never but never rent here, it's the worst to live, I counted the days for my contract to end, they never fixed my kitchen, I had leaks and neither they nor the insurance company they have took responsibility, I couldn't sleep in my apartment for more than a week, they left my carpet very dirty and they were going to send me to clean it, more than a year passed and they didn't come.

We have lived here for nearly a year and a half and in that time maintenance has not been able to fix a thing, leaving gaping holes in my ceiling for over a year, leaving plastic inside of my stove top that caught fire when I tried to use it, and so much more. The management to this place are cold and uncaring towards the people who live here. Multiple times there have been human pee and poop in the laundry room that has been left for days before being cleaned up.

I am pretty sure that this place and the people that work here do not deserve any stars at all. If you are looking for a place to stay that is infested with cockroaches, then this is a place for you. If you are looking for a place where most of everything is damaged or breaks down a couple of days after you move in for example: Stove, refrigerator, AC, lights and sinks...pretty much everything! When I first visited the place, the outside wasn't so appealing but the inside was a different story. It was nice, it looked clean and then the one that showed me the place was writing down everything that needed repairs and also scheduled it for service. Now that was a bunch of bull because as soon as you sign the lease, they forget about you and tell you maintenance is busy even if you were scheduled. Numerous times they rescheduled and I took off from work but yet maintenance never shows and I call numerous times the day they are supposed to show. The staff are nice to you before you move in and when you sign the lease but their true colors show when you have moved in already. The cockroaches are horrible! There is so many of them! Parking is dark, when the sprinklers are on, you can't even walk on the sidewalk because it splashes on it as well! It sad that ConAM is the one that manages this place! They either need to change the management and staff here or take them back to training on how to manage the place because it's very upsetting or they need to sell it to another company that is willing to put in the work to make this a livable place! My advice, "DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

Hello - We're so sorry to hear about this! We invite you to reach out to our Business Manager, Jessica, at 702-362-9373 or silverado@conam.net. You can also contact our corporate home office at customerservice@conam.com Our landscaping vendors were out last week checking the sprinkles, and our Maintenance Supervisor is aware of the issues with carport and roof lights. Most of them have been fixed already, and he completed another inspection last week. Our pest control provider comes in every Monday, and all of our apartment homes get treated before anyone moves in. Visits can be scheduled as needed by contacting our office team. We hope this is helpful, and our team would be happy to hear from you, so we can address any issues in your home. Thank you. - ConAm Customer Service (customerservice@conam.com)

They take their time to get back to you on issues concerning your apartment. Free cable! Watch your back here.your moped will be stolen!!!
