Property Ratings at Santa Fe Ridge
Absolutely cross this place off your apartment hunting list. These are run down, old, disgusting units and if you want to live with noisy neighbors and no sleep then here’s your new home. They also get no consequences. I had my toilet brake, water leak from the ceiling, and had to scrub alllll of the floors clean within the first few weeks of moving in because this place is disgusting or falling apart. There’s no parking! And one dumpster for the WHOLE complex, it is a nightmare. Do not lease with these people!
Nothing works, rent really high for a crappy apartment, management is terrible, can't ever reach them even during "open" hours, cheap place for a not so cheap price, musty, old, falling apart. Look elsewhere!!!
This place has pros and cons. The pros: It is very well maintained, calls are answered quickly and maintenance staff is friendly. The club house is nice. I went to the office when someone was in my assigned parking spot and they took care of it quickly. The cons: Very expensive. The prices here are not at all what you will end up paying. Tack on an additional 200-300 dollars a month to whatever they quote you what your rent to be. This is random fees that were not mentioned to me when I moved in, you pay for the water, sewer, and garbage removal, all of which will be added automatically into your rent. I mentioned earlier that the club house was nice, I have only used the hot tub twice and have never been in the pool. This is because everyone's screaming children are always in there. The patio off the pool is nice, however, it is usually occupied by intoxicated 20 somethings, even though there is a sign posed stating no alcoholic beverages, it isn't enforced. The parking here is terrible. I've had to park on the opposite end of the complex from where my apartment is. The spots are small, my car has several new dents in it since moving here, due to others opening their doors into it. If you don't live on the top floor, you will here every step above you. It also says on their website that there are breed restrictions for dogs, stating no "aggressive breeds". There are most definitely pit bulls and German shepherds wandering around here, so the restrictions aren't enforced. All in all I would call it average. For the price I payed to live there, I would have expected the staff to enforce rules better, but they did everything else very well.
Have never been late on rent in my history as a renter. I was late once and paid the same day I spoke to the assistant on the phone, was unable to talk to a property manager or even discuss the late fees. I was not treated nicely they are unsimpathetic to your situation. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know. Worst experience I’ve had renting, 1 star because they don’t value you

We have lived here for about 6 months and the only real complain we have is parking so I think that's pretty good! The apartments are newly renovated and they really are so nice inside. Beautiful vinyl floors, matching cabinets and a fireplace. We got lucky with all new appliances as well! It is a very dog friendly complex and also has a small dog park and playground for kids. The "clubhouse," as they call their offices, has an awesome fitness center, indoor gym, and indoor racquetball court. They also have an indoor pool but that hasn't been opened since we moved in due to them putting in garage doors. There's also a tanning bed! Any problems we ever have are fixed very quickly and without any complaints. So the only bad thing is the parking. You get one spot assigned to you and they aren't big at all. If you have 2 cars then good luck finding another spot, especially on the weekend. If you only have one small compact car then no worries at all! All in all, 4 stars out of 5 ain't too shabby.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Santa Fe Ridge. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Thanks again for the recommendation, and have an amazing day!
Silverdale Ridge is THE best apartment in the area. You cannot find these luxury style apartments anywhere close. These are one of a kind apartments, and with all the upgrades they provide, somehow they manage to stay so reasonably priced!! Definitely recommend if living in the Kitsap County area.
This apartment complex is perfect if you like to be close to local shopping centers, but still be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Located a few miles uphill from the mall and grocery stores, Santa Fe Ridge is ideal for single renters and families alike. The Complex offers 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom apartments with great floor plans and all necessary appliances. The patios and decks have quite a bit more space than the average apartment, and some of the units provide remarkable scenic views of the Olympic mountains. The professionalism at the leasing office and the maintenance workers are excellent and the best I have ever had. Sure, rent is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for here.
