park. Rent is very affordable electric is not included. Overall great place to save extra money,

Community is good
Hi Everyone My experience is very good in this apartment. This is very good for lower income families. Mentinence service very good on site. Only if you have any elementry or highschool student then school district is not better then other nebourhood school districts like Voorhees, Marlton, Cherryhill. Good Luck.
