Property Ratings at Silverbrook
This would be a wonderful place to live once it is up better. The location is great. The layout is great, but the condition of the community and the units themselves are not great.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management, they don't fix things on time including cockroach infestations.
I had been searching for my own spot for a couple months and fell in love with Silverbrook. The application and leasing process was seamless and prompt and the apartment is gorgeous! The staff has been efficient, understanding and caring and maintenence went above and beyond when I lost my key in the snow on my last trip. I am very happy here and grateful for Erica!
I hate it here and can’t wait to move out. They are unprofessional and could not care less about you. I recommend you live anywhere else
Terrible management and terrible maintenance staff. Seems like they ignore online maintenance requests. Find another apartment complex!
The staff at Silverbrook are very understanding and amazing at taking care of their residents. They definitely go above and beyond!
Great place with close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. Nearby schools for kids and community college for the older ones. Great trails and historic buildings close by.
Silverbrook has changed a lot in the last few years! I would recommend this place to my friends and family! The maintenance team rocks!
The community here at Silverbrook is much better than other complexes I've lived at. The work the team here provides really improved living quality.
Overpriced trash everywhere windows from the 1980s cabinets from the 1980s counters super old doors leak windows leak overall just cheap place that is overpriced.....
It is such a nice community, I love the people and the management team so far and I feel at home here!
I love the floor plan, and the pricings, I would like to compare the newer units to the old ones as I'm in an old one, the apartment complex had roaches when I moved in, which I could tell came from last tenates, I'm sure maintenance meant well when they tried to fix up the place as best they could, but it could have been better, they painted over hair so their is just hair all in the walls and tubs of my complex, the apartments have great potential, just needs maintenance crew who cares about the upkeep of the apartments as if they lived here
We love our apartment but the community leaves much to be desired.
I love the whole team of silverbrook..they are awesome from start to finish...thanks great job...
The overall experience is good maintenance has been pretty consistent and the apartments are actually NICE
I really enjoy all of the new staff at Silverbrook, when I have questions or concerns they are always addressed in a timely fashion from all of the staff (at the office and maintenance) and everyone is so polite and friendly.
The Silverbrook Apartments are spacious and give you a feel of relaxed living. Not only does your apartment have maximum square footage, the surrounding farm provides a sense of open, rural living amidst Denver's urban bustle.
Nunca dan mantenimiento.
I like living at SilverBrook grounds need more attention
This is the worst place I have ever lived there is a list of rules for you to park in your own parking lot. linoleum Floors, cheap counter's and outdated appliances. The staff will say anything to get you to sign a lease and then you will regret it. it takes months to get anything fixed and I wonder why I live here every day. Never living here again...
Since I've lived here there's been on going issues with appliances and parking and I am currently in a battle with the leasing office towing my car and charged me $260 because I BACKED into a parking spot. My tags insurance everything was up-to-date they did it because I BACKED in. Gang activity in the area, the corporate office will never return a calls, issues with appliances, Alliance is the corporate office and I would suggest you do your research before you moved to this place, i highly suggest not moving here...
would absolutely recommend if the on going problem with one resident is dealt with! This only involves one building that i reside in.
The apt and the community fit my needs for that time of my life. i already had a "home" that I wanted to get back to.
The lay out was nice. I just wish someone explained to me there was a flood prior to my move in.
YES
I would recommend for low income housing, in aurora its not bad. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with kids or for people who do a lot of cooking.
Great and quiet place to live. Except there is constantly dog poop EVERYWHERE because no one cleans up after their pets.
This apartment community is in a good location and maintained reasonably well, but I have noticed that little maintenance items (example: outside lights being burned out) take a long time to fix.
Had some issues when moving in, apartment is in rough shape and it looks like the turn around team doesn't care how their work looks. Management team is pretty great though.
Tim has been a huge support very friendly and always trying to figure out how to help,if looking to move out these are apartments have great prices
The staff is well organized and professional. Kelsey is very friendly and well organized and exceeded our expectations getting our apartment ready.
Their management is horrid and greedy. Their maintenance is god-awful. My friend has had his car broken into twice in the nine months they've lived there, my car was stolen, and then my car was towed because these greedy fiends implemented a new parking policy that will tow you without a sticker after being there for less than four hours!?!?! What if someone's parents were coming over for dinner? Oh we'll just tow them. These people deserve nothing but bad things.
This complex is in a good, central location. The various owners have definitely invested money in keeping the buildings and parking lots maintained over the years. The grounds could be better; lightposts are often broken/lights burned out. Trees and bushes should be trimmed more often.
The master bedroom is huge with a great size closet. The vaulted ceilings are amazing, and the location is great too!
My family and I have lived here for almost two years and its a nice place but I think they charge too much for what your getting. With the economy the way it is, everywhere is expensive.... So with that in mind its not a bad deal I guess. Our apartment is fairly spacious for a two bedroom and its a fairly quiet complex with decent people. It's close to shopping and good schools are near by. Like I said, I think the price is high but you'll run into that anywhere nowadays. It's a good place to live and have kids if you don't mind paying a little extra for the security of a good neighborhood.
