DONT MOVE HERE!! NO amenities here , pool is dirty , playground is horrible , no gym !!! Staff is a JOKE !!! They love to tow cars here the tow trucks are here everyday looking at who they can tow !!! Unless you want to constantly pay for your car to get it out the impound and can’t take your kids to the playground go ahead ….
1) we found a crack pippin our bathroom when we first moved in but we didn’t complain about it because we needed somewhere to stay. 2) there’s trash everywhere on the property. 3) I pay rent, I am on the lease, yet I’m not allowed to park on the property. My car has been towed twice! I have to park like 3 blocks away just to avoid being towed. It is unfair that only 2 cars per household are allowed when me and my 2 other roommates have cars. I’m the only one that has to walk every day. This place is horrible and I hope no one else decides to come to this putrid complex.
Property was very clean and the property manager was very helpful and enthusiastic ,very well would recommend these apartments
I have had water damage since Texas storm back in Feb . They will not make right have been denied to be moved to new unit . Won’t complete need repairs and now I have a major MOLD problem growing in my unit under my carpet.. And I could go on and on .
This is the most un helpul staff i have ever dealt with, the office management hides away in their office and will not let you speak to them for any reason. They keep the office closed 24/7 because of covid but it is really an excuse to not have to deal with people. The only way they will let you contact them is if your signing a lease or giving them money. There are so many problems with this property I cannot even name them all, They do not background check so your neighbors can be convicted sex offenders living feet away from your children. it is not safe at all for you or your family. Neighbors houses/cars repetatly broken into, security that does litterally nothing but stand by the mailboxes and play with their phone. and you are paying for all of this with your rent increases while they do nothing. pool has been closed for 2 years straight.
The new management team is doing a really great job of making improvements to not only the aesthetics but also implementing a culture of caring and safety. After the recent snow storm that hit Texas, they have been working to ensure that those of us who were impacted are getting the necessary resources. The front office team and maintenance staff are great
The most disgusting place I have ever lived. Management tricks you by showing you a nice apartment, saying your rental cannot be viewed in person, but is "exactly the same." NOT TRUE. Don't be fooled by the square footage and low prices...this place is a SLUM! 1. ROACHES Millions of cockroaches infesting the walls, appliances, light fixtures. Roaches climb out of electrical sockets, crawl on you in your sleep, RUIN YOUR ELECTRONICS. A SERIOUS INFESTATION that management refuses to deal with it. 2. RATS Rats chewed through the walls of our unit, ran rampant at night, eating food in the pantry and leaving droppings on the kitchen counters. They made nests in towels and the entire pantry stunk of rodent urine. We were awakened in the middle of the night with a RAT in our BED crawling on us!!! 3. "GARBAGE ACRES" Never-ending trash littered everywhere. The children's play areas glitter in the sun with broken glass from one end to the other. 4. NEVER ENDING SMOKE ALARMS Pretty self explanatory. They go off. In the middle of the night. FOR NO REASON. 5. NO PIZZA DELIVERY! Dominoes, etc, won't bring deliveries up to your apartment, because their cars have been broken into so many times in the parking lot. 6. HOME INVASIONS & CAR JACKINGS Multiple units have been entered by men falsely claiming to be maintenance workers, who then robbed the tenants. A car jacking at gun point took place in the parking lot. 7. EVERYTHING ELSE - Screaming unsupervised kids running wild until midnight - Police helicopters regularly shining a lovely spotlight on your patio - People throwing burned food and leftovers over the balconies onto the ground below. - TRAIL OF WEAVES. So many girl fights that the grounds are never without a ratty discarded weave or two. - Many many "inspections" - forget privacy...the complex does numerous "inspections" throughout the year. They are looking for bathtub meth labs. Oh, like the maintenance men and pest control, they will leave your unit open when they go. Welcome, thieves! - Forget anything getting fixed. EVER. We went 2 months without a microwave, and 6 weeks without a working broiler in the oven. Everything breaks down regularly, except for the smoke alarms. They work! ALL THE TIME. ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Trust me. None of the above is an exaggeration. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS SLUM! It will be the worst experience of your life.
Horrible I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemies. Management sucks and very lazy, been here 1.5 years and management has failed to resolve issues with a loud neighbor, roaches and bedbugs from neighbors around here, mail has been stolen for 6 months due to mail box broken into Which management fails to fix, my rims were almost stolen, and the worst place ever.
The apartment needs to be remolded. They constantly need spraying for bugs.
I have lived there before and loved it. I am wanting to move back but I have 3 cats now and 1 dogs. They are good animals. Not for what to do yet.
The apartments were ok very busy a lot of construction was going on but overall it was a nice choice haven't decided if I want to stay their tho
Horrible property! Love Roaches? They literally pour from the electrical outlets. Maintenance replaced my bedroom window with the locks on the OUTSIDE of the apartment. Maintenance repaired my dishwasher with MY CHILDRENS' SCHOOL SUPPLIES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. yes, unbelievable! And the list goes on. The unit you will be shown is not at all the unit you will sign for. It is a living Nightmare!
