NON existent HOA
As a former tennat these condos suck. They are over priced theres no HOA or u can never get ahold of them theres been 2 major car accident that damaged the fence surrounding the propert and still have not been fixed its been years. The trash bins are always messy and dirty people leave trash diapers on the ground and theres roaches.
