Lived there for 4 months and had to break the lease because the neighbors are all loud and the walls are super thin. You can hear people talking all night. The hallways smell like drugs and trash because people leave their trash on the floor and it leaks everywhere. When you do move they find reasons to take your deposit and charge you for things that were messed up before you got there. 0/10 experience!

They will encourage residents to apply just to get the admin fees, even when they know the resident will not be approved, happened to several of my referrals. If you complain about anything or get on their bad side, they will 30 day you without a second thought. Then when you leave, they always find reasons to keep the deposit. The sewer is always backing up, the crime is out of hand, there are always leaks and units getting flooded, the noise through all hours of the night is very frustrating. The roach problem is very bad in several buildings. It doesn't matter how clean you are if your neighbor 1 wall over is infested. Glad to be done with it and fair warning to future applicants.

No no.no never live here I was deposit money for security deposit 300 after I moved this stupid apt they send me bill for carpet client they charge me almost 500 for carpet clean my carpet was very clean I was kipping almost new but they send me 500 bill also every body working here drespect full they treet you like animal if you have problem you home they mantnace coming after 1 week they gat always open and broke worst place too live stay way please take my experience!

When we wanted to move out from here they did not check out with. Severel time we came and sked them about our deposit but the answer was we don't know.. They did not give answer to us until the new residential came.. Then manager told us that they changed the carpet and they did full paint.. And they did not give our deposit back. They charged on us 1000 $ when I asked them I want to see the bill if you changed the carpet.. She said if we show the bill your charges would go up... I asked.. Severel time I came why you did not share the carpet problem with me... She did not have answer just said... Sorry.... When you want to move in everything is good... But the time that you want to move out... They never want to talk and give answer clearly.... Always they make a way to take money from residential....

I applied for the unit, got approved, and went in to sign the rental agreement. They gave me a move-in date, took a $300 deposit to hold the apartment, and told me everything was good to go for July 18 move-in. At this meeting, I asked the leasing manager, Francine, some questions regarding the security deposit and what steps to take with documenting during the move-in process. Francine would not answer my questions. She became extremely agitated. She said that they take a standard $300 cleaning fee out of everyone's deposit in order to turn the apartment to make it ready for the next tenant. I was confused by this answer because I thought security deposits were supposed to be used for damage caused by the tenant. So if their standard practice is to use all tenant's security deposit to turn the apartment, then no tenant would be able to get their deposit refunded, even if the tenant did no damage and returned a clean apartment. When I asked about this, Francine told me that "you are not a typical tenant. How we treat our typical tenants would not apply to you." I didn't know what that meant. She said the cleaning standards are in the lease. When I asked to see a copy of the lease she refused to give it to me, saying that all their leases are unique, they don't use a template lease, and leases will only be released to tenants five days prior to move-in. None of that made any sense and sounded very unlikely to be true. Over two weeks go by and I'm getting ready for my move. Francine calls me on July 3 to tell me that they will not be renting to me because I was "unreasonable" in asking questions regarding the deposit. They refuse to refund me my $45 application fee even though I was approved for the unit and signed a rental agreement that I relied on to my detriment. I would take caution before dealing with this complex. You will probably have a difficult time getting any deposit back and may be subject to the whims of the leasing office.
Its a No No to live here! 1st. Manager or anyone in the office never calls you back. 2nd. They keep changing what they said the first time. We were told that they would help us out on our electricity since they used our electric to dry a water leakage from the Water Heater, we were not compensated and left so a bunch of voice mail but never did we get a phone call to the manager. They didnt even compensate with the damages of our stuffs. 3rd. You can hear almost everything from wall to wall 4th. Gate is always broken and our mailbox door finally got fixed after couple of months having the management fix it
I moved in in the summer & the AC went out. I spoke with the manager who was great to deal with. She's very friendly & on top of things. Maintenance came over and tried to fix it. They recharge the unit & it didn't work so they replaced the compresser. It was so hot in the apartment from have no air. I spoke with the manager & they brought over three portable air conditioners but it still wasn't cooling off so I spoke with the manager again and she ended up putting us in a hotel until it was fixed. The manager was great & very friendly to deal with. Since then every time I have a problem with the apartment I call it in & maintenance has it fixed that day. The maintenance team works really hard at keeping this complex looking great. The head of maintenance is great and him and his team are very hard workers. Whenever I have something fixed and I see the maintenance crew around the apartment grounds they always ask if I have any problems with what was fixed. They are all very friendly.
I'm a current tenant in this apartment complex and have a few complaints. The entrance gate continually breaks down. Several times when I come home from work around midnight the front gate wild open. I don't feel safe knowing anyone can enter the property. I have never see the complex's security patrol. I have no idea who he/she is or what times they do their rounds. And last I have been mislead by the property management about their tennis court. I was looking forward to play tennis. Once I signed the rental lease agreement and moved in I found out there was not tennis court. As of December 21 2016 they continue list the tennis court as one of their amenities. Can you please stop doing this otherwise you're misleading future tenants. Also tenants will not see Christmas decorations on the grounds of the Silver Stream Apartment. Wonder why?
Absolutely the worst apartment complex, the worst management, worst security ever! 1) Automatic drive gate is always broken. The doors at the fenses always broken and open. You call them to let them know about the broken gate (which they should know because the office is right there steps away from the gate!!) you call them and they act suprised "ha broken, ok let me write a report!" 2) They have this old guy as security maybe once a week. Everytime he is there, he is resting his butt on the bench at the office or by the mail boxes!! 3) My apartment got robbed and on the day that he was there!! I asked the managers, please can I have an upstairs apartment, and they refused to help!! I bought alarm systems and installed it on all windows. 4) Upon my move in day they failed to give me the pool key! I wanted to take my kids to the pool, I realized that I needed a key. I go to the office and ask them how come I was never giving a key!? They get on my case that it was my responsibilty to get a key on my move in day!! Really!! 5) On the third day of the month I find a note on my door, that they have not received my rent and I have 10 days to leave!! I had arranged automatice recurring pay on the 28th of every month! How is that possible!! So I call the bank and the bank says no the payment has been delivered, so maybe it got lost in the mail or misplaced. Then I call the apartment to tell them I am coming there to write them a check tomorrow, and they say oh we misplaced your check in the wrong mail pile!! Really couldn't call me out of courtesy, but instead leave a note on my door stating that I have 10 days to leave!! 6) Finally I move. I cleaned the apartment, cleaned the cabinets, vaccuum, clean the bathroom etc.. They say ok we will send you your deposit back after we inspect the apartment. Two months passes, so I stop by the apartment manager and state that I never received a letter or a check. She hands me a letter stating that I owe them an aditional $74 besides the $250 deposit, and they are going to send me to collections!! They even charged me $105 for steam cleaning the carpet!! I ask why hav to charge me for steam cleaning the carpet!! Isn't that something you naturally have to do in this huge complex here for the new tenants!! I had no spots on the carpet, no spills nothing!! (( Bottom of the line is: They dont care about their tenants, they dont treat you like a customer. They are a scam, dishonest people, and they just dont care)))

Coming from Chicago I found this place to be great. Very diverse. Most importantly mgmt actually responds to anything. I have had very little to see them about. No I don't work for them

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I have lived here for 4 years and in those 4 years, the rent as increased 3 of those years. There is a bug problem, flooding outside when it rains. There is no night drop for paying the rent, and I work during the hours the office is open, so I have to leave work to come and pay the rent or end up with a late fee.
